Super Fleisch und Käse aus der Region und sehr nette Bedienung

Ein Stand mit außergewöhnlichen Schinken- und Käsespezialitäten aus der Region. Die Aufmachung des Standes lädt direkt zu einem Probieren ein. Schinken- und Käseplatten, aber auch als Mix, können hier bestellt werden. Geschmacklich ausgezeichnet. Einfach eine Gaumenfreude. Dazu bieten sie neben Bier auch hervorragende Weine aus der Umgebung an. In aller Regel kennt man die Weine nicht und hat auch keine Vorstellung davon. Das Probieren gehört hier zu einer Selbstverständlichkeit. Einfach toll! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gehört nicht unbedingt zum Aldi-Schnäppchen-Preis. Trotzdem kann ich es absolut empfehlen.

Bought tasty mature goat cheese there. Cheese texture is very hard like parmesan or pecorino, though goat milk gives it different punch.

Very good meat and cheese plates. They helped us pick out a great wine based on our tastes. The olives I had here were the best I’ve ever had in all of my travels - I need to figure out their secret formula.

Awesome find. Enjoyed the tabua mista (I believe that’s what it was called) immensely - bred, cured meats and a couple of different cheeses. What else do you need?
