Quando lá tive, ao meu lado, no balcão, estava o Chef Henrique Sá Pessoa almoçando. Acho que isso diz muito (tudo) sobre a qualidade do restaurante.

El mejor restaurante japonés que he visitado jamás, la comida exquisita, sushi de autor con ingredientes frescos y de calidad, Agnaldo, el propietario, un hombre muy agradable y atento (también sus empleados, muy majos todos). Podría recomendar cualquier cosa, todo estaba buenísimo, incluso los postres.

O restaurante é pequeno e come-se ao balcão. A decoração é alusiva ao japão. Os empregados são simpaticos. O sushi é simplesmente incrivel, super fresco com variedade de peixes. Vale mesmo a pena experimentar, adoramos. Fica aproximadamente 28 euros/pax com seleção de sashimi, 6 peças de fusao, bebida e sobremesa partilhada. Convém fazer reserva para jantar.

What a wonderful place, reminiscent of those eating places in Tokyo where you sit at the counter. The food is delicious and the fish fresh. The price is a bit steep but quality trumps it. Nothing else to say...you have to try it!

Sushi espetacular, as sobremesas foram uma agradável surpresa (mesmo muito boas). Restaurante pequeno, o que não considero ponto negativo mas claro, uma condicionante. A única coisa negativa foi ter loiça suja acumulada em cima do balcão, tendo ficado sentado ao lado. De qualquer forma, recomenda-se e hei-de regressar!

O Hikidashi é sem sobra de duvida o melhor restaurante Japonês de Lisboa e digo-o sem reservas por ter o termo de comparação após uma estadia longa no Japão. O Hikidashi está ao nível dos melhores kaisekis de Toquio, de Osaka ou de Quioto. Um ambiente requintado e cuidado, com uma decoração iconica e acolhedora fez com que revivesse momentos muito especiais e sensações que tive aquando da minha ida ao Japão. Percebe-se que os donos do restaurante tiveram imenso cuidado e que foram exaustivos ao recolherem as peças que representam a tão interessante cultura Japonesa. Depois logo à entrada somos recebidos com um grande sorriso e com todo o carinho e gentileza da Vanessa que não podia ser melhor anfitriã. A Vanessa tem o dom de nos por à vontade com uma grande dose de simpatia e de informalidade, o que torna a nossa experiencia gastronomica ainda mais agradável. Falando um pouco das especialidades do restaurante. Para apreciadores de Sashimi e de peixe fresco so posso dizer que é perfeito. O Ceviche, o Sashimi New Style e o Black Cod (uma especie de bacalhau pescado no Alasca), são especialidades do restaurante que têm tanto de suculento como de inolvidável. Tudo servido com uma grande dose de classe. Apetece repetir os pratos vezes sem conta de tão deliciosos que são, coisa que habitualmente fazemos. Recomendo tambem produtos originais importados pelo restaurante como o Sake Japonês quente, excelente acompanhamento para os sashimis. No global e como cliente regular é sempre uma experiencia perfeita e renovada cada vez que vou ao Hikidashi, pelo que recomendo vivamente a quem nunca experimentou. Seis estrelas!!!

Parabéns pela qualidade, inovação e simpatia. Ambiente top também. Já vim conhecer e repeti e voltarei mais vezes.

I had a poor experience here. Was sat down at the counter in the empty restaurant in front of what we later realised was the serving point for all cold fish dishes. This meant that our meal was constantly interrupted by waiting staff reaching over our shoulders for food ( could you not have passed the food sides ways to minimise our obvious discomfort ? ) Because of our position we had a member of wait staff no more than 100cm behind us for most of the night. I could have tried to pretend they weren't there, but for the phone calls they kept making. I often thought they were trying to speak to me so I kept looking behind me in confusion. My friend hadn't eaten sushi before, so we asked the waiter if they had any Sushi sharing plates. We were directed to the most expensive dish on the whole menu. When it arrived you can imagine our disappointment when it was almost entirely Sashimi ( i'm assuming this was through your ignorance rather than a cynical attempt to take money from us ? ) Still, we pushed ahead and were determined to find happiness in the night. My friend was understandably still hungry so we ordered the Black Cod "all the way from Canada" we were gleefully told ( I would have been impressed if it we're fresh, not frozen ( and it tasted frozen ) or caught locally, not transported half way round the world ). Black Cod, Rice and Salad. The black Cod and salad arrived but no rice. We asked again for rice incase they forgot, "hot or cold ? " the wait staff asked. Hot Please as its for our hot dish. We we're given a bowl of microwaved ( and you can always tell because the bowl is super heated ) must have been microwaved sushi rice, which we couldn't touch as it was too hot, then it cooled and had turned into one rock hard solid lump of yuk. I used to live in Japan, so i know what an Izakaya is and indeed visually they have something that looks authentic, but the experience is nothing of the sort. The fact the staff don’t know the difference between Sushi and Sashimi neatly sums this up. Shame about the food, upon reflection the service was terrible. Cost with 2 beers about 100 Euro's. AVOIDE. * I gave this restaurant 2 Stars because they didn’t give me food poisoning and because I liked the interior design.

Local interessante em Campo d'Ourique. Preços acima da média para bons pratos de sashimi, made in Japan. Porém, o melhor, mais original... O niguiri de enguia... Nunca pensei! Outstanding!

Definitely this is not the 10 best restaurant in Lisbon, and very much over priced, from this Hikidashi lunch menu I can’t see any talent of cooking from chefs, and this cost 25€. People is paying for the ranking of “10 best restaurant in Lisbon” and design, not the food. Compare with similar sushi lunch menu I prefer Yakuza first floor with a cheaper price and higher quality, compare with real Japanese lunch I prefer Bonsai.

Ive been to Hikidashi several times by now, and all those times I had nothing but delicious meals. Its actually impressive how great their meals can be, but their best dishes lie not in sushi, but on their hot plates. The black cod is an absolute treat, the wagyu bowl is delicious, the "piano" is fantastic if you are a fan of teriyaki (sweet) sauce. And their deserts are always spot on too. My only complaint would be that when asked for a umeishu (plum licor) the quantities provided are ridiculously small ! All in all its a wonderfull place and I cant wait to get back !

Otimo japonês, vou regularmente e a qualidade nunca desilude. Sou viciada na salada de pepino e no carpaccio de peixe branco. Não é muito barato mas a qualidade e ótima. O único senão é que a maior parte é balcão, e não da para grandes grupos.

Não é um jantar, um almoço mas sim uma experiência gastronómica fora do comum. É sushi absolutamente delicioso, serviço espetacular, sushiman simpático.

Espaço muito interessante mas bastante pequeno. O atendimento é rápido e profissional. A comida é bastante boa e original. Apenas achei um pouco caro para a quantidade servida por dose.

I started off with a strawberry sake sangria, which was the best part of the meal. Perfectly fresh for a warm day! Then I had the combo sushi/sashimi lunch plate, which I wanted to start with to determine whether I should order more, and I'm glad my eyes weren't larger than my stomach, for once! When they brought out the combo plate, I was very surprised to find only a few silvers of ginger and no wasabi. No. Wasabi. To me, this was a major faux pas. In general, the sushi and sashimi were OK - relatively fresh, but I've certainly had better. In a city where food is held at such a high standard, I expected that each piece of sashimi should melt like butter in my mouth and have its distinct lingering taste left after. This wasn't the case. If you're looking for an OK place to whet your massive sushi craving, come here. But, if you're looking for quality food, just head to Mercado de Campo de Ourique for some delicious alternatives.

This is a really cool, small restaurant with a unique style and excellent service. The staff is awesome, always friendly and attentive and they do everything to make you feel comfortable and welcome. I haven't been a real sushi lover so far, but this place really changed my attitude. The quality is beyond all doubts and everything I tried so far was delicious. The price level is definitely high, but worth every Euro.
