We started working with Bruna when she was still “Cactus” and she developed the most beautiful invitations ! I loved everything about it, specially the fact that she made something unique that represented us as a couple! She ended up designing all the pieces that we needed for the wedding and their were all just f**** amazing!! We ended up hiring them to help us with the wedding planning for the day and everything was perfect! I couldn’t recommend them more!! Muza girls are super pleasant and professional, and we are so grateful to them for organising our elopement in Portugal. You rock! :) The communication was excellent and efficient from the very beginning, and as we were based in a different country, this was extremely important to us. We were sent a beautiful mood board, which was created according to our example photos and ideas. It was further developed as the time went by. The Muza girls were communicating with different vendors and managed to achieve great results with a designated budget. On the day, everything was flowing smoothly and according to the timeline. The girls were very helpful and friendly, yet professional. Everything was so perfect; we just enjoyed every moment of our special day! They really managed to make our dreams come true!! Since the very first time we spoke to them we felt an immediate connection, which made us feel comfortable to express our plans and ideas for the wedding. They were really interested in knowing each one of us, hearing our history, preferences, etc. We honestly felt that they were concerned and sensitive to capture our vision and ideals. Not to mention offering slack and airtable as platforms to stay organized and aligned while we were countries and time zones apart! The Best in the Business (1) It has taken me far too long to write this review, but the fact of the matter is that we have so much to say, and we wanted to say it perfectly. So, let me try… (2) We highly recommend and sing the praises of MUZA in our new little family. My husband and I started the wedding planning process after getting engaged in August 2018, thinking that we would plan our wedding at a restaurant in Chicago for all of our friends and family to attend. After a few months of looking at venues, talking through the many, many options, and almost signing a contract with a venue, Chris and I started asking ourselves, “Who are we planning this wedding for?” After considering whether we wanted to plan a destination wedding or an elopement, we decided on an intimate elopement abroad. But where? We looked online at places in Spain, Italy, and Switzerland. After talking with a girlfriend about her destination wedding in Portugal, I started looking for different wedding planners in Lisbon, and I stumbled upon MUZA… From the start (a Skype call between Rita and myself), I knew I wanted to work with these extremely kind and creative women. They provided so much information and so many options from the beginning. Once we landed upon a venue, they took our combined vision for our wedding and ran with it, creating a mood board and decoration project that brought tears to my eyes. From there, and throughout every step of the process thereafter, the girls recommended and worked with our photographer, videographer, makeup / hair artist, florist, cake baker, celebrant, and venue (all of whom exceeded our expectations) to create the most beautiful and perfect day. Although planning an elopement in another country where we didn’t have the luxury of seeing or testing things out in person could have been a stressful process, we didn’t have any concerns about the execution of our wedding day because of MUZA. We knew our day would be perfect due to excellent communication with the team throughout the entire planning process. (In fact, we’ve truly missed talking to the girls on a weekly, if not daily, basis since the wedding!!! These women truly became our friends during this process.) …and it was the most perfect day. Bruna and Rita (and everyone else that we worked with) made our day so special due to their attention to details, creativity, and preparation. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother or more relaxing day, a more beautiful ceremony and delicious dinner, or a bigger or better surprise! (The girls planned and kept my brother-in-law and twin sister’s attendance at the wedding a surprise from not just us, but also from our parents!!! I get chills just thinking about it.) Moreover, the day just felt like us. From the stunning bohemian venue and eclectic, carefully-chosen decor on the tables to the unique florals and one-of-a-kind stationary that the women designed, MUZA organized and executed a wedding that was truly about Chris, me, and our love for one another. So, to sum things up, Chris and I cannot thank Bruna and Rita enough. You ladies made our day so special, beautiful, and stress-free. You are incredibly creative and professional. In our opinions, you’re simply the best in the business! Thank you, thank you, thank YOU!
