Não recomendo. Contratei 3 serviços com a Dianatours e inflizmente nenhum deles correu bem, todos eles chegaram com atraso entre 30 à 45 minutos. Falta de contacto com os motoristas, pouca transparência e feedback lento e pouco concreto da parte da empresa.

Terrível, caça níqueis de turista, é cara edemora horrores, não pára no ponto, desisti e voltei de Uber, muito mais barato, NÃO RECOMENDO!

Muito tempo esperando, mais de 30 minutos para passar um onibus, pontos mal sinalizados no mapa que eles dão, motorista passa e não espera o passageiro, guia audiofônico completamente dessincronizado com os pontos turísticos. Não aconselho.

We bought tickets for hop on bus for the castle line and Belem. Needless to say we never made it to Belem. The drivers are useless, the box the headphones plug into didn’t work and the pick up points are not clearly marked. The map they gave us is not to scale. We ended up walking from stop to stop trying to catch the red line only to be told that we couldn’t get on the bus, no room. My advice-hire a tuk tuk!!!

Terrible tour - boring guides, sat around Sintra for 4 hours, group too big for guide and not informed that I had to pay for a taxi back to my hotel. The worst tour that I have been on - ever! Book with someone else!

I am some one who walks with a cane and have limited ability to climb stairs. We called Dianatours to find out if the full day tour of Sintra would be appropriate for me because it was not recommended for people with disabilities. We explained my limitations and were told that the only real issue would be if someone was coming with a walker because of the cobblestone streets in Sintra. There would be very little stairs and an elevator was available in the Palace. The elevator took you up the the first level to the cafe and an outdoor dinning area. In order to see the palace there were many many stairs and I ended up sitting outside while my partner toured the place. It was the same later on when we toured the second palace, full of up and down stairs. I sat outside unable to do stairs. We relied on them to give us accurate information based on my limitations which were communicated to them. They did not. It was a waste of my money, each time, to sit outside these places that I specifically asked about the need to climb stairs.

The employee of the month goes to Ines. ❤️ Picture coming back from a tour at 8 pm. to find a taxi strike and Uber app on overload. As we entered the city Inés jumped off the bus whenever she could trying to get us a ride. We finally got a Tuk-Tuk!! Caótic but thanks to Inés we got home! Now that’s what I call service!

DON'T GO ON THOSE TRIPS!! The worst organization I've ever experienced. We have been misssold a trip which was supposed to take us for a full day to 2 cities outside Lisbon. The trip started at 8am but we didn't leave Lisbon till 2.30pm. The tour guide was speaking 4 languages which while impressive, gets annoying very fast when you have to wait in each place and listen to the guide repeating herself 3 times. The make you switch busses and tours 3 times which is also a waste of time and organize lunch in a place with no good food just because it's near their office and they have to pick up more people....

Went to Sintra, the guide spoke an amazing 4 languages and I found it difficult to tell when she was speaking My English. A monotonous lifeless and uninformative outing. We spent the first hour waiting for and picking up other guests from their hotels. The air conditioning was freezing, watch where you sit if you’re stupid enough to do this tour. It was a half day thank goodness

Mi experiencia no ha sido nada buena. El grupo estaba formado por 35 personas y el guía hablaba en 4 idiomas. Así que la información bastante excasa. Al llegar al Palacio de Pena tuvimos que esperar cola como el resto de los mortales. Luego, en fila india el recorrido. De allí a Sintra para una visita de 20 minutos donde me dejaron "tirada" por cinco minutos de retraso (tengo pruebas de teléfono). Pero claro, eran las 13:25 y todavía había que pasar por Cascais y Estoril para estar a las 14:00 en Lisboa. Me tuve que buscar la vida pata regresar a mi hotel y esperando a que den la cara

Confuso, saida com 30 min de atraso. Em Fatima fomos direcionados a uma fabrica específica para compras ,pois segundo a guia, no Santuario de Fátima nao havia lojinhas, MENTIRA,,era só atravessar a rua. Muito corrido tb.

Tour obidos nazaret batahla y Fátima. Mal estructurado. Poco tiempo en lo más relevante obidos y batahla . Objetivo solo Fátima. No recomiendo ni tour ni comida. 15 minutos escasos para ver una toalla como el monasterio

Passeio contratado para ir à Fátima. Muita confusão na ida e ao chegar ao destino as casinhas dos pastourinhos estava fechada. Era uma data comemorativa local e a guia não sabia disso??!! No retorno, simplesmente me desembarcaram em um ponto qualquer da cidade e eu deveria voltar sozinha para meu hotel. Já era perto das 20h e o local era desconhecido para mim, tive que voltar pedindo informações na rua e sozinha. Falta de compromisso e profissionalismo.

Tour a Fátima .Caro para lo que ofrece. La guía praticamente no ofrecio información. No acompañó al grupo. No lo recomiendo

Muy disconforme. Contratamos un tour hoy 24-8 -2019 con Diana Tours.Habia varias opciones. Tomamos mediodía a Sintra_Cascais_Estoril. El folleta señala que hay escursiones en 4 idiomas ; Portugués, Español, Inglés ,e Italiano. Pedimos la traducción en español. Resulta que la guía traducía todo en los 4 idiomas simultáneamente!!! Siendo el español el que peor traducia. Fue agotador y muy limitado .Ya que había que estar atentos a nuestra traducción . Imposible hacer preguntas .Además en el.castillo de Pena no hubo ninguna explicación en la capilla ,donde por casualidad, aprendimos cosas interesantes por un guía de otra empresa. La guía un poco impaciente pidiendo silencio cuando alguien hablaba, como si fuéramos niños. Nos buscaron 8:10am y estuvimos esperando hasta las 9:10 en las oficinas de la empresa No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Very very disappointed with this tour which was highly recommended by Hotel staff. We were late being picked up then taken to other hotels to pick up others before changing buses & beginning a long morning of touring Lisbon which was ok but some of which was not really necessary such as seeing the Coach Museum. Belum was good & the Monastery but the walk around Alfama was very slow then we were taken to the Bus Terminal where we were told to find a cafe & we waited for over an hour at a little cafe right under the flight path of planes flying so close overhead every 5 minutes we couldn’t even hear ourselves speak! We were then joined by another group & changed to another bus where our guide then spent the afternoon speaking 3 languages but definitely with much shorter explanations in English! I’ve never been on an organised tour where 3 languages are translated. It’s terribly frustrating. We then went to Sintra & spent less than an hour going through the National Palace - definitely what must be the least inspiring of all the Palaces. So very disappointed to not see Pena Palace or the garden’s & this really needs to be made clear by the Hotel staff. Cascais was nice but we just feel like we wasted a lot of time in the morning when we should have been taken to Sintra for our lunch break NOT some boring little cafe near the bus terminus. Very disappointing actually for what we paid.

On Fatima tour. Want to spend all your time going from hotel to hotel in Lisbon with no time for actually touring Fatima then waste your $ on this. Not a tour at all. Moved from bus to van that obviously driver smokes continuously in. Would not wish this one on anyone.

Ein Desaster!Buchten Palacios Reais de Sintra für 86€ pro Person. Hatten 3 verschiedene Busse, 3 verschiedene Gruppen und 2 verschiedene Guides. Die 2.Fremdenführerin war sprachlich total anstrengend. Das Ganze war extrem unprofessionel organisiert und viel zu teuer.Wir mussten in Sintra 3 Std rumwarten und im schönen Cascais hatten wir 20Min. Wir wurden soweit am Abend von unserem Hotel rausgeschmissen, dass wir mit dem Taxi zurückfahren mussten.Absoöut nicht zu empfehlen!!! Wir haben daraufhin Lissabon bei Nacht/Fado storniert und machen das auf Empfehlung einer netten Portugiesin selbst mit Ubertaxi um den halben Preis!

We booked a Fatima nazare and obidos tour. The guide spoke in 4 languages through out the tour. She wasn't very informative nor friendly. I would not recommend this tour.

Took day tour Lisbon monuments/sintra/cascais In the morning v were put on a bus which did not have air-conditioning In the afternoon they changed the bus which broke down in cascais Unethical

Went on a trip from Lisboa to Sintra and Cabo de Roca - Nice guide, smooth driving. We didn't get that much free time to visit the souroundings...

Lamentablemente el final del Tour fue pésimo, nos dejaron a unas aproximadamente 8 cuadras del hotel en plena LLUVIA, no le importo a la guía que no tuviéramos con que cubrirnos. Si bien la guía de la mañana fue EXCELENTE, la parte de la tarde donde fuimos a Cascais y Estoril, realmente no vale la pena gastar dinero para ello, con Sintra vasta y sobra. SI LLUEVE LLEVEN CON QUE CUBRIRSE PORQUE LOS DEJAN A LA DERIVA.
