I LIVE HERE SINCE FEBRUARY 2019. EXCEPT FOR GROSSI, THE OTHERS (COMMENTS) NEVER LIVED OR SLEPT IN THE PLACE. FAKE NEWS. POSITIVE FEATURES: new place and good manager. NEGATIVE FEATURES: no sound insulation / doorsbeing crashed all the time / water mixer (hot/cold) dificult to be operated / only one person for cleaning during all day / lack of security, no employee after 6pm / kitchen and reception smell bad ( fried odor) / bad internet with full occupancy / For AIRBNB system: very hot roons in summer with no fans / lack of TV.

I arrived in Lisbon for a year abroad and I've been residing in the residence for my second semester. I wish the residence had already been opened during my first semester. The residence is brand new, everything is spotless and resembles home.

I've been living here since the beginning of 2019. Positives aspects: good location. Friendly manager. Negatives aspects: The rooms are extremely hot, no air conditioning and no fan. No TV in the room. After 6:00 PM there is no employee in the residence, thus allowing guests to bring non-residents to the residence without any control. Shower water mixer does not work well, water is always too hot or too cold. Poor cleaning. Extremely noisy common areas. Lifts are constantly stopped. Kitchen always dirty and smelling bad. Wi-Fi works bad sometimes. Definitely I would not recommend.

Super well maintained and comfortable living space. A lovely kitchen, new and well kept bathrooms, living room for all of the inhabitants, perfect study area and beautiful bed rooms for each individual. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended.

Beautiful accommodation, super central and close to everything. Life in the accommodation is very comfortable and very cosy. Brand new facilities, well maintained.

The residence is all brand new and comfortable, in a wonderful neighbourhood in Lisbon. The rooms are beautiful and there is all you may need! The residence manager is always gentle and available. Almost one year ago I moved to Lisbon to live my Erasmus experience and I found my home away from home at My Home In The City. It's a brand new residence for students with ensuite rooms, some of them with private bathroom and balcony. They are all very well equiped for students. The location is great, next to public transport and a shopping mall where you can find everything you need. But the best things were the people I met there, the good environment for studying and, of course, the manager Francisco, who was always ready to help and find solutions in our beginnings. Whoever book a room in this residence will be right. Thank you MHITC.

Was great place to stay felt so comfortable and safe area too within the city will definitely return here in the future

I booked a long-term 5 months stay for a whole study semester. They cancelled my booking 4 (!) days before my arrival, leaving me with no place to stay and a lot of stress for finding a new room. All I got was a "Good luck". Would definitely NOT recommend this company.

Excellent hostel, I was living here in the whole June. The accommodation manager Francisco was really helpful and nice. I highly recommend it to anyone who plans to visit lisbon!!!
