We have just returned from 8 nights at Lazaro villa. I will never book again with MyChoice. The customer service is shocking. The location of the villa is absolutely brilliant, perfect for anyone looking to be away from the tourist areas and have the beach on the door step. We had suspected there was going to be an issue before going as anytime we tried to contact MyChoice to ask about paying the final balance, nobody would reply back. This went on for months. However, when we first arrived at the villa we were greeted by a horrible smell where we found it later to be a terrible damp problem in the villa. This caused all of our clothes and the bed sheets to be constantly damp which was very uncomfortable. We noticed the villa hadn’t really been cleaned from the previous people, therefore we went straight out and bought cleaning products to clean throughout making it feel a lot more comfortable. The sockets in the main bedroom are hanging off the walls, the shutter is broken between the living room and the back room, the dining room chairs were very dirty, light bulbs missing throughout the house, door handles not even attached, main door lock was broken. We thought they may provide simple things such as hand wash, but you get the very minimum. We contacted MyChoice via email during our stay to give them the chance of looking into the issues we raised with them, but as expected no reply. Another note just to warn anyone looking at this appartment, the downstairs neighbour decides to party all night every night, meaning arguments and fights. This was often up to 5am. I understand this is something which MyChoice can’t control. This is the worst experience we have had with this company from day one. It’s such a shame as it is in a great location.

I booked an appartment throught booking and one hour before arriving, they told me that it was no available due to electricity problems??. The offered me other appartment much worse and they charge 65€ more. Final i got it back due to the excellent support of booking.

Céntrico, cómodo, limpio y amplio. Cumple por el precio.

Disgusted at this company taking 25euros for the already broken TV remote control. Shame on you. Be careful of this company and make sure ANYTHING you see that maybe 'deemed' as broken is immediately reported or you will be charged. The heating was not warm enough either. Never again.
