Lemplacement est idéal , les principales visites se font à pied. La rue est très calme . Petit déjeuner copieux et varié , personnel agréable. Très bonne adresse pour visiter Lisbonne.

Chambre spacieuse, très propre, refaite reculent, clim, et au calme malgré une situation géographique en plein centre de Lisbonne ! Plutôt rare... personnel accueillant et très disponible.

I really liked the location of the hotel. It is very close to the Restauradores and Rossio metro stops. The location is very close to many of the old town tourist sites. I really appreciated the television channels available and the wifi service. My room was comfortable and the bed was great. I did find the staff professional but not very welcoming. If I had questions or problems. I think I would have assumed that the staff would offer me only cursory information.

Pulito,situato in una zona da cui si gira bene in città.facilmente raggiungibile dalla aereoporti e da cui si può raggiungere le varie destinazioni.collegamento metro/ bus ottimo.

Sehr gut gelegen, wir konnten unser Auto sehr gut in der Garage restauradores Platz parken. 5 min zu Fuß. Das Hotel liegt in einer Fußgängerzone, nahe am Russio Platz, Figueira Platz und Moniz Platz, wo alle Arten von Public transport fahren. Man kann das meiste zu Fuß erreichen. Jede Menge Restaurants sind direkt vor der Tür.
Ein Herr an der Rezeption war super motiviert, das Hotel hat einen Innenhof.
Es gibt sehr unterschiedliche Zimmer. Zuerst hatten wir Zimmer 206, riesiges Bad mit Fenster, normal großes Zimmer für portugiesischen Altbau. Das Bett allerdings war 140x 180 cm groß- was für uns gar nicht ging. Für die dritte Nacht wurde uns dann kostenlos eine Suite (209) mit einem Bett 180x200 cm zur Verfügung gestellt. Beide Zimmer waren sauber.
Das Frühstück war für ein Stadthotel in Ordnung- ich habe mir mein Obst mitgebracht, aber Wurst und Käse gab es reichlich.
Wegen der Lage ist das Hotel zu empfehlen.

This is where the tour groups stay with companies like Explore. I like the central location and the vast variety of restaurants all around. It is close to Rossio railway station and metro station and the 15 tram to all the sights in Belem.

Wunderbar. Mitten in Lissabon. Ein Restaurant am anderen. Das Hotel hat die verschiedenst eingerichteten Zimmer. Ich war jetzt schon 3x dort und bin immer wieder zufrieden.

Arbeiten wurden vorgenommen, da die Wände dünn sind war alles und jeder zu hören. Auch die Strasse war nicht unbedingt ruhig. Das Zimmer war super. Der enge Gang fanden wir besonders. Die Handtücher wurden jeden tag ersetzt und die Betten wieder so gemacht wie am ersten Tag beim Check in

der Platz im EZ war ok, trotzdem war es schwierig einen großen Koffer unterzubringen, musste einen Sessel im Eck in den Gang neben das Bett stellen, sonst hätte ich den Koffer aufs Bett legen müssen ;), Zimmer war sauber, Holzteil am Kopfteil des Bettes knarrte ordentlich, Bett sonst sehr bequem und gut zum schlafen, im Bad zu wenig Ablageflächen, ein Spot funktionierte nicht, wurde nach Info offenbar getauscht, aber danach war er wieder kaputt, dann wurde nichts mehr gemacht, jeden Tag wurden Handtücher getauscht, leider stank es manchmal sehr unangenehm aus der Toilette heraus, man musste definitiv die Badezimmertür schließen, Kasten hatte genug Kleiderhaken, bisschen unpraktisch mit der Mittelstange zum rausnehmen, im TV gab es 3 deutsche Sender, leider war der Gesamtempfang auch bei den inländischen nicht so toll vom Bild her, Frühstück: Toast (portugiesischer), helles, dunkles Gebäck, frisches Obst, Cerealien, abgepackte Marmeladen, Käse, Wurst, versch. Sorten, mind. 3 süße Sachen (Kuchen, Muffins...), Pfirsichspalten aus Dose, Kaffee und Milch wurde von den Angestellten gebracht, es gab zwar eine Kaffeemaschine mit Tabs, aber da stand oft außer Betrieb drauf und düort bekam man nicht alles, Teewasser aus Thermoskannen, es gab mehrere Teesorten, aber der Früchtetee fehlte, preislich her gesehen war es ok, vor allem, da ich früh gebucht hatte

O hotel Florescente tem uma ótima localização. Próximo a duas estações de metrô, mercados é uma rua cheia de restaurantes, onde é possível desfrutar de um menu completo por €25.
O hotel tem quartos pequenos mas muito bem arrumados e confortáveis. O pequeno almoço (café da manhã) tem variadas opções de pães, bolos e frutas.

Big plus is Location.
Minuses are that hotel rooms are tiny and furniture is old. In our room the wall was so thin that we could hear clearly neighbours talk or TV.
Bed wasn't comfortable. It won't be problem if you stay for one night but we stayed almost a week.
It's because I believed the reviews.

La situación es perfecta esta en unos de los lugares mas céntrico y bonito de Lisboa, aunque las habitaciones son un poco pequeña está limpio pero nosotros estuvimos dos noches y dos veces que se averio el ascensor y teníamos que subir hasta la cuarta planta por las escaleras.

Be aware that this is an old hotel with old air conditioning systems thus you can feel the humidity everywhere. It doesnt help if you have asthma, allergy problems. There is no window screen to prevent bugs from entering so you cant get fresh air and only depend on the air circulation in the building which is bad. The rooms, corridors are too narrow so that if you have claustrophobia definitely stay away from this hotel. The bathroom door was broken. Finally be aware that you can hear even a low level of talking happening in the next rooms, the sound isolation is very weak. We had some people entering their room around 3 am drunk, laughing screaming jumping around, that took hours and hotel representatives took no action to stop them from disturbing guests sleep.

Nettes Hotel in der Innenstadt von Lissabon inmitten der Fußgängerzone. Die Metro ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig. Das Bad war ausreichend groß. Auf den Betten konnte man sehr gut schlafen. Das Frühstück war ausreichend vielfältig. Einzig der Orangensaft war wässrig und das Rührei schmeckte nicht. Ansonsten wurde immer nachgelegt. Personal war immer da und aufmerksam. Ich würde dort wieder übernachten.

Excellent location, near Rossio and several restaurants and bars. The room was very clean, the bathroom was modern and nice, and my room was actually quite spacious. I had an interior room, and hence it was very quiet as well, despite the fact I was there on Friday and Saturday nights. The breakfast is very good.

Me encanta el hotel. Estoy instalada y es muy cuqui. Está muy céntrico. La habitación bien, limpia y amplia. Por decir algo malo la tele pequeña. El desayuno completo,Tostadas, embutido,pan frua dulces...y algún variante más. Trato correcto. El recepcionista de la mañana simpatiquisimo.

It was a nice hotel in the centrum of Lisbon. You have a various of bars and restaurants nearby. The staff was really nice and the room clean. Only remark, the interior is already used, so you could see some traces of use.

Wer nicht so hohe Ansprüche an modernen Zimmer hat Ist das Hotel wad für den kleinen Geldbeutel. Leider hatte wir Ausblick Richtung Innenseite mit Klimaanlage und Geruch von dem Restaurant darunter. Leider stand der Geruch bis morgens im Bad. War nicht so lecker frühs im Bad bei Fritierfett sich zu duschen. Duschvorhang müsste mal erneuert werden. Ansonsten Frühstück ok, Personal ganz nett und zuvorkommend.

Erstaunlich gute Unterkunft in zentraler Lage zum günstigen Preis. Das Bad ist sauber, der Service kam an jedem Tag seinen Pflichten nach. Das Bad ist geräumig, allerdings gibt es statt einer Dusche eine Wanne. Das Zimmer hatte nur Fenster zu einem kleinen Innenhof, die Klimaanlage funktioniert. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist gut. Das Doppelbett läßt sich auseinanderschieben. Es gibt einen Flachbildfernseher, desssen Funktion ich nicht getestet habe, einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl sowie einen Sessel. Die Rezeption ist mit englischsprachigem, hilfsbereitem Personal 24h besetzt. Die Zimmer sind über Fahrstuhl oder Treppe erreichbar. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine sehr reichliche Auswahl, ist auch qualitativ gut. Der Eßsaal ist nur über eine Treppe erreichbar.
Die Lage ist äußerst zentral. Der Rossio liegt de facto nebenan, vieles ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Location was good, near the water end of the Ave. da Liberdade and close to the Restauradores metro stop. As the metro stop implies, this is primarily a restaurant district and the hotel entrance was on one of the restaurant rows between restaurants. The interior is outdated, the bathtub/shower was very awkward as it was only partially enclosed, no shower curtain, and if you werent careful with the shower spray, youd get water all over the floor. I was on the 5th floor (lobby was 0 so really the 6th floor) and the elevator went out one evening.

Hotel pulito per quanto riguarda la biancheria nella camera e nel bagno ma asciugamani e tappetino doccia spesso molto usurati.
Camera molto angusta, direi triste, da "restaurare" e ritinteggiare, con gradino " pericoloso" tra la camera ed il bagno.
Corridoio di accesso alla camera strettissimo e pertanto non sufficiente in caso di emergenza.
Colazione non particolarmente ricca ma accettabile, in stile familiare. Sala colazione molto pulita.
Direi che l'aspetto piu' qualificante di questo hotel e' la pulizia.
Ottima posizione.

Les chambres sont un peu petite mais la salle de bain est grande, et la propreté, l’accueil et le petit-déjeuner sont impeccables !!
D’autre part l’hôtel est très bien situé, à proximité de la Praça dom Pedro IV et du métro.
Enfin, du thé et de la citronnade sont offert gratuitement tous les jours entre 15h30 et 17h30 pour le tea time :)

Está muy bien de ubicación, las habitaciones son pequeñas pero no es molesto cuando lo que vas es a ver la ciudadiudad y solo estas para ir a dormir. Lo único malo es que no había minibar en las habitaciones para enfriar el agua.

RAS sur le personnels. RAS sur la propreté de la chambre. Le petit déjeuner était très bon. La localisation est parfaite en centre ville ! Par contre pas de coffre pour ranger nos papiers, la chambre est vraiment très très très petite (même pas la place pour ouvrir sa valise en entière sauf en la mettant sur le lit), pas de prises électriques en tête de lit, et gros problème d'insonorisation.... Nous entendions la chasse d'eau des toilettes des chambres autour, ainsi que les douches et quelques conversations.

The Staff was very helpful and the rooms are more than adequate. The hotel was being renovated so there was some noise during the day. The hotel has a breakfast room next door that has a good selection for 10 euros if you don't have it included. The location is great and you have a variety of good restaurants close by. The train station is within 5 minutes walking.

Een heel fijn, prettig en mooi hotel in het hart van Lissabon. De kamers van zowel onszelf als dochter zijn goed onderhouden, schoon, en bovendien mooi en rustig ingericht. De kamers hebben uitzicht op een rustige binnenpatio, en hebben zodoende geen last van de straatgeluiden die horen bij dit uitgaansgebied van Lissabon. De kamers zijn voorzien van uitstekende bedden, mooie, goed gekozen kunst met locale thema's, prettig licht, een bureau om eventueel aan te schrijven, ruim voldoende kastruimte, 2 prima fauteuils, spiegel, televisie, airco en lichtwerende gordijnen, en een schone, compleet nieuwe badkamer, voorzien van haardroger, tot en met zeep en shampoo. Niets ontbreekt.
De hotelmedewerkers zijn bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en de kamers worden dagelijks erg goed schoongemaakt en voorzien van schoon beddegoed.
Zelf ken ik dit hotel al ruim 21 jaar, en zou ik ook in de toekomst graag terugkomen. De charme van vroegere tijden heeft het hotel behouden: de oorsponkelijke gevel (beschermd stadsgezicht in Lissabon) is behouden, en het interieur en de indeling van dit bijzondere hotel zijn de laatste jaren sterk gemoderniseerd. Op dit moment zijn er in het hotel nog werkzaamheden. Zo vernieuwt men de eetzaal. De gasten mogen op dit moment zodoende ontbijten in een andere ruimte, waar we elke ochtend genieten van een rijk ontbijt, allerlei soorten broodjes, een ruime keuze uit beleg, fruit, verschillende taart, jus, enz. en bijzonder vriendelijke bediening.
Uiteraard wordt er in heel Lissabon gewerkt en gebouwd. Oude panden in dit oude, beschermde stadshart worden opgeknapt. Wie puur en alleen stilte zoekt, kan beter een vakantie kiezen in een dorpje, en niet in een wereldstad als Lissabon. Maar wie wil genieten van alle musea, theaters, fantastische restaurants, winkelstraten en al het moois dat Lussabon biedt, kiest met dit hotel voor een van de mooiste plekken van Lissabon. Wij komen hier graag terug!

1.Quite noisy. First of all because the door was not installed correctly. You could easily fit your thumb between the door and the door frame.
Also, the room we were in was adjacent to the laundry room and that was awful. Each morning at 5-6, washing machines would turn on.

Residencial Florescente was a great place to stay, and it was in a fantastic location. We were within walking distance of hundreds or restaurants, cafes, and bars. The room was good and comfortable and had everything that we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect--shops, restuarants, and Rossio station all very close. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was nice and had a good variety. The room was small but the shower was powerful and always had hot water. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

ロシオ広場から北に続くポルタス・デ・サント・アンタン通りに面しています。この通りにはレストランのテラス席がずっと並んでいて、その後ろはみんな小さなホテルになっています。
このホテルのレストランもシーフードライス(リゾット)がとても美味しく、値段も良心的でした。
客室の家具がレトロな感じで、良い雰囲気を出していました。客室もバスルームも広く、使いやすかったです。
リスボン市内の観光なら、ここから殆ど徒歩で行ける便利な場所です。

Great location for visiting Lisbon. Staff are very helpful and the breakfast is very good. Some noise late at night on our last night, if you face onto the street above Restaurants (not sure if waste removal or construction) so ask for a room at the back and higher in the hotel.

Hotel Residencial esta muy bien situado. Esta cerca de la plaza Rossio justo delante del Teatro en una calle peatonal. Todas las calles de su alrededor estan llenas de restaurantes. El buffet esta bien, y referente al hotel mi único pero, sería que las camas son pequeñas para gente alta como yo, y saber que los sábados si os toca la habitación delante del teatro os costará dormir por el ruido. Pero por lo demas vale la pena, es muy mono.

Die Lage ist wirklich gut. Allerdings sind die Zimmer sehr klein und unglaublich hellhörig. Wenn im Zimmer nebenan die Dusche angegangen ist, hatte man das Gefühl, die Dusche ist direkt neben dem Bett. Das Frühstück war leider auch nicht sonderlich gut, wenig Auswahl, Fertig-Ei und nur sehr wenig frisches Obst.
Das Personal war relativ freundlich, allerdings auch nicht besonders zuvorkommend.
Für einen Städtetrip ist es ok, allerdings würden wir es nicht weiterempfehlen oder nochmals buchen.

Notre chambre était très propre. Le lit double était un 140, étroit pour deux copines qui dorment ensemble. la Nuit venue, nous voyons la lumière du corridor qui restait allumer toute la nuit car la porte était plus petite que le cadre de la porte.

Excelente ubicación pero si vas con auto complicado llegar. Hay que arrastrar las maletas dos cuadras por la peatonal. El desayuno normal. Las habitaciones normales. Para recorrer la ciudad es lo mejor. Si llegas en auto tenes que estacionar a mas de 800 mts. CUIDADO en Portugal te cobrar todo hasta por respirar. Los policías están atentos y son autoritarios. Considerate multado antes de llegar. El hotel ea bueno porque esta en pleno centro histórico. No mucho más

Ensemble hôtelier très bien tenu, mais la salle d'eau de notre chambre était très petite...
Le personnel de ménage a été très réactif suite à un souci de réservation de chambre : nous voyagions en couplé et avions demandé une chambre avec douche et non baignoire. Nous nous sommes vus attribuer une chambre avec deux lits simples accolés, et chacun des lits avait des draps séparés... Pour un voyage en amoureux, ce n'est pas tip-top. Je suis allé demander à l'accueil s'il était possible d'avoir des grands draps pour que cela ressemble au moins à un lit double et que nous ayions un semblant de lit conjugal. Après hésitation, il a appelé une femme de chambre qui est intervenue très rapidement pour refaire le lit, et cela avec le sourire. Merci à elle !
Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et varié, par contre, en parlant de sourire, il aurait fallu apprendre à sourire à la personne qui gérait la salle, son contact n'était vraiment pas avenant, et ce pendant les 3 jours que nous sommes restés dans l'établissement.

Reszta w miarę ok, choć pokoje i łazienka również mikroskopijne, lokalizacja rekompensuje wszystko. Śniadania smaczne.

Maybe I was unlucky, but I got a small room with broken shutters and curtains that didn't close, so difficult to sleep. Definitely not worth the high price (145€/night). At least it was a nice charming building :-).

Todo, absolutamente todo, sin excepción alguna, es decepcionante en este pseudo-hotel. Ya no es que falle esto o aquello: es que toda la información que se ofrece en la Red (nosotros nos hemos guiado por Booking, pero habría dado lo mismo recurrir a TripAdvisor u otras páginas) resulta engañosa. Este calificativo es el que merece quien ofrece una galería de fotos que nada tiene que ver con la realidad, comenzando por unas vistas que daban a un patio interior horroroso. ¡Ojalá todos los males hubiesen sido esos!
Quiero creer que la mala suerte tuvo la culpa de que nos dieran las dos únicas habitaciones cochambrosas (¿acaso no eran así las demás?). Las nuestras estaban envejecidas al máximo. Nada había que recordase a un hotel de tres estrellas (más bien, estábamos en un hostal de una sola estrella): la tapa del inodoro estaba rota; el bidé, inservible; todo el baño, cuya puerta de cristal traslúcido permitía ver a quien lo ocupase, tenía problemas de humedad, desconchones y una ducha que resultó ser una especie de potro de tortura. Si esto tiene alguna solución (aunque para ello habrá que dedicar mucho dinero), el ruido de las cañerías constituye un problema estructural verdaderamente grave.
Si, en el desayuno, sólo la gentileza de dos de los camareros compensó de algún modo las demás deficiencias, en el resto del personal dominó la antipatía y la mala disposición para ayudar o servir a los usuarios (hasta dar los buenos días les resultaba imposible). Contra todo pronóstico, a las cuatro de la tarde, nuestras habitaciones no estaban hechas, como se ve en una de las fotos que adjunto. La guinda la puso el hecho de que el empleado que nos acompañó al garaje público para que sacar el coche no nos ayudó con el equipaje. ¡Increíble!
Si contratamos este hotel fue por una supuesta rebaja de precio que, a los hechos me remito, tengo por un mero señuelo; de hecho, el precio, comparativamente, fue abusivo. Picamos también por unas fotos que nada tienen que ver con la realidad; y unos comentarios tan positivos que no se entienden a no ser que se refieran a una realidad distinta de la que aquí valoro. Lo único inobjetablemente positivo del hotel es su ubicación.

Schönes altes Hotel mitten im Zentrum; hat Charme; man darf natürlich kein Fünf-Sterne - Hotel erwarten, aber das Preis- /Leistungsverhältnis ist ok. Beim Frühstück wären auch Tomaten,Gurken, Oliven u.ä. schön, nicht nur Weißbrot. Die Zimmer sind groß und man hat in den höheren Stockwerken eine gute Sicht. Die Lage ist für Besichtigungen sehr gut, in der Nähe verschiedene Metrostationen, so Restauradores.

Pleasant & welcoming registration staff. The room was cheerfully decorated with a large bathroom. The heating and cooling ventilation is individually controlled in the room and efficient. A generous buffet breakfast is offered; the breakfast host is of special note, he always offered a cheerful morning greeting and remembered my coffee preference each day. The hotel is located on a quiet pedestrian street within easy walking distance to many sites, restaurants and retail. A subway station is about two blocks away. Transport to the airport was 15 Euros. I will stay here again on future visits.

Bien situé (plein centre ville historique). Bon petit déjeuner. Les chambres sont cependant très petites, isolation phonique inexistante. La lumière du couloir éclaire la chambre toute la nuit (pas de joint aux portes). Préférer les chambres donnant sur la cour : pas de vue certes, mais beaucoup plus tranquilles que les chambres donnant sur la rue.

This was a great place. The hotel is a bit tight. The Romans are basically a bedroom and small bathroom. Very clean and in a fantastic location. Our stay included a good breakfast. We were right in the action. Lots of restaurants, access to boats, trains and busses. Loved it!

Очень хороший отель с отличным расположением. К сожалению двойная,кровать оказалась двумя сдвинутыми кроватями, нет сейфа в номере и холодильнике. Wi-Fi плохо работает в крайних номерах. И отличная слышимость из-за дверей корридора, с улицы шума нет.
Сытный завтрак, чисто в номерах и снова шикарнеешее расположение.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, man kann sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Die Bushaltestellen liegen auch in unmittelbarer Nähe, sodass man gemütlich vom Airport den Airbus nehmen kann und es nicht weit hat bis zum Hotel. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, allerdings sind sie sehr klein und hellhörig (vielen Dank an dieser Stelle, an das deutsche Ehepaar welches sich Morgens um 06.15 Uhr streiten musste!). Wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat, sollte man die Ohropax nicht vergessen. Das Frühstück ist zwar eintönig aber okay. Fazit: wir würden für einen 2-3 Tage Städtetrip jederzeit wieder hier einchecken. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würden wir wahrscheinlich ein anderes Hotel wählen.

Residencial Florescente was great - myself and a friend stayed there a single night because all the hostels were booked out. The beds were clean and comfortable, the private bathroom was small but much appreciated given that we'd been using communal ones for the weeks before our stay. Excellent location, very central - a short walk to many sites. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The room size is quite large, despite being on a busy pedestrian street the noise at night doesn't disturb us in the room. Currently there are lots of building works on the road which are noisy in the morning. An Uber to/from the airport is about €8.

Fräscht hotell med trevlig personal. Perfekt läge med nära till allt. Precis utanför dörren är det en gata med restauranger. Vackra gamla möbler som är något slitna. Sängarna är ganska hårda, men bakväma. Frukosten är väldigt bra med fantastiskt gott kaffe.

This place is great! I have never written a review of a hotel but this place certainly deserves one. Customer service is excellent. One of the main guys at the desk has been there for 25 years that speaks for itself !
The complimentary beak fast at no charge it outstanding. ( I don't even use that word much, " outstanding" ) haha!!
You get fruits, Portuguese pastries ( which are delicious) eggs, bacon , cereal etc. They have a pretty diverse and healthy selection of food. No shortage either, always bringing out new plates.
The breakfast area is rather small for the size of the hotel but the food makes up for it.
Side note , the hotel is 60 + years old and it sits in the center of

Ottimo. Posizione centralissima. Buona colazione. Stanza pulita e spaziosa. WiFi che funziona ottimamente. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Veramente da consigliare.

Albergo davvero consigliabile. Totalmente ristrutturato offre un prezzo molto conveniente. È assolutamente in centro città. Personale cordialissimo (Manuel principalmente) e simpatiche iniziative per gli ospiti. Ad esempio per S. Valentino.

Posto in ottima posizione nel centro storico di Lisbona, Facilmente raggiungibile dall'Aeroporto tramite Metro o pullman, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria ed alle fermate della Metro, e dei Tram con cui recarsi nelle varie zone storiche. Nelle vicinanze dell'isola pedonale dove fare interessanti passeggiate, e circondato di ristoranti dove assaggiare la cucina Portoghese.
Ambiente carino, camere pulite, e buona colazione a buffet. Il personale è tutto molto cortese, ma in particolar modo alla Reception. Quindi la meta ideale per scoprire Lisbona

This residencial has very friendly, helpful staffs. Their breakfast is worth the price with a variety of selection from bread to fruits to hot and cold drinks. The hotel lobby is spacious, suitable for us who need to wait for the time before we go to the train station. The staffs take good care of our luggages too.

I enjoyed a lot staying in this residencial. The staffs are very helpful in terms of answering all our questions and taking good care of our personal luggages. The breakfast has a lot of variety. The location is near the centre. Suits the whole family and friends travelling in groups. The lobby is spacious and clean and beautiful, furnished with a lot of sofas.

Buena experiencia, las cortinas de la ducha deberían quitarlas, al menos en mi habitación eran cortinas, la calefacción funcionaba un poco mal. El desayuno bastante bienLugar muy céntrico, recomendable

Prima hotel voor een lang weekend Lissabon. Ligt in het centrum op loopafstand van zo ongeveer alles. Kamers zijn goed. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Goede douche. Ontbijt is beperkt en bij grote drukte wat ongeorganiseerd. Als je 1,9 m lang bent zijn de bedden aan de korte kant. Metro is om de hoek, alsook de taxi's. Leuke pleinen in de buurt waar altijd iets te doen is. Veel bandjes en straatmuzikanten in de stad. Echt gezellig.

Uma outra coisa que convém ter em conta é a antipatia do recepcionista, que já foi comprovada por diversas ocasiões em que lá estivemos, embora a relação qualidade-preço do serviço nos faça esquecer esse detalhe.
Estive lá uma dúzia de vezes e eu duvido que há uma subscritos recepioniste sabe de cinco recepcionistas do sexo masculino que se alternam e são sempre corretas e sua preparação bar.
Assim, mesmo assim em detalhes.

Ein ordentliches Hotel, nur die Zimmer sind klein und die Betten schmal. Es ist sauber, gepflegt bis auf Kleinigkeiten - z.B. war die Badtür nicht abschließbar. Das Frühsück ist reichlich und frisch wenn auch nicht sehr abwechslungsreich, der Service (auf englisch) ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir waren im April 2013 in 2 Zimmern für Eltern und Kinder für 8 Nächte dort.
Es steht nicht auf der homepage, aber es gibt auch einen Aufzug, und es gibt kostenloses WLAN bis in die 5. Etage.
Unschlagbar ist die Lage direkt in der Fußgängerzone: im Umkreis von 200 m gibt es den Rossio, 2 Metro-Linien, 3 Tramlinien, 2 Elevadores.

A decent hotel, just the rooms are small and the beds are narrow. It is clean, well-kept except on little things - eg the bathroom door could not be locked. The breakfast is plentiful and fresh although not very varied, the service is very friendly and helpful.
We were there for 8 nights in April 2013 with 2 bedrooms for parents and children.
It's not written on the homepage, but there is also a lift, and there is free Wi-Fi up to the 5th Floor.
The location right in the pedestrian zone is absolutely unbeatable: within 200 meters there is the Rossio Place, 2 metro lines, 3 tram lines, 2 elevadores.

Great downtown location. Clean rooms. Hotel people are nice. Breakfast very good. But isolation is non existent, therefore it's noisy and hot/cold depending on the outside temperature. Bathroom was also in a bad shape (not-so-hot water, half-broken toilet). Not a bad place but ...

Great experience, highly recommended I stayed here for over one week with a friend. We both liked the breakfast buffet with many choices, fresh breads, baked apples, cereals, eggs sunny side up, scrambled eggs, fresh fruits, coffee, tea, milk, juices and service with a big smile of all of the staff. It is hard to beat the incredible location on a pedestrian street, Metrostop Restauradores at the back of the block, Tourist info around the corner. The rooms are quirky, some big, some smaller, with flat screen tv, heating/ airconditioning, many electrical outlets, and basic comforts. Free wifi all through the hotel + a big desks with two PCs in the large lounge. Front desk speaks excellent English. When you phone them they will get you a better price than any of the booking sites. Also a big plus is that they can get you a taxi driven by an honest cab driver, which goes by the meter. The trip to the aeroport with luggage is about 10-12 euros, which means that the aerobus with 3,85 per person if there are two of you is not really that much cheaper. All in all I recommend this hotel as it has all the things I would be looking for when on a holiday: location, clean, good breakfast, service with a smile.

地下鉄の駅にも近く交通便利なロケーション。付近はレストラン街になっており、食事に困ることはないでしょう。ホテルの部屋は華美ではないが機能的にまとまっており便利。清掃は行き届いており快適に過ごせる。欲を言えば、部屋に冷蔵庫は欲しいところだ（水と清涼飲料の自動販売機は1階にありますが）。
Wifiは問題なく使用できました。

the location is very nice. 5min. from the bus stop of airport bus and the city center is near.
the only thing i was disappointed was starting time of breakfast. it started from 7h30. i wanted to leave earlier so asked to take some breads, but i couldn't.

確かに良く整理されて、今まで多くの国を旅していますがこんなに清潔で良いホテルはなかったような気がします。私達３人は同じ意見でした。

リスボン到着の一泊目、地下鉄や市電の駅からも近く、部屋も清潔でしたのでもう一泊延泊しました。目の前に劇場があり、オペラ等を鑑賞するには最適な場所です。（終演は深夜になるので）
残念なことは、翌日大雨でしたが傘を忘れ、フロントの方に傘をお借りしようと思ったら、「有りません」の一言。観光も出来ず困り果て、ホテルのベッドメイキングのスタッフの方にお願いしてみたら、「明日の朝までに返してくだされば結構」と気持ちよくご自分の傘を貸してくださいました。
