J'ai eu un problème et n'ai pas pu me rendre malheureusement aucune modification ni remboursement possible service client incompétent... À fuir !

The most unprofessional agency we came across. We had a 10 am viewing of the apartment for rent with agent, Sofia Rodrigues. She does not show up on time, her office has no contact of her or idea where she is. She shows up 30 or 40 minutes later with no apologies but excuses that she was there ( she wasn't and never picked up her phone) . The apartment was completely different that on photos, all photoshopped. Will NEVER contact this agency. They have no professional staff or appreciation for people's time.

Parece-me lamentável o serviço prestado. Fiz uma reserva num dos apartamentos geridos por esta empresa e depois de muitos email e telefonemas consegui a minha fatura. Ao final de uns dias recebo um email das finanças a dizer que a fatura estava anulada é uma vergonha a fuga aos impostos.

Worst service and apartment I’ve ever had. The apartment was very dirty and it was not the same as in the picture of booking. The service is very bad, they are rude and they don’t help in anything.
