My experience with Driveflow in Lisbon was not good. I brought 10 people with me on their "Sintra, Cascais & Estoril private tour" only to find out during the drive up to Sintra that nothing else besides transportation was actually included in the tour - no tickets, pastries, lunch or anything. Their website description of the tour says it includes (among other things) "Sintra’s National Palace," "traditional pastries where we’ll be able to taste the classic travesseiros," "also mandatory is to visit Quinta da Regaleira" and "Going from Sintra to Cascais, we’ll pass by the symbolic beach of Guincho." Turns out, this tour it literally just transportation to Sintra and back. Had I known that, I would have booked Ubers for us to get there. But since I didn't know that their website description of the tour was just a suggestion, we didn't actually stop anywhere for pastries in the morning, leaving the group hungry until we finally found lunch in the later afternoon. Plus, the driver of our van kept stalling the car as we were going up the hills in Sintra. He said he wasn't used to this car and had never driven a group this big. It felt unsafe and some in the group were uncomfortable with the driving. For what we paid, it was unprofessional – we expected a smooth experience. Considering the cost per person for transportation, the value wasn't there since nothing was included. All this "tour" is is transportation and a guide who couldn't speak loud enough in the van for us to hear him. After the day, I wrote to Driveflow to express my dissatisfaction in paying almost 600 euros for just transportation that didn't even feel safe. Their reaction was to blame me for not knowing that nothing else was included and for the group taking too many photos: "My driver said that they had no interest in hearing about the history of the monuments. A tour is not a photo essay." Since when? We couldn't hear him speak in any case. I won't be surprised if they now update their website to make it clear that nothing else is included but just be warned - this "tour" is literally just a ride in a van from Lisbon to Sintra (a 30-minute drive) and back to Lisbon - for 65 euros a person. Way too expensive for what it is and overall, an unprofessional company to do business with.

It was all great. Everything was the best. Allways on time, really patient guides, and full of knowledge. Really good drivers, that took me all around the country. Amazing. 5*
