Sehr zu empfehlen. 24 Stunden Check In. Man bekommt bei der Buchung über Booking.com direkt einen PIN zugesendet mit dem man dann die Türen öffnen kann. Wir hatten ein 4 Bett Zimmer mit 2 Bädern. Alles in allem sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsküche mit Kühlschrank.

Localização muito central. Decoração fantástica. Quartos muito bem equipados e limpos. A juntar a tudo isto, a simpatia e atenção do anfitrião António. A regressar. Tem estacionamento (pago) ao lado.

방은 퀸사이즈룸 예약했고 방 내부가 너무 이쁘고 뭐하나 부족한거 없이 잘 이용했어요 직원이 없는 무인게스트하우스 개념인데 불편한거 1도 없고 리스본 여행하기 너무 좋은 위치에요

Pulitissimo, in una zona tranquilla a due passi dal Bairro Alto e con la fermata della metro a 20 metri circa. Senza reception si fa tutto con i codici pin. Ci è piaciuto molto.

the guest house is in a nicely restored old mansion house. the room was clean, simple but well designed. there's a common kitchen with tea and nescafe too, opening to an inner courtyard terrace. it was very pleasant to stay here.

This guest house is in a convenient location but on a very noisy street. Traffic noise didn’t subside until 2 am. There’s a steep flight of stairs, no elevator. (Not a problem for us). This is a no-host lodging, and I missed having a friendly welcome. The room was clean and spacious but lacked furniture, that is... no tables or chairs & no flat surface in the bathroom to put out cosmetics etc. Additionally, the entry & bathroom are two steps above the bedroom, requiring a person to be careful moving around at night. All things considered, I would not stay here again.

La habitación era amplia y con acceso a una terraza común, con aire acondicionado en la habitación, esta estaba limpia y el alojamiento situado céntricamente. Al lado del alojamiento hay un parking por el que por unos 11 euros al día puedes dejar el coche. Nosotros llegamos un poco antes de la hora de entrada y como la habitación estaba hecha nos permitieron el acceso. Para acceder te dan unos pines que introduces en la puerta que van con claves. Muy práctico y además disponía de una cocía común para los apartamentos. Estaba muy bien situado para bajar paseando al barrio alto u otras zonas. La zona hay tiendas y cafeterías para desayunar. Muy recomendable.

We stayed here for 6 nights. The good: The room with private bathroom was absolutely perfect. Clean, cosy and stylish. Our room was cleaned every day. The kitchen and patio were also nice additions. We spent some relaxing moments on the patio. The check-in / code system worked and was easy to use. We also liked the location in Principe Real, close enough to everything and in a pretty nice neighbourhood. The bad: The guest house is located in a busy street. There was non-stop car traffic on working hours in the week and on evening hours in the weekend. The traffic can become very loud on the street. The windows do a pretty decent job of keeping the noise out, but it might not be enough if you're a light sleeper. We however had no problem with it. We did end up sleeping bad for other reasons: 3 of the 7 rooms were occupied by a family who acted like they owned the place. They were very noisy, mostly early in the morning (6 am). Walking around the place all of the time with their shoes on, claiming the kitchen as their own, being loud with cutlery & dishes, yelling things to each other, overall being totally selfish and disrespectful to the other guests. We feel that this is a drawback of the automated check-in system. There is a lack of authority or social control to prevent these kinds of situations.

Very nice place it's renovated and clean, be aware there is no reception and it's a bit tricky to be found, here are some pictures so you can find it. The reason I gave only 4 stars is, it's very difficult to find. Tt took us 30min to located it, there is a very tiny sign on the wall of the entrance. The plusses: it's new, clean, very nicely decorated, everything is really good, free water bottles next to the bed, see for yourself

Was perfect for what we were looking for. Clean and bright. While I loved the minimalist look, there was a good amount of sound transferred between rooms that could have been dampened by curtains, rugs, etc.
