Located in the lively Timeout Market, Tartar-la felt like one of the bougier places to eat (marble countertops, wine etc). Wasn’t a fan of the asian beef tartare I ordered but I was very impressed by the artistic craftsmanship in each dish’s presentation. I don’t think I’ve ever had a mushroom garnish as tender or as rich tasting as I did here.

1) salmon tartar
2) tuna tartar
3) beef tartar (asian)

Very good surprise. I tried the asiatic meat tartar and it was excellent. I am used to the french style and was very pleasantly surprise by this version. The wasabi peas and sesame oil are a perfect match with the raw meat. It's expensive: 10,50€ for 100g, but it's well worth a try.

Comida gourmet e quantidades muito pequenas mas comida de alta qualidade. Tártaro asiático muito pequeno mas delicioso. Tártaro de muito boa qualidade, saboroso e temperado na perfeição. Recomendo

Really good tartare, all made fresh as it must be. Nice flavors. Micro greens were a lovely addition. And everyone is so nice, friendly and great service.

Un tartar de stun bastante bueno. Pero el de lubina estaba increíble con ese toque a wasabi que se dejaba notar. Camarera y gerente, súper simpáticos y muy atentos. Recomendable.

Chef Bishwas from Nepal put together a DELICIOUS tuna tartar we have ever had. Seriously, the best we’ve ever had. We shared stories from our home countries. He walked us through the food process and even convinced me, a forever beef tartar hater, to enjoy their Asian beef tartar. I loved it.
Highly recommended.

타임아웃 마켓에 있는 식당중 엄청난 고민을 하다 선택하게 된 식당입니다. 결과적으로 좋은 선택을 했습니다. 식당 옆 기둥에 각 식당마다 히스토리가 적혀있는데 이곳은 미슐랭1스타 쉐프의 프로젝트(?)라고 적혀 있는듯 합니다. 아무튼 소고기 타르타르 먹었는데 간도 적당하고 소스도 맛있습니다. 마켓안에 식당이 많아 고민될때 추천 드립니다.

We have got 150 g beef tatar for EUR 15.
The tatar is served with arugala and a white sauce. My boyfriend said it was the best tatar he has ever had... but he has not a lot of tatar in his life. :) For me, it was ok. I had better tatar.
This tatar is more fine than rough textured. The tatar is mixed with something like chives.

Great staff - really had a nice conversation with one of the staff members while waiting for our dishes. Had the most amazing salmon tartare, but a member of our group didn't feel as appreciative of their tuna tartare. I still loved the experience. The prices are relatively high, but the quality and nice plating makes up for this.
Note that this is a Time out Market restaurant, so the seating is minimal, and it will be hard to find a seat during rush hours.

Sehr gutes Essen. Einfach ein Genuss! Tartar wird hier richtig geschmackvoll zubereitet. Wer im TimeOut ist, der sollte sich den Gaumenschmaus nicht entgehen lassen. Eine absolute Empfehlung! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt!

This is the best tartar I've had in all my life. And I am a tartar lover. We tried both the herring one and the asian beef tartar. The latter was the one I considered the best I've eaten. The combination of quality meat and asian infused flavours knocks you off your feet. Just perfect!

I loved it! Their tartare are pieces of art on the plate & in the mouth. They have an amazing selection of wine especially the Green Wine which is actually incredible ! They have vegetarian & beef & fish tartare available. Great experience !

Only tried the tuba tartar, yet - would be more brave upon a second visit. That said, it was excellent, and so was the wine, and the service was the best I had in Lisbon, so far.

Clean flavors, good cuts of fish, and very welcome green vegetables come together at Tartar inside the TimeOut Market. Using both beetroot purée and green apple purée on the seabass was a fun, semi-sweet introduction of acid beyond just plain citrus flavors. High marks for creativity and playfulness. The ahi was more classic in its preparation as a tartare, with the whole side of the ahi being cut into pieces, so no trim, but center cut, and the blood line was cut away. The salad was exactly that, a spin on a Greek style salad, it was crisp and fresh and a welcome sight to so much fried food.

Realy great concept with fresh ingredients. I actually ate here 3X within 5 days of visiting Lisbon. I first tried the traditional beef tartar with a potato foam and really enjoyed it. I saw a couple enjoying the sea bass tartar and knew I had to come back. Upon returning I tried the trout and the Asian style beef tartar which were both phenomenal. Overall great flavors and service, I’m looking forward to trying the rest of the menu when I return to Lisbon.

Foods here are definitely one of the best ones in Timeout market.
Staffs are always very cheerful and friendly
My fav dish would be their Salmon and Sea-Bream tartare. The combination of the ingredients are truly perfect and presentation of the dishes are top notch

This was a wonderful first course to the multitude of joyous cuisines on offer here. The wine selection was excellent and was well matched to the tuna tartare. My only complaint was the heavy handed sesame oil which, to my palette, overpowered the fresh delicacy of the fish. The service was friendly and efficient.

Good food and friendly staff, very nice seating around the restaurant, you watch your food Bering made, fresh and tasty, try one of the wines with your meal and enjoy the atmosphere, dishes look very nice, the chef and team prepare it very, well go try it yourself, :)))))))))))))), we like it therefore we recommend it

In Ordnung, aber: kein Thunfisch-Tatar verfügbar. Hering-Tatar ist grundsätzlich lecker gewesen, vor lauter Roter-Beete konnte der Fisch fast nicht identifiziert werden. Preis-Leistung nicht ganz optimal

Extremely tasty and very well executed! Super fresh, creative dishes. Fantastic flavor. Very reasonably priced. We had the Salmon and the Sea Bass with a crisp glass of Rose and it was perfect. We sat at the bar and we were very well taken care of. Super attentive and very generous service. Highly recommended from the many options at the busy Time Out Market.

Reasonably priced (coming from London) and delicious. Had the salmon and sea bass, both very nice. Fresh, tasty and a reasonable size. Initially deterred because of the long queue on the 'market' side, much less busy on the other side of the restaurant, glad we went
