Mia Safie: Terribly unimpressed with the customer services here; I had asked for the best internet plan for someone who was only staying in the country for 3 months, one of the staff advised I take the rolling contract (which could be cancelled at any time) which was 30GB a month for €20. First disappointment was that it depleted within 4 days. So I returned and one of the staff was kind enough to advise me to get the unlimited internet for €30 without any need for a contract. So I returned almost 20 days later to cancel the contract to which I apparently had to speak to the NÓS sales reps and I was meant to tell them why I don’t want the contract anymore. I explained to the staff in store that I can’t speak Portuguese, they said it’s fine, all I need to do is ask for someone that speaks English and it will be okay. 3 separate calls later and not one of their telephone staff could speak a word of English and one of them actually raised their voice at me which I found to be extremely unprofessional. So, frustrated and angry I left and went to the NÓS at Alegro Mall in Montijo and the staff there were incredible. They were able to cancel the contract for me in minutes and I didn’t need to speak to anyone on the telephone either. The staff at Alegro mall were so pleasant and professional. I would definitely refer anyone with a NÓS problem to go to Alegro Mall and sort out whatever issue they’re having.

Primeiro esta loja é incrível. Duas histórias, uma roda gigante, fudge e café, com todas as marcas ao ar livre que você conhece e adora, incluindo ofertas incríveis. Mas o que me fez escrever uma crítica foi o atendimento ao cliente! Eu estava olhando para um par de calças que supostamente estavam esgotadas no comprimento normal, mas eles foram acima e além de procurar por ele e acabaram encontrando o par que eu precisava! A garota que me ajudou (seu nome era Summer) também me ajudou a escolher uma mochila de fjallraven. Ela me convenceu a entrar na versão bolsa/tote e estou tão feliz que ela fez isso foi a escolha certa em versatilidade! (Também pode soar mal que ela me convenceu a fazer isso, incluindo que era uma opção mais cara, mas eles estavam tendo uma venda enorme tornando-a menos cara do que um kanken normal, pelo seu preço original!) Eu não poderia estar mais feliz com a minha experiência!

Entrei para devolver dois itens que encomendei por engano e para pegar um pedido que fiz online. O serviço foi excelente. O representante de atendimento ao cliente foi super legal e me ajudou durante todo o processo. Não devolvo frequentemente e não podia estar mais feliz com a experiência neste local. Trarei mais negócios aqui no futuro.
