Mia Safie: Terribly unimpressed with the customer services here; I had asked for the best internet plan for someone who was only staying in the country for 3 months, one of the staff advised I take the rolling contract (which could be cancelled at any time) which was 30GB a month for €20. First disappointment was that it depleted within 4 days. So I returned and one of the staff was kind enough to advise me to get the unlimited internet for €30 without any need for a contract. So I returned almost 20 days later to cancel the contract to which I apparently had to speak to the NÓS sales reps and I was meant to tell them why I don’t want the contract anymore. I explained to the staff in store that I can’t speak Portuguese, they said it’s fine, all I need to do is ask for someone that speaks English and it will be okay. 3 separate calls later and not one of their telephone staff could speak a word of English and one of them actually raised their voice at me which I found to be extremely unprofessional. So, frustrated and angry I left and went to the NÓS at Alegro Mall in Montijo and the staff there were incredible. They were able to cancel the contract for me in minutes and I didn’t need to speak to anyone on the telephone either. The staff at Alegro mall were so pleasant and professional. I would definitely refer anyone with a NÓS problem to go to Alegro Mall and sort out whatever issue they’re having.

Comprei um pacote no groupon e decidi vir a este local (sem saber nada sobre Forest Park...)Antes de mais nada, uma carrinha de rascunho andou muito perto de mim durante cerca de meia milha enquanto eu estava a chegar ao local. Depois estacionaram mesmo ao meu lado e observaram-me, à espera que eu saísse do carro. Eu esperei que meu namorado parasse e quando eles viram que nós nos conhecíamos, eles saíram. Eu realmente não consideraria este lugar seguro para ir sozinha, especialmente como uma mulher. Em segundo lugar, você tem que ter 21 anos para disparar uma pistola para que não pudéssemos nem usar o vale + eles nem sequer nos deixaram disparar um rifle ou uma espingarda, então nós saímos. Apenas uma má experiência geral.

Omg minha experiência foi tão boa que Fred me ajudou e quando digo que ele era o melhor, quero dizer que ele era o melhor que eu estava na loja não conseguia me decidir ele ficou ao meu lado 100% e até me deu ótimos conselhos .... ele não parecia um vendedor ele me fez sentir como se eu estivesse com meu marido comprando..... ele até me deu o mesmo feedback que meu marido disse....... grande vendedor amigável .... eu irei lá novamente ......
