Funcionários impecáveis e atenciosos. Não experimentei o espaço ao ar livre, mas parece poder ser fantástico. A comida é toda do melhor, e o merchandising é útil e em conta.

Não posso falar mal do atendimento, pois não houve atendimento. Cheguei para almoçar, restaurante vazio (só havia algumas mesas ocupadas na esplanada e no salão interno apenas eu), fiquei 10 minutos aguardando e nenhum funcionário foi até a minha mesa. Fiquei imaginando a situação se o restaurante estivesse cheio. Não foi uma boa experiência. É apenas um feedback para que tentem melhorar. Obrigado!

Sehr nette Bedienung. Super leckeres Essen. Wollten eigentlich woanders essen und zufällig dort gelandet. Wer die italienische Küche mag und in Lissabon weilt sollte das Lokal auf jeden Fall besuchen. Spaghetti Bolognese fantastisch und die Pizza super.

It’s a very normal restaurant, probably make it worse de expectations of being in a famous chef restaurant. It’s ok, food ok and the space is nice. As a tourist, I would select another restaurant.

Very good restaurant for JO franchise. We had lunch in the week and the atmosphere was really relax. The staff is very professional and speak English. The bruschettas as antipasti are a must.

Great service, but the food was "meh." Disappointing as I'm a fan of his cooking show based on 5 Ingredients or Less. Maybe you need 6 ingredients? One other thing is you might have to walk up quite the hill to get there. But then, that's true for anywhere you go in Lisbon.

Das Essen und auch die Einrichtung haben mir sehr gut gefallen.
Der rote Hauswein (12,50 EUR pro Flasche) war super lecker.
Unbedingt zu empfehlen ist auch der Epic Brownie von der Dessert-Karte.

A random encounter of Jamie's restaurant quickly became a cute and fun date. We enjoyed the food, especially the raspberry pavlova. I didn't give a full 5 because while the food was great but not mind blowing. We hoped for something different and magical but felt it lacked a kick. Crispy octopus starter was fantastic but the mains did disappoint us. Very sweet and friendly staff and very well priced!

Surprisingly good! We came in a group of 10 guys on a Saturday without a reservation but they arranged seating for us outside. We had some charcuterie to share for starters and then the sirloin fot Main. It was really tasty and the venue was nice. Would come back.

Lovely staff, food arrived relatively promptly and the booking process was good and nice tasting food. Pretty standard across the Jamies Italian chain. Moderate pricing for what you get and quite a good selection of wines.

Lugar simpático e acolhedor, staff 5 estrelas, simpático e atencioso sempre pronto e rápido a atender os pedidos, pratos bem servidos e muito saborosos, nós éramos 4 pessoas e todos achamos que as sobremesas eram muito doces e simples para o preço que custaram, tirando isso não tenho mais nada a apontar, adorei.

Great food, kind and well trained service team, great view from the terrace. Fair prices. If you are a bit tired of local food, this is a great alternative. Don't expect Haute Cuisine, this is more about an affordable, I erall great experience with quality , fresh made food.

Ambiente acolhedor, serviço muito profissional, comida excelente.
É aconselhável reservar mesa, nas reservas não garantem disponibilidade na esplanada devido a possíveis alterações climatéricas, quando chegámos a mesa disponível era ao sol pelo que escolhemos o interior onde também ficámos muito bem acomodados.
A decoração é simples e apelativa ao tipo de restaurante informal e acolhedor onde o que é realmente importante é a comida.
O serviço é irrepreensível, rápido e eficiente, dão sugestões e explicam quando há alguma dúvida.
Mas o que brilha mesmo é a comida, simples e muito saborosa, escolhemos uma massa(lasanha de rangu de rabo de boi), um prato de carne (costeletas grelhadas com legumes assados ) e um prato de peixe (filete de peixe com marisco), qualquer um deles muito bem confeccionado.
As sobremesas são divinais, as nossas escolhas foram um brownie com gelado fantástico, uma pavlova de frutos vermelhos muito saborosa e um tiramisú muito italiano☺.
Vale realmente experimentar...

Um terraço bem agradável. Serviço afável. Experimentei o risotto de Camarão e Vieiras que estava excelente, com o parmesão ralado na mesa. Para sobremesa brownie com gelado de caramelo salgado e pipocas. Para mim será uma sobremesa para partilhar. Estava delicioso, brownie quentinho, mas com um tamanho grande, bom para dois, muito só para um. O tiramisu que roubei uma colherada para experimentar também estava divinal, levezinho e fresquinho. Uma óptima maneira de terminar a refeição.

My visit here, without a doubt, ranks as one of the best dinner experiences I've had in Lisbon. The steak was perfectly cooked, perfectly spiced and just juicy enough. The sweet potato fries were perfect and the lettuce with cheese made for a perfect combination of flavours. I can also highly recommend getting a burger here.
To top that off. The service was absolutely sublime. I can't think of something that I would change about this restaurant. I can highly recommend this to everyone.

What a wonderful experience! My wife and I thought that our short trip to Lisbon couldn’t get any better but certainly the dinner we had at Jamie’s Italian was the icing on the cake.
From the food to the staff, everything was top notch. Italian food is not my forte but Joao Rosa (I hope I’m spelling it correctly), the waiter in charge of our table, walked us through the menu very clearly and was extremely diligent and affable the whole dinner.
We started off with flatbread with prosciutto and tomato bruschetta, then venetian octopus and prawn linguine for the main course. To top it off, we ordered Jamie’s tiramisu and it definitely didn’t disappoint. I’d have ordered two more if my wife didn’t stop me.
We will definitely visit again!

Comida nada de especial , não faz jus ao preço cobrado.
Mesas encostadas ao banco corrido sem espaço para passar, sentar e pousar malas e casacos , gerou momentos no mínimo constrangedores com os clientes das mesas ao lado.
O espaço é bonito e o nome convidativo, mas não voltarei .

We had an amazing experience at Jamie Oliver's Italian Lisboa restaurant, from the atmosphere, the staff and the food...oh the food, so amazing from the first bite to the last. We had the carbonara fettecuni which was hand made the same day, the pizza and the mini ravioli bites...paired with the house red wine which was by the way very very flavourful, and to finish it all off we had three small scoops of gelato, chocolate, salty caramel and vanilla, we were so full but somehow managed to eat it all, honestly so good! You will not be disappointed should you wish to visit this restaurant! Cheers...

We love Jamie's!! We come almost every day during our visit to Lisbon. The staff are soooo friendly and true professionals. And the food is AMAZING!! Everything we've ordered is just perfect! The pizza is really good and light you can eat one by yourself, the vegetarian lasange is delicious, the shrimp linguine is tasteful but the Burger is out of this world!! You have to try the burger to know what I'm talking about ! I highly recommend it

with tempura, just ordinary flat cake with grated fish.
risotto was unbalanced and overdone, "cherry tomatoes" was just one piece accompanied by one sad basil leaf. Arugula was not arugula, tiramisu had orange scent, but neither amaretto nor coffee...what's wrong with the world..?

Já comi várias vezes aqui, é um must em Lisboa. O ambiente é muito agradável, com música ambiente de muito bom gosto e uma vista linda. Os garçons estão preparados para sugerir os melhores pratos - não deixe de perguntar. Há os pratos do dia mas tudo é de qualidade no menu. As sobremesas são poucas mas deliciosas- todas. Você se sente em casa - tem até mesas para compartilhar.

Um restaurante com um ambiente e música agradável. Em termos de comida foi o melhor italiano que já fui... o pão de alho é maravilhoso, o prato principal veio um pouco salgado mas tirando isso estava bom e para finalizar aquele brownie de chocolate com pipoca para os gulosos é a cereja no topo do bolo! Claro que para carteira de pobre é um pouco caro mas a relação qualidade/preço parece me justa. Resumindo: um local a repetir! :)

Tenía muchas ganas de acudir a alguno de los restaurante propiedad del popular chef del que soy muy fan y la verdad es que no me decepcionó. Muy buena calidad y mucho cuidado en la elaboración de los platos, con unas cantidades más que aceptables a un precio muy competitivo. Me pareció todo una exquisitez. Los raviolis crujientes fueron una grata y deliciosa sorpresa y la lasaña estaba para lamer el plato, jajaja. Los postres, tremendos, de tamaño y de sabor. Muy recomendable.

We have been Jamie's Italian Restaurant for a special occasion dinner and it was our first time. However, I can clearly tell that it will be not last.
In short, we have enjoyed our time. The food was tasty. Crew was so friendly and helpful.
Only problem we faced was finding a close parking place which is totally out of their hands. We just wanted to highlight here for the people who plan to go there by car.

Was so excited to dine here since I have followed Jamie for a long time and really like everything his done. We had a reservation and we walked in right behind another couple with no reservations who were seated right away but for some reason they made us wait and were seated after another family of 4 walked in . The food was great and service was ok, the waiter seemed very discombobulated and very disorganized. We asked to be seated in the terrace, beautiful view and very comfortable untill someone lights up a cigarette with no consideration of others around. Really don't understand how they allow it in such a small terrace. It's mind boggling how they allow it anywhere in Europe where people are enjoying a meal outdoors or not.

Simpatia mas falta de eficiência !!! Tive de pedir por duas vezes o picante tendo quase a comida fria quando veio ! Tive de pedir mais que uma vez a conta !!!!!!!
A comida, no meu caso o linguini com camarão ( ja não lembro o nome do prato) sem gosto, falta de sal, falta de tempero.....
Quando a expectativa é alta a desilusão é maior.
Ahhp o preço ! Caro, óbvio a cima da média mas já sabia por ter escolhido jamie's Olivier não sabia é ir sair desiludido.

Foi uma noite incrível pois o atendimento e ambiente são impecáveis e os pratos seguem a receita tradicional italiana. Muito bem executados, com ingredientes simples, mas perfeitos. Comida de verdade, com tamanhos generosos. Em alguns pratos o garçon rala o queijo na hora pra você!
Minha dica é reservar mesa pelo site pois é super fácil e eles confirmam rápido por email.

took a while to walk up here but once we made it, we were very please. this gem has great service, beautiful decor and good food.
i ordered the burger with sweet potato fries and loved it, perfectly seasoned and well cooked as well as the fried ravioli appetizer.
my only con is the prices, the price for 250ml of water was 6 euros i believe.
other than that, food here is great and unique!

Great surprise to my wife and I. We went inside mostly due a "beautiful vista" offered in a paper sign at the main entrance. We had a great dining experience with exotic/experimental dishes of incredible taste and looks. Great Portuguese house wine too!

I tried today's special which was Turkey stuffed with spinach and gorgonzola- turkey was quite strong so overpowered the gorgonzola came with sweet potato puree which was fine and a rocket and almond salad

Both of the times that i visited and had lunch couldn't find anything negative.
The food quality is very good and equal to its price and i do not mean expensive. The prices are harmonized gently. The staff very kind clean and stylish. The menu combines classic plates and contemporary recipes. There are vegan options too excellent salads and tastes. The toilets are nice and clean which for me is important and gives the tone of cleanliness ranking.
The whole impression is that you go to a high end retaurant and it is so friendly and well organized and you don't have to spend a fortune for a romantic night out which is highly recomended for. Surely i will recomend it to all my friends and other tourists cause i want it to.

Food is good but don't expect too much.(I tried ravioli.) Very crowded so i recommend to make a reservation in advance. By the way staff was super nice.

Fan van Jamie, maar dit was op alle vlakken een deceptie. We waren nog niet klaar met het voorgerecht of ze stonden al aan tafel klaar met het hoofdgerecht. Toen we aangaven dat we toch eerst het voorgerecht zouden willen nuttigen werd het hoofdgerecht op de bar gezet. Resultaat, een gort droge kip. Aangeven bij de bediening, daar werd niets mee gedaan. Zelf jaren als serveerster gewerkt, maar dit was beneden alle peil. Voor ons eens, maar nooit meer. Voor dit geld eet je ergens anders stukken beter.

WOW Mega lecker. Verstehe nicht wieso diese Kette in England insolvent gehen konnte.
Wir waren mehr als zufrieden mit Essen, Service und Ambiente.
Wir hatten Carpaccio, Risotto, Pasta, Teramisu und Brownie.
Alles war wirklich klasse.

Decoração agradável, ótimo atendimento e boa comida, porém, acho o preço de alguns itens do cardápio, excessivo. O que gostei muito, foi do serviço ininterrupto. Me agrada muito, o fato de poder almoçar ou jantar, fora do horário padrão em Portugal.

This is not a chef restaurant!
Feels like a food factory, with dull food not serve in the right amount of care.
Went for a dinner with a party of 3, ages 20-30, the service was good and professional but the food was ok or less. Sad to say the only dish that was finished was the hamburger.
Don’t sit at the lower floor as the ambient there is terrible.

Horrible ! Je m'étais fiée aux commentaires agréables et enthousiasmants de ce restaurant et mes amis et moi avons été extrêmement déçus. Je ne fais jamais de mauvaises critiques habituellement mais là cela s'impose vraiment. Le poisson de mon plat était plutôt bon mais clairement surgelé et servi avec une ratatouille qui avait exactement le même goût que la ratatouille en bocal.. La pizza de mon ami était presque inexistante tellement la pâte était fine (et sèche...) et les ingrédients fantomatiques...
Qt aux lasagnes, sauce tomate en boîte c'est certain. Seul point positif mon brownie qui lui était très bon, ainsi que la panacotta, mais le tiramisu (avec de l'écorce d'orange dedans....) était insipide, très peu de café, pas d'alcool et sûrement industriel lui aussi..
Bref, je ne recommande pas du tout et suis très étonnée que certaines personnes aient trouvé des qualités à ce resto.....

Local agradável. Staff simpático e solícito. Aconselho o vinho branco à taça, pinot. Bruschettas mto saborosas e bem confeccionadas. O linguine com frutos do mar é saboroso, mas não surpreende. Quanto à sobremesa, para quem gosta de chocolate, há o brownie com gelado de caramelo Salgado. Para mim, é demasiado chocolate, mas o gelado é delicioso.

Very friendly and professional service. They make sure everything is perfect and goes smooth. The feed choice was good with a lot of variations, the price was good compared to what you get. Quality food and nicely decorated. Deserts where delicious but I do not recommend the fruit since it is a bit plain.
Outside they have a very nice place to sit after you've had your meal. You will not be asked to leave even if you have spend some hours in the restaurant.

A little chaotic around the kitchen where we were sitting, wrong orders, and that was before they got busy. Staff were very good. I had a very average risotto, wifey had an average pasta dish. Lack of flavour, particularly seasoning. Expensive for Lisbon. Busy. Don't think Jamie would be satisfied...

Unorganized, bland and boring.
We reserved a table, and came right on time, the table wasn't quite ready. We were seated relatively fast, nice table outside with a lovely view.
When we went to order, 3 things we wanted were all sold out, we were not told before seated. Our waiter was nice, and understood our frustration, the only nice thing about the visit, was that waiter.
Food was boring and tasteless. Bolognese was supposed to contain red wine, but was not to taste. Lasagna was okay at best, but the way the menu describes the food, you simply expect more.
Really disappointed, we would not recommend. Find something local.

Fui por duas vezes ao Jamie's e em nenhuma delas me arrependi. A primeira com um grupo, ficamos na sala Juliet e todo atendimento foi fenomenal, pudemos escolher a música que queríamos e tivemos toda a privacidade desejada. Da segunda vez foi para celebrar um aniversário e como da primeira a comida foi fenomenal, os funcionários foram super atenciosos e prestaveis!

Had the chance to experience Jamie Oliver's on a Royal Caribbean cruise ship last year and loved it. We were a party of 43, well satisfied passengers. While in Portugal, we were a party of 10. This Italian restaurant offers a menu that is not 'overwhelming', or, overpriced. The staff was young, attentive, and, spoke English. All 10 of us, throughly, enjoyed everything about Jamie Oliver's, and, would, gladly, recomend it to anyone visiting Lisboa/Lisbon.

Пришли в пять вечера, народу было ещё мало. К семи часам уже был полный зал. Небольшое меню, но выбрать можно. Порции средние, карпаччо и паста - я остался голодным. Много официантов и много суеты. Десерт и кофе не принесли, просто забыли.

Хорошее заведение. Пришли к 7 вечера было довольно таки много людей, весьма популярно у местных. Пришлось немного подождать. Дают много времени подумать над заказом прежде подойти, собственно это не плохо.
Заказали пиццу Джульетта (Маргарита) - очень вкусная. Креветки жареные - свежие (это важно) и очень вкусные, соус тоже.
Официанты были доброжелательные, мы даже поговорили с одной, и так сказать вошли в положение, наш английский не самый лучший, но все таки мы объяснились и все было хорошо.

This is my 2nd review. Somehow it’s changed quite a lot since my 1st review. So called new menu but it’s all kind of getting boring —- a restaurant that no more calling me return .. I might have been here for more than dozen of times sine it’s opening from 2017... but I will feel reluctant to go back . Still it’s all ok with the food .. but it’s no more inviting.

We decided to have dinner here, after recommendations from a friend. The staff was very friendly and we had excellent service. We ordered several things from the menu which sadly they didn't have anymore, but the staff recommended other great options. The food was amazing and the view from the outside terrace is beautiful in the evening. We had a perfect evening with great food for a very reasonable price, we loved it and would definitely visit again.

Eher zufällig bei Jamie Olivers eingekehrt. Nettes und engagiertes Personal, wir hatten von der Tageskarte „Sliced Duck auf Risotto“ ich würde es eher als pulled Duck bezeichnen, die leider geschmacklich keine Erfahrung war. Alles zwar handwerklich gut zubereitet aber leider ohne das besondere Etwas und einfach nur lieblos zusammen gepappt. Auch die Sauberkeit auf der Terrasse entsprach nicht den Erwartungen an den großen Namen. Schade!

Surprisingly good. We went for a lunch here, the restaurant was about a third full bit had a good atmosphere. The service was friendly and the food better than expected, I can recommend the prawn linguine. The wine was reasonably priced and pretty good as well. Overall would go back if I wanted an easy lunch.

A restaurant that is just riding with Olivers' name. We didn't enjoy our meals because our Iberian pork meat was barely chewable and our sea bass filet was almost overcooked. Cool balcony tho.

Loved it. Got oxtail lasagne,seafood linguine garlic bread and Caesar salad. Absolutely loved all the dishes. There is no aftertaste yet it is very flavourful.

5 stars ⭐ because Google doesnt alow for more. It was absolutely wonderful, had pizza The Carne and it was out of this world, a really tasty and well balanced flavour with spicy pepperoni. Tasted the Oxtail Lasagne and was the same absolutely delicious. Price wise for a central Lisboa restaurant its really fair bearing in mind its Jamie's Italian, thats Jamie Oliver On the balcony chose a place hidden from the sun after 13.30 in the summer as the breeze is gentle with the glass windows that overviews part of the city. All in all i recommend this place 100% to anyone who loves good taste reasonable priced food!

Para los acostumbrados a los Jamie's Italian ingleses, los platos son incluso más abundantes en comida, por el mismo precio (incluso más barato posiblemente, dada la conversión de libras a euros). Jamie's Italian in Lisbon did everything right except for one crucial aspect, the undersized dishes. It's italian, the materials are supposed to be cheap, so you only have to serve a large and tasty dish. Although both dishes were really good (sea food linguini and squid ink rice), they should definitely come in bigger portions. It's sad to leave an italian and feel a bit hungry still... Anyway, besides that, both dishes were very tasty, the starter was good (and compared to the main dishes the portion was pretty sufficient). The service was excellent (much better than the standards of Lisbon restaurants), yet a small remark is that the waiter grates the parmezan cheese on your dish, which made it unconfortable after a while; I would definitely put double the amount of cheese on my dish. Also, the location is pretty nice as well (we dined at the terrace despite the windy night). Overall recommended for the quality, but they should definitely upgrade theri portions.

Просто отличное место. Оооочень приятный персонал. Ооооочееь вкусная еда и цены такие же как везде, но качество еды вне всяких похвал. Отличный интерьер. Есть терраса с видом на город.

Restaurante excelente do ponto de vista arquitectónico. Lindíssimo e muito bem decorado, um regalo para os olhos. Vale pelos diversos ambientes criados: entrada, balcão, piso superior, piso inferior, terraço. A comida é boa, mas não o suficiente para voltar pelos preços elevados que se praticam. Sobremesas muito boas, mas algo enjoativas. O melhor será partilhar, se for acompanhado. Uma experiência sensorial muito interessante, mas dificilmente repetível. Atendimento profissional e simpático, embora demorado à saída.

Local bonito, staff muito simpático. Comida boa mas nada de muito diferente do que se come por aqui. As pizzas são ótimas. Preços acima da média. O único senão era muito barulho mal dá pra conversar, pois a música está muito alta e logo as pessoas têm tendência a falar mais alto. Um ambiente com música mais calma era melhor.

The staff is very friendly, but, alas, the food is mediocre. I tried a Lasagna, which was OK, but the pizzas... almost any non-fast-food pizzeria in Lisbon has better pizzas.

Excelente! Funcionários atenciosos! E a comida maravilhosa! Ficamos no andar de cima, antes de chegar passamos pela cozinha aberta, exposta, tudo sendo feito ao vivo! Optei pelo prato do dia.. Não é a opção mais em conta, há outras no cardápio. Jamies's Italian não é apenas um lugar, é a experiência!

Ótimo atendimento, a equipe é toda muito atenciosa e paciente. Cardápio muito variado com pratos tradicionais e releituras de clássicos da culinária italiana. Costuma ficar bastante lotado, portanto a reserva antecipada é recomendável. Preços justos pelo que oferece. Vale muito a visita.

Fui com minha família jantar ontem, 13/07 e meu prato e da minha mãe era uma massa com camarões que vieram "sujos"!!! Um absurdo!!!! Expectativa alta e realidade baixa!

É um ponto de passagem obrigatório para todos os amantes de chocolate, arrisco-me a dizer que o brownie de chocolate com gelado de caramelo salgado é uma das melhores sobremesas de Lisboa!
O espaço é agradável, tanto no interior como no exterior.
O atendimentos é simpático.

Based on the reviews here we were a little bit cautious about coming here. We were seated in the upper balcony with a stunning view over Lisbon at sunset. Our hostess was suuuper friendly and cheerful. Great atmosphere. All of our food was enjoyed by all four of us, and the pricing on the food wasn't offensive at all.
There are a couple of things I would change: the drinks were a little over priced in our opinion. The spaghetti carbonara had a lot of cream/bechamel and for some reason had tasted quite strongly of leek, which I they used in the sauce. I think British people eat that kind of sauce and I gave it a pass as a British interpretation of carbonara. It was tasty, and the homemade fresh pasta was amazing, but I'll admit I was kinda hoping for the original version. Maybe I didn't read the menu for the ingredients correctly?
These are just details though, and I'm looking forward to come back again!

Delicious food, great view from the terrace over the city and the castle, great staff.
It gets busy around 8 so be there at 7.30 to get a good table outside.

Unser Besuch war eher Zufall und wir waren sehr überrascht. Wir haben verschiedene Burger bestellt, die alle wirklich sehr gut waren
Unser Highlight waren aber die Italian Nachos.
Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam.

Second time at Jamie's Italian here in Lisbon. And it's not good. I've been to Jamie's in Brazil and London. The one in Lisbon does not achieve to the standards.

Didn’t expect much as I imagined it to be somewhat touristy because of the celebrity chef owner. Needn’t have worried. Lovely staff, especially the manager (UK gent) and waiter. Pizza and Caesar salad for lunch. Both good and certainly tasty. Two beers, too. It was our first meal in Lisbon after a transatlantic flight and it was a good choice!

High price for the quality. The food is italian adjusted to the British flavour. Expect something a bit far from typical mediterranean or atlantic cousine.

Espaço bem localizado com decoração agradável.
Pratos com diferentes sabores que nos deixa curiosos à experimentar diversos pratos, fato este que nos faz retornar varias e varias vezes.
Excelente atendimento com empregados giros e bem dispostos.
Irei retornar ao Jamie's Italian com muita fome...

Bom cocktail enquanto esperava pela mesa.
Comida italiana com excelente confeção. O guisado de peixe sustentável, dourada no caso, com mexilhões e camarões estava divinal. A minha mulher disse que comeu a melhor lasagna de sempre. As sobremesas não desapontaram.
Serviço com alguns esquecimentos e um pouco sisudo. É caro mas a comida merece.

Comida boa. Mas já não surpreende pela qualidade que já temos de restaurantes italianos em Lisboa. Doses pequenas e preços elevados. Mas atenção que a comida tem bastante qualidade. Empregados simpáticos. Apenas 3 estrelas pelos preços exagerados e porções pequenas

Friendly staff and the food we ordered was very good. We had Spaghetti carbonara made with fresh pasta and chicken milanese. The patio has a great view and the prices were reasonable.
