Die Bedienung war freudlich. Das Essen hat gut geschmeckt, kam allerdings etwas spät und war nicht sonderlich umfangreich. Neben Rechtschreibfehlenr in der Speisekarte ist der Außenbereich äußerst zugig. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist nicht das beste.

We come here every single time we are on Lisbon. It is a local restaurant with great food. It’s nothing fancy but if you want reasonably priced good seafood you should come here. It opens until very late. The service can be a bit slow but overall we love this small restaurant. We will keep coming back!

Carte mauvaise (sûrement du midi), on a dû attendre 15 minutes pour récupérer la bonne car le serveur inaccessible et surbooké. 1 heure pour avoir notre plat, avec pour information "ca arrive", inadmissible! Tout ca pour un plat bon mais qui n'était pas à la hauteur des avis précédents. Pas de serviettes, et malgré ma demande je ne l'ai jamais eue (aller aux toilettes pour se laver les mains c'est original). Manque de personnel, ils faisaient ce qu'ils pouvaient mais cela a contribué à notre impatience...

La comida tarda mucho en salir, asique no vayas si tienes prisa (nosotros esperamos unos 40 min). Sin embargo, si tienes tiempo, ven. La comida es casera, hecha en el momento, muuuy buena, calidad excelente. Recomiendo sobretodo el bacalao a la nata y la carne con champiñones, riquisimo! Los postres también son fabulosos, y por un precio de 10 a 15 euros por persona

Peggio non potevo capitare. Per mangiare uno spiedino con 2 gamberi (di cui uno bruciato)e 4 pezzi di calamari ho aspettato più di un ora. Stessa cosa a mia moglie che ha chiesto del polipo arrosto. Pessima la qualità del pesce pessimo il servizio. Abbiamo bevuto due limonate. Il conto è stato di 29€ più 1 di mancia abbligatoria. Sconsigliatissimo.

Great little place on the way to the castle. Very good value food, I had a soup of the day, and that was only 1.20 euro. Pleasant outdoor seating with some being covered. You can watch some food being prepared and cooked on an outside grill. Staff work hard, and give good service. Good place to watch trams passing on the steep lines.

The worst bar - restaurant that I ever been. We drunk four beers and they charged us 14 euros when the price in menu was 10 euros. They told us that it is due to take drinks inside restaurant, in the saloon, but there isn't any advice about the extra charge. The waiter doesn't explain more so we paid and will never come back. Not recommended if you don't want to felt cheated!!!

Nice place for a light lunch, or drink. Bacalhao fritters and grilled chourizo excellent. Francezinha, a hot sandwich typical od the city of Porto, not nearly as good as they are in Porto. Friendly service. They also speak English.

Surrealista. El camarero literalmente nos ignoró durante los 40 minutos que estuvimos sentados en la mesa. Nos trajo la carta y no volvimos a ser capaces de que nos atendiera. Aunque el local no estaba excesivamente lleno, el camarero por motivos que desconocemos se decidió a no atendernos ya que todas las mesas (incluso las que llegaron mucho después que nosotros) estaban correctamente servidas. Los comensales de las mesas de al lado alucinaban tanto como nosotros con el trato surrealista que estábamos recibiendo por parte del camarero de la coleta moreno. Le llamamos hasta 3 veces a gritos incluso para que viniese a atendernos y no se dignó ni a girar la cabeza. Incluso fuimos a la barra a pedir expresamente que nos atendiesen y solo obtuvimos un si, ahora vamos poco convincente.
En fin, que esto lo cuento y no me creen. Experiencia NEFASTA.

A éviter ! Attrape touriste !
Pour plusieurs raisons:
- apporte des entrées dès que l’on rentre sans expliquer ce que c’est
- mauvais rapport qualité prix
- l’addition demandée est bien plus que la note prévue. On a du lui dire qu’elle s’était tromper dans le prix de certains plats en montrant la carte
- les légumes au BBQ c’est une assiette à 7€50 pour 3 oignons

Casa pitoresca e honesta. Preços de comida aceitável, com pratos típicos portugueses e bem confeccionada. O preço dos vinhos já é um pouco mais puxado, mas compreende-se pelo fado ao vivo.

Comida muito boa, lugar aconchegante e preços justos em meio ao conjunto de restaurantes turísticoa da Alfama. Alheira impecável (de dar água na boa) e muito bem-servida. Arroz de polvo aprovado (para quem gosta de coentro)! De sobremesa, o doce da casa, e para acompanhar tudo uma garrafa de vinho verde da casa! Vale a pena! Recomendamos.

Обнаружили этот ресторан случайно. Внешний вид заведения отличается от фото, но это не должно смущать. Были в начале недели, днем, обслужили быстро. Вернулись в пятницу вечером, пришлось дожидаться очереди, полное заполнение. Был вечер песен фадо, вживую, без музыкального сопровождения. Цены — приемлемы (по-сравнению с заведениями в центре, где готовят гораздо хуже). Кухня — отменная (блюда на гриле готовит женщина, и она знает своё дело), с персоналом общались на английском, проблем не было. Заведение более популярно у местных, и это самая лучшая характеристика. (Так же, как и в Порту, вечером лучше питаться там, где на улице стоит очередь). Добавлю фото вывески сегодня, и меню. Рекомендую приходить на неделе, порции больше, обслуживание быстрее))))).

Lokal godny polecenia. Trafiliśmy na występ Fado. Oprócz pysznego jedzenia, była też niezapomniana atmosfera. Zapach grillowanych ryb, pyszne wino, smaczne ślimaki. Śmiało możecie odwiedzać aby smacznie zjeść lub się napić. Ceny jak na okolicę uważam za przystępne.

My daughter is sick and so I came here to buy take away. The owner and her two sons were lovely. She helped me pick something perfect for my girl and even came out to the sidewalk where I was chatting on the phone to show me the cut of fish she recommended. I don't speak Portugese but she made me feel like we were in cahoots, making great food for my kid and me.

Que saudades da minha Lisboa!!!!!! Este era um local que frequentei algumas vezes.... A partir de ontem não voltarei mais.... Podem lucrar com turistas, mas comigo nunca mais.... Vender gato por lebre é inadmissível se continuarem assim vão deixar de ter clientes.... A qualidade deve prevalecer ....

Superbe ambiance, le repas maison et bon, l'infrastructure impeccable, le service simple et très correct,contrairement à certains avis que du coup je ne comprend pas, comme pour la qualité du repas d'ailleurs. Le fameux Fado interprété par deux très bons musiciens accompagnant deux superbes femmes aux voies complètementaire qui furent rejointes durant leurs sets, une fois par un monsieur âgé à la vois surprenante ajoutant une pointe de joie et aussi par un jeune chanteur affirmé à la voie mûre pour une opérette sinon plus. Message sincère qui nous à permis de passer une superbe dernière soirée lisboete enivrante comme l'âme de cette ville magnifique.

Naše první zkušenost s portugalskou kuchyní. Slávky, které jsem měla k jídlu, byly dobré a syn si na grilované sardinky (nebocotobylozaryby) taky nestěžoval. Ovšem treska, kterou měl můj muž, prý nebyla nic moc. Na servis ani ceny si nelze stěžovat, jen nám tam bylo zima (portugalci v únoru příliš nerozlišují teplotu venku/uvnitř...venku bývá často tepleji než uvnitř). Kdyby google místo hvězdiček umožňoval procenta, tak by to bylo tak na 70%.

Aie.. Partagé. Parce que le lieux est assez authentique, très surpris par la qualité de quelques musiciens venus jouer et chanter du fado, à nous irrisser les poils !! Par contre côté nourriture ça craint ! pour pas dire pire.. . Et surtout attention aux petites entrées sur facturées !! Vérifier le ticket de caisse à la sortie.

Noch nie so schlechtes Essen bekommen. Schon beim Servieren roch der Rindfleischspies tranig und unappetitlich. Schon der erste Bissen wurde von uns dezent ausgespuckt. Zudem waren die Pommes kalt und der Salat für 5 Euro mickrig. Macht einen großen Bogen um dieses Restaurant.

Food was OK, my squid came with some of the hard innards still inside and was not specially tasty or warm. The place itself is quite pretty and sitting at a very nice corner. Service was good. You can probably find better food for the same price in the area.

Entre el primer plato y el segundo 45 min, el camarero sacado de una película de jaimito, no se enteraba de una parecía medicao...Nos cobraron por un botellin de agua 2 euros y una caña 2,5 . Lo bueno esq la comida era abundante. Había algo que parecía una inspección una señora haciendo fotos a todo.. No volveré jamás.

Traditionelle portugiesische Küche. Der Fisch vom Grill ist wirklich top und für Lissabon günstig. Draußen sitzt man ruhig, nebenan fährt bis kurz vor 9 die Linie 12 vorbei - sehenswert. Wir waren an einem der Fado-Abende dort.

On mange trés bien, très peu d'attente, serveur agréable et trilingue (portugais, français et anglais), mais aussi et peut-être surtout : le groupe de fado était très bon. Le tout dans une ambiance plutôt intimiste et sans prétention. Je recommande.

Estábamos buscando un sitio donde comer por la zona y de todos era el más barato. Nos pedimos platos de la carta del día, y la verdad estaba todo buenísimo y mucha cantidad, mi marido se pidió un pollo guisado que tenía un nombre raro que se lo sirvieron en un bote de barro, estaba especial y yo me iba a pedir lomo de cerdo guisado pero el camarero me recomendó otra cosa de la que no me acuerdo ni el nombre, y era una pata de cerdo guisada que estaba espectacular, la carne se desacía en la boca, impresionante, de echo pensaba que era mucho y me lo comí todo de lo bueno que estaba. A nosotros no nos tardaron en servir, también he de decir que fuimos a comer muy pronto, a las 13.15h, solo éramos tres mesas, pero luego cuando estaba lleno, a partir de las 14-14:30h, ya era otro cantar. Nos recogieron la mesa y nos ofrecieron postre y el chico se olvidó de traernos la carta, estaba el restaurante lleno, al ver que tardaba decidimos levantarnos a pagar y nos fuimos para no perder más tiempo y el chico nos pidió perdon varias veces. Pagamos poco, por los dos platos, una botella de agua grande y dos cervezas grandes 23€. Sin duda volvería, volviendo a ir pronto por supuesto incluso un poco antes y siempre pediría algo del menú del día, siempre va a estar mejor que algún plato de la carta, por lo que he leído en otros comentarios.

Nos han hecho esperar un montón por un pescado demasiado hecho y un pulpo duro como una piedra. Luego tras otra larga espera, nos hemos levantado para pagar y marchar y nos preguntan en caja si no vamos a tomar postre ni café...

Posto molto caratteristico dove mangiare pesce buono mentre si ascolta il fado dal vivo. Il baccalà alla griglia è tenero e saporito, mentre la grigliata di pesce è abbastanza varia e la porzione ricca per il prezzo. Il dolce della casa è quello tipico di Lisbona e anche il vino della casa si fa gustare con piacere. Ci torneremo altre volte sicuramente

C'est la simplicité et le rapport qualité prix que vous viendrez chercher ici. Loin de l'agitation touristique plus, bas, n'hésitez pas à prolonger votre séjour dans le quartier de l'Alfama en écoutant un fado ici.
Les habitants du quartier s'arrêteront peut être accompagner la chanteuse ce soir.

Average and expensive. We took shrimps as a starter and it was very small and not good at all (mustard sauce or something), we paid 15 euros for it. Octopus is not bad, but the portion was the smallest we tried in Portugal for a week. However there were plenty of potatoes. Not recommended.

They brought complimentary bread and croquettes. The bread turned out to be moldy. But we didn't complain because he just brought it to the table. Then they charged us for it.
In the end we ordered chorizo, 1litre wine, and fried shrimp. Because they charged us for all the complimentary food it was over 50 euros.
Server was also miserable.

Tourist trap! They serve dishes you did not order, like bread. If you touch those dishes they end up on the bill. The Vegetarian meal and the salad were a joke. The grilled sardines were ok. All in all not worth it.

Petit restaurant qui paye pas de mine mais avec vue imprenable sur le tram! Personnel agréable et souriant qui parle aussi bien anglais que français. Très bonne surprise dans l'assiette, prix raisonnable. Comptez 10 à 15€ par personne pour un plat et un café.

Senti necessidade de "educar" os turistas pois fazem muito barulho quando se canta o fado. Os turistas têm de entender que o fado é como algo sagrado para os portugueses e que devem em silêncio quando se canta fado.

Ne surtout pas y aller ! Arnaqueur !!!
Ils vous déposent des amuses bouches sans rien vous dire et vous les facturent après. Le serveur ne parle ni français ni anglais et surtout fait la sourde oreille lorsqu'on parle de vente forcée.
Le plat n'est pas bon. La sauce est à l'eau et la viande de très mauvaise qualité.

We went in in an ideal time slot for a late lunch/early dinner (around 05pm) and there were only a few customers, so very quiet and quite quick service. We loved the food served (a fish soup followed by a mixed grill of fish). The waiter was very nice. We stayed inside as it started to get colder at the time of our visit. Simply decorated but clean.

Bon accueil, lieu sympa.
Cependant la commande n'a pas respecté.
La dorade a été remplacé par des sardines sans nous demandé.
C'est à la facturation qu'on a vu le changement.
Et je n'ai pas eu d'espadon dans mon assiette.
Même si je ne suis pas une spécialiste, je sais reconnaître certain poisson.
Présentation très sommaire.
Plat assez froid.

Restaurant pour touristes. Cuisine médiocre (plat froid,sauce tomate anémique,la soupe de poissons c'est de l'eau ou n'agent quelques crevettes surgelées..etc...et en plus cher pour ce que c'est!!!

They actually tried to scam us. We went there around 5 pm and ordered from a regular menu. Then, they gave us a Fado bill which was twice as much. I pointed out that the amount is wrong, but they still tried to convince me showing us a different menu. The place was almost empty when we were dining and there was no Fado going on. And their Fado hours begin at 8 pm. They didn’t even apologize. Don’t come here if you are a tourist.

Essen gut aber sehr unsortiert. Es empfiehlt sich die Rechnung gut zu überprüfen und zu reklamieren. Die Besitzer sind gierig und die Rechnung war bei den Getränken maßlos überteuert.

Discovered this place occasionally. Stayed for breakfast which continued to lunch, no kidding :) Apparently, a family place with big smoking oven outdoors, grilled chicken and all that what we like, plus digestive. Will go there again next time in Lisbon.

Delicious food in the middle of Alfama. We loved the appetizers and the fish stew (cataplana. They have a grill in the courtyard where they grill your fish on the spot. Great vegetarian options too.

Einfach dran vorbei gehen!!! Die schlechteste gastronomische Erfahrung die ich jemals in einem südeuropäischen Land gemacht habe!
Unser Tisch war reserviert. Wir waren pünktlich da. Nach 20 Minuten warten wurde unsere Bestellung aufgenommen, nach 50 Minuten haben wir unsere Getränke und unsere Vorspeisen erhalten. Bis dahin war alles noch ganz südländisch-lustig...
Nach 1,25 h haben wir unsere Hauptspeise erhalten. Gebratene Shrimps und Gegrilltes Rind...um es kurz zu machen Kutter-Kehricht und Schuhsohle! Mehr muss ich dazu nicht sagen.
Einfach nicht dort essen ist hier wärmstens empfohlen! Furchtbar! Wie so ein Lokal dazu noch von TripAdvisor empfohlen werden kann ist mir ein Rätsel!

ATTENZIONE: Siamo stati spiacevolmente colpiti da quanto accaduto, la proprietaria si è comportato in modo truffaldino. Dopo l'ordinazione passa al tavolo portando alcune cose dicendo "posso?" Sembra un regalo della casa ma troverete tutto nel conto.
PAGAMENTO: Non è consentita la carta di debito. Carta di credito SOLO portoghese.
È stato necessario richiedere lo scontrino fiscale perché non prodotto in prima istanza.

Sono quasi geloso a commentare questo posto tanto non vorrei che venga raggiunto da troppi turisti. Ma è uno dei migliori posti in cui abbia mai mangiato. Cucina familiare, prodotti freschi cotti benissimo, pesce e carne ma consiglio le sarde grigliate. Costo davvero modesto. Per non parlare delle serate con fado ! Insomma, per persone che amano poco i fronzoli e apprezzano la semplicità. Astenersi bacchettoni !

Amazing food, amazing and kind service! The food took a while, but was definitely worth the wait. Everything was so good, we had meat (picanha), fish (cod/bacalao) both grilled and "a natas" and a seafood rice which was one of the best I've had in my life! Got here by chance walking around Alfama, and it wasn't too good looking, but it's the best place we ate in Lisbon during our trip!

Mein persönlicher Tipp für diese Ecke. Authentisch mit sehr gutem Essen. Gegrillt wird direkt im Außenbereich. Der Tintenfisch war mit der Beste, den ich jemals hatte. Auch der Fleischspieß... einfach klasse. Wer mittags oder abends ehrliches Essen zum fairen Preis sucht, sollte hier vorbeischauen.

Da bacalhao dem Fischallergiker nicht bekommt bietet die Küche mir nichts Nenneswertes: ABER der Fadista Paulo Almeida singt immer noch wie auf seinen 2012 auf youtube veröffentlichten Einspielungen, nämlich fabelhaft!!!

Grilled fish and meat, BUT also at least one vegan and vegetarian option! Beer and wine is good, so is the desert. The coffee is at the local level - too much water, little body - and doesn't reach Italian standard. The staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable.

Nourriture vraiment portugaise, c'est un excellent endroit pour déjeuner. Pas cher et avec un large choix de plats. Le personnel parle un peu français et ils sont très sympas. Les prix sont très accessibles. Je recomende la brochette de calamar et la morue à Bras.

Restaurante sencillo, en buen lugar y con una terraza amplia. Barbacoa donde te hacen buenos platos de carne y pescado a un precio muy razonable.
El bacalao estaba muy bueno, los camarones algo menos y muy salados.
Trato bueno (como siempre en Portugal).
Los postres sencillos pero agradables.

The grilled octopus was to die for in this restaurant. The bread stew with shrimp was the best we have had yet in Portugal. Small family run establishment and if your in this neighborhood it is a great place to stop by for lunch.

Nefasto trato en dicho restaurante. Después de estar esperando al sol tras pedir de la carta durante tres cuartos de hora, no nos traen ni el pan para ir picoteando ni el aperitivo. Cuando se dignan en servirnos nos traen directamente el segundo plato (mi novia con muy mala ostia les tuvo que decir: ya no queremos el segundo!!!!) . Lo peor de todo es que en la cuenta nos quisieron cobrar el pan y el aperitivo que no nos habían servido. A Lisboa volveremos pero no a este restaurante, eso lo tenemos bien claro.

We stopped by this restaurant just by accident. Not a restaurant worth getting out of your way just to get to - but the service was good, it felt like we got a good value for our money, and the food was hearty and satisfying. Try their "Chunk on the Stone".
