Another hotel selling as guesthouse. Good to sleep though you have music starting at 9am from neighbours. It has a shared kitchen but expect poor/amost-broken utensils. Don't worry about arrival time. Many people will ask at what time you expect to arrive but no one will open the door and don't bother to ring the bell because it doesn't work. You'll receive the back door's key though it doesn't work most of the time. They have no shoes policy but you have to cross all the house to take out your shoes and then go back to your room. They offer sleepers which are used in the open patio where all outside shoes have to cross to go inside the house. Be careful with hot wires/uncover wall plugs! Of course you will never meet the house's owner, so you are a guest of some random else.

Worst neighborhood, tons of drug addicts in the streets and illegal foreigners. I arrived and told them it was a bad location and I don't want to stay and the still charged me for the full stay even though I didn't sleep there one night
