Everything was good except the air conditioner in our room didn’t work and it was hotter in our room than it was outside which is saying a lot. We were not able to cool down in the room at all and woke up sweating because it was so hot.

Très bien situé au coeur de Lisbonne. Le petit tram qui passe sous notre fenêtre. Une jolie chambre avec une superbe vue sur un quartier paisible.

We enjoyed the great views from our room at the front of the building of trams, ocean and piazza although it was noisy at night. The room was clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the shared kitchen with microwave, toaster, jug, fridge and coffee and tea supplies, although a toaster oven and tea towels would have made it excellent. The kitchen needs some ventilation as there are no windows, so careful if you burn toast.Theres a large supermarket and chemist in a large train terminus some 5 minutes walk away and theres also a convenience store called Ali-Baba a minute away and a good coffee shop opposite.The only drawback is, there are a lot of stairs to get to foyer.Theres no staff at night, but this is usually the case at a guest house, but you can ring the manager,David and he is responsive. The famous 28 tram pulls up numerous times right out the front. We would consider staying here again.

Hospedagem muito confortável e silênciosa para quem quer descansar. A localização do hotel é ótima, pois está em um local bem movimentado e com vários pontos para diversão.

This was the perfect choice for a solo trip. The location is in the heart of the center and where all the action happens! If you are interested in the nightlife, I highly recommend this place. Although it is near the action, the soundproof windows make the outside noise disappear. There is also the view of the river, so you will see beautiful sunsets over the water. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Lisbon!

Chambre et sdb modernes, avec le stricte nécessaire. Peut convenir comme le but principal est quand même de profiter de la ville et non de s'enfermer. Le sacré bémol : l'insonorisation... (sinon je donnais 4*) ca passe encore les bruits de la rue, et certains bruits dans le couloir/cuisine la nuit ou d'enfants qui pleurent..(même si quand je me relis la j trouve que je suis quand même cool) Sauf quand d'autres locataires décident de s'approprier la cuisine pour en faire leur salon et refaire le monde à partir de minuit... Insomnie assurée. Bref ça fait le job, c'est bien situé et proche de tout mais prévoyez des boules quies

Com fechamento fronteira intercontinental, administração não aceita cancelar reserva. Um acinte contra hóspedes. Quando a crise passar, não recomendo tal hotel. Uma pena, pois não compreenderam que é IMPOSSÍVEL chegarmos a Portugal e ao hotel. Mas, tudo volta.

Me aloje dos noches en este hotel y pague por adelantado. Al llegar me encontre un fuerte olor a pintura por el cual no se podia estar en la habitación. El resepcionista me dijo que todo acababa de ser pintado una semana antes y que no se podia hacer nada al respecto. SI NO SE PUEDE ESTAR EN LAS HABITACIONES QUE NO LAS ALQUILEN!!! No lo recomiendo.

Aunque a la alcoba le faltaba un poquito de comodidad para el manejo de equipaje, estaba muy bonita, muy tranquila, estupendo baño, bonita vista y excelente ubicación.

It has a good quality and quantity for an all you can eat restaurant, I only give 4 stars because for 10 Euros you can have an extremely delicious meal in Lisbon, and compared to that option, this is only 80% worth it. In Hungary this would be a 4.5 stars restaurant with all the nice people and food

Nice central based accommodation. Clean and good value for money. Only issue was the shower drain got easily blocked and I ended up flooding the bathroom on one occasion but Cleaners sorted out.

Noisy! The sound proofing is non-existent, so you hear everything from the neighboring rooms, the communal breakfast area, street noise from outside as well as the occupants on the floors above and below. Access is via key-codes provided by e-mail, so it's a very impersonal place to stay. The guest house has 6 rooms on the second floor of an old building with no lift. On the positive side, it is well located for public transport connections and for sight-seeing. The immediate local area is quite nice with several shops, cafes and restaurants close by. The rooms are modern, bright and comfortable. The en-suite was of high standard.

Tutto perfetto! Camera spaziosa e completa con ingresso mediante codice pin. Stesso discorso per l'ingresso nel palazzo e nell'appartamento. Cucina comune ben attrezzata. Posizione eccellente a 200mt dalla stazione Cais do Sodre e a 150mt dalla Piazza del Commercio. Cambio asciugamani giornaliero.

The guesthouse was spotless, bright and very comfortable. The only downside is that noise carries through so getting a good nights sleep can be tricky for some.

Nice room, clean with an air-condition, nice bathroom, small kitchen with the amenities and tea and coffee. Entrance system with coded lock is simple to use. And it has free wifi. Would stay again.

Was very good. Perfect for exploring lisbon. Close to trams, buses, underground and trains! Clean fresh room, hops it stays this way .

Very nice guesthouse with a secure system to come in building and enter room. Perfect central location, would definitely recommend to someone looking for a guesthouse. Completely renovated with spacious bathrooms. Very good first experience in a guesthouse... no regrets. No staff on site so you need to check your email the night before for all security codes to enter. If you get there in advance the guesthouse has lockers for your suitcases ... but dont forget to contact host for front door code and guesthouse code in order to be able to use the locker.

Un lugar agradable, cómodo y limpio, sólo que por la noche hay un poco de ruido fuera. La ubicación es perfecta, puedes ir a todos los sitios andando. Muy atentos, hay un parking cerca que vale 17,50 el día. Recomendable si vas a Lisboa.

I slept there on Sunday 11th June. I left the hotel the morning after because I woke up with bedbugs in my bed. It was terrible. And the owner didn't refund either the night or the money for the laundry.

There were no staff besides a friendly and efficient email. I tried to submit without rating staff, but it wouldn't let me. It is entirely automated, which was just great . Wished I'd had time to stay longer.

Dont let the outside appearance of the building put you off, this is a great find, good price, and overall good place to stay. I was worried when the cab drove up because it looked like a worn out building. But the email instructions I received a few days in advance with the door code to the building, guest house floor, and room, was clear and precise. The guest house is on the 2nd floor (3rd for Americans) and as soon as I entered into the kitchenette area and then to my room, I was very pleased. The room was small but more than adequate, with private bath with a large shower. Everything worked and was clean, with daily maid service. There are six private bedrooms with private baths and a shared kitchen with a small refrigerator, microwave, and hot water electric kettle. The wireless was the best Id had on this trip. I never saw staff, but when I called the 24-hour phone number provided, I got an immediate response and the service I needed (e.g., scheduling a cab for the airport for my departure). You have to be able to walk up/down stairs carrying your own luggage. If you cannot, this is not the place for you. If you can, then this is a great find. In one direction, it is two blocks from the Praca Do Comercio and in the other direction, its two blocks from a happening place in town with lots of restaurants and clubs. And, youre a couple blocks from the water. Directly in front of the it is a stop for the cable cars. Buses, cabs and tuk tuks are close by.

This is not a hotel. It's a 6-bedroom apartment that has been divided up as a rooming house--not that there's anything wrong with that. There is no front desk or staff, just a series of passcodes that allow access through each door: one for the building's main door, one for the apartment door (2nd floor) and one for your own bedroom. The shared kitchen (small fridge, microwave, tea kettle, coffee/tea, dishes) has a chalkboard with the wifi password and manager's phone number. I didn't see or contact any hotel staff in my three day visit, but I also didn't need anything. The rooms and kitchen were very clean, newly renovated, and equipped with everything (towels, soap, etc). I felt like I was living in an IKEA showroom-- not that there's anything wrong with that. The facility is very well located: near key bus, train and trolley stations. The neighborhood currently (Aug 2016) has a lot of construction-- both the street and the building next door. This didn't bother us. We enjoyed our stay, but it will be even nicer when the construction is done.

Really handy location to walk to Baixa and for trains to Caiscas etc. Codes to get into building, apartment and bedroom, so we didn't actually meet any staff but all made very easy by clear email and rooms cleaned daily. Had a very nice bright quiet room with cool decor - mix of modern with old tiles. Would stay there again if in Lisbon.

Sehr schönes Guest House in bester Lage! Zwischen Cais do Sodre und Placa do Comercia gelegen, gut mit den öffentlichen vom Flughafen aus zu erreichen (ca 40 min, einmal umsteigen). Von dort aus lässt sich alles gut zu Fuß erkunden. die Bäder sind renoviert, die Zimmer schön eingerichtet. Jeden Tag wird das Bett gemacht und der Müll mitgenommen. Einziges Manko: das Haus liegt direkt an einer großen Straße mit öffentlichem Verkehr, es kann also morgens relativ früh etwas lauter werden. Ist aber mit dem Fenster zu zu ertragen. Insgesamt würde ich es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt voll und ganz!

Very close to the river Tagus and old town Lisbon. Minutes from great pastry and coffee shops. It was a little hard to find as their was scaffolding around the building. The room was perfect! Clean, high ceilings, and and amazing bathroom. Their is also a small kitchen available. Would recommend this hotel to everyone!
