Mia Safie: Terribly unimpressed with the customer services here; I had asked for the best internet plan for someone who was only staying in the country for 3 months, one of the staff advised I take the rolling contract (which could be cancelled at any time) which was 30GB a month for €20. First disappointment was that it depleted within 4 days. So I returned and one of the staff was kind enough to advise me to get the unlimited internet for €30 without any need for a contract. So I returned almost 20 days later to cancel the contract to which I apparently had to speak to the NÓS sales reps and I was meant to tell them why I don’t want the contract anymore. I explained to the staff in store that I can’t speak Portuguese, they said it’s fine, all I need to do is ask for someone that speaks English and it will be okay. 3 separate calls later and not one of their telephone staff could speak a word of English and one of them actually raised their voice at me which I found to be extremely unprofessional. So, frustrated and angry I left and went to the NÓS at Alegro Mall in Montijo and the staff there were incredible. They were able to cancel the contract for me in minutes and I didn’t need to speak to anyone on the telephone either. The staff at Alegro mall were so pleasant and professional. I would definitely refer anyone with a NÓS problem to go to Alegro Mall and sort out whatever issue they’re having.

O meu marido e eu passamos por este local para verificar os sopradores de neve. Ficamos na área à frente durante cerca de 5 minutos enquanto os empregados passavam por lá. Ninguém perguntou se eles podiam nos ajudar, ou se precisávamos de alguma coisa. Um funcionário finalmente passou por aqui e procurou por nós. Ela foi muito simpática e prestativa. Espero que a nossa próxima visita seja melhor.

Este lugar tem um pouco de tudo. Desde os móveis, às antiguidades arrumadas e aos objetos de coleção, até uma sala de chá para o almoço. Adorei vaguear e olhar para as cabines. Mas sinto que a maioria dos itens eram muito caros. Havia algumas pechinchas aqui e ali, mas é preciso cavar por aí. Fora isso, é um bom lugar para se encontrar com os amigos, lanchar e dar uma olhada por aí.

Fenomenal!!! A família visitou pela primeira vez o Olde Chicago Antiguidades há mais de 18 meses... Antiguidades incríveis, preços incríveis. Agora é como ir para casa quando paramos para visitar o Joe... Levamos toda a nossa família e amigos para fora da cidade a O.C.A como parte da nossa visita de rotina a Chicago... O nosso apartamento parece um anexo da O.C.A... O que significa caixa de jóias... Nunca desapontado...
