Loved the property and the location and friendly communication. Was very surprised to get a 40 euro cleaning fee on top of the price when we only stayed for one night..

Haben im März für 1 Ferienwohnung 100€ / Nacht gezahlt und dafür ein relativ kleines, aber gemütliches Zimmer bekommen. Darin sind ein 1,60er Bett, sowie Küche und Sofa sowie TV. Die Küche hat den absoluten Grundstandart , da ist jedoch noch Luft nach oben. Rezeption keine vorhanden, jedoch ist immer jemand über email erreichbar. Zimmerservice zuverlässig und gut. LAGE: beste Lage im Herzen Lissabons. Rund herum Restaurants, Bars, der Hafen. Nahverkehr ist gut zu erreichen.

Excellent location near barrio alto! The apartment is spotless! Only complaint is that check out and in is quite early but we were kindly allowed to check in at 1 as the appartment was ready but check out at 11 is quite early

We loved the apartment. It is beautiful and spacious, so perfect for chilling out in the hot city. The location is half way up the hill away from the seafront and across from the main shopping / food area (wow the hills are steep!), making it a perfect point to explore Lisbon from. Slightly odd set up as its in a mansion block, meaning there isnt a reception and you need to arrange for the host to meet you to check in and give you the keys etc. But very handily the central office are able to look after luggage post check out, so you still get the advantages of a hotel while feeling like youre in a home from home (albeit a very grand home in this particular apartment!). Looking forward to checking out the other apartments Sweet Inn have in other cities!

Excellent apartment. Two points. The instructions for or arrival were unclear and the decor was not what we expected as the pictures we thought were of our apartment were of another in the block.

First off the location is great and the apartment 1A was beautiful and I would highly, highly recommend staying here if it werent for a couple issues, one of which made the otherwise nice stay a generally bad experience.Potential Renters Be Warned- there are numerous apartments in this building and the photos shown on Hotels.com need to be looked at closely. Note the unit # at the top of the image. My apartment 1A was beautiful.Secondly, and most importantly, in the unit I stayed in there is no soundproofing on the windows facing the street below. Seriously, its like they are wide open, which for about 19 hours of the day is fine, but come 12-1AM very loud and happy people start leaving the bars and restaurants and unless your are heavily sedated with the good stuff, there is no sleeping until around 4. Im not sure about the other street-facing appts. but I would recommend getting one off the street to be safe.Thirdly, and this is an easy fix, on a daily basis the cleaners left big piles of dirty linens in the stairway to greet the guests. See photo. There has to be a better place to store things like that.Anyway, if appt 1A gets some new windows it would make all the difference for visiting guests.

The apartment is in a great location, easy access to bars, restaurants and the major sites. It was clean and well equppied with all the facilities advertised and had good working wifi. Our only issue with the apartment was that it was located at the back of the main building, down a flight of stairs into a courtyard. It seemed to have been built into a basement with a lovely vaulted ceiling but there were lots of levels within the apartment and the bedroom was simply a mezzanine with very limited head room and just a mattress in the floor. I could only just stand in the central part of the bedroom floor (Im 166 cm tall) which made it quite uncomfortable. The lighting in the courtyard was intermittent with no obvious switch to activate and when it was off the yard was pitch black when leaving the apartment in th evening.

Very well located. Very well equipped. Spot clean and very comfortable. Good atmosphere and nice design.We had great time.

loved the location although some may find it a little noisy at night. Apartment was beautifully decorated, kitchen stocked with all appliances you may need whether to have breakfast or simple meal. All the large windows opened to let in light and air. would recommend this apartment. My husband and I spent a week.

Modern apartment however the air units in the apartment are not enough to keep the apartment cool. Woke up many times throughout the night sweating or having difficulty sleeping because of issues with regulating temperature.

Beautiful and large apartment that my family loved. Near some great sights, including the 28 Tram stop, and shopping and dining nearby. Owner was helpful in remote check-in. Just keep in mind there will be a cleaning fee charged prior to check-in. I would stay here again, kids loved it.

Apartment 3C was very nice & comfortable and in a really great neighborhood. All was great except for two nitpicks.....The motion detection lighting in the stairwell was terrible. It went on and off so quickly that we all almost fell at least once walking up and down the stairs. A little less annoying was the fact that our apartment shared a small vestibule area with two other apartments. So, you could hear people coming and going late at night and early in the morning.

Location perfect, great view out to the water and helpful greeter who shared some local spots to visit that we would never have found otherwise.
