Mia Safie: Terribly unimpressed with the customer services here; I had asked for the best internet plan for someone who was only staying in the country for 3 months, one of the staff advised I take the rolling contract (which could be cancelled at any time) which was 30GB a month for €20. First disappointment was that it depleted within 4 days. So I returned and one of the staff was kind enough to advise me to get the unlimited internet for €30 without any need for a contract. So I returned almost 20 days later to cancel the contract to which I apparently had to speak to the NÓS sales reps and I was meant to tell them why I don’t want the contract anymore. I explained to the staff in store that I can’t speak Portuguese, they said it’s fine, all I need to do is ask for someone that speaks English and it will be okay. 3 separate calls later and not one of their telephone staff could speak a word of English and one of them actually raised their voice at me which I found to be extremely unprofessional. So, frustrated and angry I left and went to the NÓS at Alegro Mall in Montijo and the staff there were incredible. They were able to cancel the contract for me in minutes and I didn’t need to speak to anyone on the telephone either. The staff at Alegro mall were so pleasant and professional. I would definitely refer anyone with a NÓS problem to go to Alegro Mall and sort out whatever issue they’re having.

A Best Buy perdeu o meu respeito como um negócio legítimo, não tenho a certeza de quem está a pagar as suas contas mas certamente não é a venda de mercadorias, não há maneira de vender o suficiente apenas deixando entrar cerca de 10 pessoas de cada vez na loja. O gerente prefere cancelar o seu pedido do que tentar descobrir onde está o item que você já comprou on-line e nos dizem que estaria disponível. Nem sequer estás disposto a investigar, basta cancelar a encomenda e ir comprar noutro lugar.

Nós vamos lá muitas vezes, e compramos muito. Eu tentei pegar um presente de Natal e eles não o liberavam sem minha carteira de motorista. Um funcionário disse ok e o outro recusou e me mandou embora. Eles não aceitavam um cartão de crédito com o meu nome e fotografia, crachá com nome e fotografia, confirmação por e-mail, número de encomenda, cartão de crédito que eu comprei o presente... Embora eu tivesse todos os itens listados. Recebi a minha identificação e eles olharam para ela durante 1 segundo. É isso mesmo! Você não precisa de carteira de motorista para encomendar um presente ou enviar um pacote. Eles devem aceitar qualquer identidade com foto e não ser rudes com os seus clientes.
