I have this thing that I get haircuts when on holiday. I have curly hair, and sometimes is not so easy to find someone who can cut curls and can give you style suggestions. Well, if you are looking for that, this is the place! I got my haircut with Louise. First of all, she is such a lovely human being. Honestly, she made me feel comfortable from the first moment. We sat and spoke about my ideas, made a plan and got into action! But right before she started I asked: is it possible for hairs like mine to get those creative cuts? Long story short: she cut my hair so that I have a Latina Afro! I love it! And the same day afterwards people in the street told me how nice my hair is!!! And she made some small creative details in the fringe, back and sides! One last thing, everyone there seems to know what they are doing and are humble and friendly. That’s it :)

I am visiting Lisbon and needed to have my hair colour ‘refreshed’. I found this salon by Googling. Well, I’m so glad I chose WIP Hairport. What a great experience! I made the appointment by phone and was booked, in English, for the very next day. I used Google maps to help me find the place and walked from my hotel. Upon arrival I was warmly greeted and was almost immediately introduced to my colourist, Marion. What a delight. Many moons ago I was a natural redhead, now Mother Nature needs a little help. Marion is very fri endless and consulted with me and actually listened. Together we decided on a slight colour change and I am thrilled with the results. My hair looks like it did at 16, although I’m a bit past that now . The salon was filled with satisfied customers leaving wearing a smile. If you are in Lisbon and need a lift WIP Hairport is the place to go. You won’t be disappointed. Many many thanks, Marion.

I went because of the excellent reviews. Maybe it was bad luck, but the hairstylist did a really bad job, she did not listened to what I wanted, she did her "creative" work and it turned out to be the worse haircut I got in years...

Сожгли волосы, у всех очень тяжелые руки, так что то, что не сожгли - вырвали, а потом сняли 150€ за то, что я сама бы дома лучше сделала, тем более с теми же дешёвыми красками.

I always wanted to try super short bangs but never had the courage. I explained my doubts and fears to Ramona and she completely understood what I wanted. Not only did I leave with an awesome haircut but it wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be. Highly recommend it!

The stuff is great and very friendly. Everyone has it own story and personality and make you feel very welcome. It was a pleasant surprise and I’m super happy with their work! definitely worth it!

Went to the salon for color on a Friday and was lucky enough to be paired with Fernanda. She colored my roots, gave me a hair cut and an amazing brushing. I left the place so happy that I went back a few days later for a brushing. Unfortunately Fernanda was not there and my hair ended up at the hands of someone else (small lady with orange/pink hair). She simply could not handle my hair. When finished, I told her that I was not happy with the result, so she decided to “make it right” by ironing my hair like there’s no tomorrow, running the hot iron about five times on each session which, in turn, just damaged my hair. Left the salon with hard and dried out hair. Regret not waiting for Fernanda to arrive. Big waste of time and money. Will not be back and can’t recommend the place.

I had an awful experience at the last salon I visited in Lisbon where things were completely rushed, and I was not treated like a customer at all! At WIP Hairport I got the complete opposite, I was warmly greeted by a male employee who escorted me to the desk and introduced me to Marion. Marion was incredibly pleasant throughout and listened to what I wanted and delivered! I left feeling very good and happy. I will be returning.

I had the best experience at WIP. Staff was friendly and they made me feel very welcome and comfortable there. The stylist who did my hair, Louise, heard my hair concerns and history and made sure I knew what she was doing while she was doing it. I definitely recommend this place!

I haven't expected that during my trip to Lisbon I will end up in the hair salon. But my hair needed a quick fix after the visit at the hairdresser in my country. And I can honestly say that I got what I needed. Louise is a hero and she did an amazing job. She took her time to understand what I want. I really liked the team's attitude when I first came to ask for an advice and during my appointment. Team is so friendly, atmosphere there is great. Definitely recommend!

I got my hair cut by Nuria today. She was super friendly and she did a great job. Loving the new cut :) despite me not really knowing what I wanted (and merely provided the length which I wanted), she knew perfectly well what would fit me. With my limited (non-existant) Portuguese it was nice to be able to talk English as well. Apart from all of this, the price paid was very cheap too. Would definitely recommend this place :)

I went in wanting 2 or 3 colors, and I came out with 8 colors and a super cool design in my undercut. I loved everything my stylist did! And all for a reasonable price. Friendly people, uber chic salon. I'd go back in a heartbeat! Highly recommend!

The owner is a very arrogant person who rejects people if you are not happy with the first result even when you pay to change the work. Never happened this to me before and the way she treated me was very rude.
