Entrance was little awkward, no where the sign for the Inn it's 1m from hairdresser (brown door no window). It's on 5floor, it's good exercise when you travel from Vienna to Lisbon 4h. Good for meeting other people. Place has small lockers for 1small bag not suitcase. Near the Inn is supermarket express, and migrants from Africa. Don't walk around alone after midnight. It has two bathrooms, one small kitchen, breakfast included, room is little cold,

El dueño, Amir, es genial! Atento, cariñoso, nos cuidó muchisimo! El hostel muy bueno, limpio y cuidado. La ubicación perfectísima, en pleno centro de Lisboa! 100% recomendable!!

We went to the address and found it hard to see where the entrance was. Once we found it, it was a narrow staircase up to the fifth floor, worn and drenched. Once inside the Chiado Inn, it's basically a badly renovated apartment. It can hardly be an approved accommodation based on fire demands and the like. Our room had its own toilet, the room is tired with old bedding, in the morning there were cockroaches running everywhere on the floor in the bathroom. It smelled badly in the bathroom. Breakfast was included in the price, but it was as bad as the accommodation in general. Should you stay in Lisbon then look for something other than this, it's not worth the money even though it is relatively cheap.

Siamo stati qui ad agosto condizioni della Camera indescrivibili, cavi scoperti, secchio è carta igienica usata, cuscini gialli, capelli ovunque. Per non parlare poi del fatto che sta al quinto piano di un palazzo orribile, dall'odore sconcertante e scale strettissime. Infine, come ciliegina sulla torta, check-in ritardato. Siamo stati 1 ora ad aspettare fuori dalla struttura aspettando che qualcuno ci aprisse.

Propreté ok, mais salle de bain partagée avec les autres chambres. Pour petit budget, pour une ou qql nuits c'est tout à fait correct. Par contre entrée difficile à trouver et accès 5em étage sans ascenseur.

El personal perfecto, amable y atento. Zona muy céntrica y bien comunicada. Muy buena relación calidad/precio.

Peguei um quartinho bem agradável com uma pequena varanda, só tem que tomar cuidado que fica na área debaixo da escada e meu marido bateu a cabeça nessa parte 4 vezes.

This is a homestyle/Airbnb/hostel in an apartment setting, so if you are expecting hotel services then you need to look somewhere else. I read some reviews and it seems certain travelers did not do their research or were expecting more than what it is. I booked a x2 single bed room with private bathroom for 3NIGHTS. Positive: 1. The location is extremely central. It is walking access to many tourist spots. Did not need uber for sightseeing, tram/train/scooter easily assessable. 20minutes Drive from-to airport. 2. Close to restaurants, hair salons, gift shops and bars. Because it is close to a general supermarket and bars, there will be people on the street selling street drugs. I read some racist reviews about African migrants around the area. Portugal is the hub for immigration, there will be immigrants of any color/ethnicity in every corner. Be smart: don’t buy street drugs and they won’t harass you. Single travelers will need to be extra careful no matter where you travel anyways. 3. The owner and staff are friendly and helpful. 4. No bed bug issue in the room I stayed in. 5. Room and bathroom decent size to fit all our suitcases(4 in total). 6. Constant hot shower. 7. Portable heater worked very well. 8. Room had enough windows for sunshine and ventilation. Negative: 1. It’s 6 flights of stairs with no elevator. Didn’t bother us as we are young and fit, but be prepared you’ll have to carry your suitcases up. Stairs are narrow so have to be careful. 2. The shower holder in my bathroom wasn’t installed. Had to hold my shower head to shower, inconvenient and time wasting. 3. Low water pressure. This could be because it is on the 6th floor. But hopefully owner upgrades and fixes the water pressure soon. 4. Need more towels for guests staying more than 2nights. 5. Bathroom needs to be regularly cleaned with bleach especially during winter. Shower area floods easily so have to be cautious during shower. 6. Need hairdryer for winter, none provided. 7. Need thicker quilt/doona for winter nights. Blankets provided too thin.

Atendimento excelente! Porém é no 4 andar e subir de escada com mala é cansativo! Não gostei do bairro. Muitas pessoas oferecendo drogas!

숙소의 분위기 자체가 조용한 분위기 입니다. 타호스텔 처럼 침대방이 너무 많지 않아서 인원도 적고 좋았어요 4층인게 흠이라면 흠이지만, 이 동네 특성상 어쩔 수 없는 걸 알기때문에 ㅋㅋㅋ 무거운 캐리어가 있다면 힘들어요 ㅠ.ㅠ 전 만족!

A falta de 4 días para el viaje a Portugal me cancelan la reserva que hice hace cerca de un mes sin ni siquiera darme una explicación.

Miejsce jest ok, ale na 1-2 noce. Lokalizacja świetna, ale pokoje na 5 piętrze, ze wspólną łazienką i bez prywatności (słychać dosłownie wszystko co robią sąsiedzi). Właściciel bardzo miły i pomocny, ale powinien zadbać o cieknącą wannę, przez którą w kuchennym suficie jest pleśń.

La buena disposicion de Amir hace que te olvides de algunos de los problemas del lugar. Es como quedarse en su casa, y siempre está para ayudarte en lo que necesites sin pedir nada a cambio. Lo recomiendo para viajeros solos y parejas ya que tiene cuartos dobles también. Gracias Amir por tu hospitalidad

Fift floor without elevator, rooms very small and beds really close to each other..only two showers for all the accomodation.

Attenzione una vera sòla detta alla romana. Quinto piano. Scala a budello. Sporca. Stanza stile sgabuzzino pretesa per quattro. Per fortuna noi siamo in tre. Abbiamo rinunciato a cercare un altro posto per non perdere altro tempo. Bagno in comune con altre stanze con pulizia moooolto discutibile. Totalmente sconsigliato.

Achei bonito, mas chovia muito e não consegui fazer nada..

Pensavo fosse un ostello ma è un appartamento al 5° piano , ho alloggiato al piano di sotto dove cè la cucina tv e due bei divani comodi, ma non sufficiente come spazio per fare colazione tutti gli ospiti. Stanza piccola per sei letti , e reception non presente 24h . La prima notte non avevo nemmeno le chiavi per entrare ma ero consapevole , pensavo la porta rimanesse aperta ma invece no ,ed ho dovuto disturbare per farmi aprire( 4 del mattino) . Il secondo giorno mi da la chiave ma in pratica quella del portone di giu era sbagliata, di nuovo in strada e la ragazza che dormiva di nuovo in stanza mi ha riaperto di nuovo il portone questa volta. La doccia era rotta e l'acqua per farla uscire era un problema causa la pressione a zero o quasi . Non ho visto le altre stanze , credo cè di meglio a Lisbona, se amate lo spazio non ve lo consiglio . Nota positiva la posizione e la gentilezza dell' uomo che gestisce .

Un horror, hicimos la reserva por booking y la descripción no se correspondía con lo que nos encontramos. Nada más llegar subimos por unas escaleras estrechas, llenas de suciedad e inestables, la habitación era como una lata de sardinas, la puerta parecia que le habian forzado la cerradura.

Mały pensjonat w doskonałej lokalizacji, o krok od przystanku linii tramwajowej nr 28. Śniadanie w formie szwedzkiego stołu, skromnie, ale do syta. Wi-fi działa. Na minus - klaustrofobiczne wejście maleńką klatką schodową na 4 piętro kamienicy, osoby o ograniczonej mobilności niech szukają noclegu gdzieś indziej. Blisko do sklepu, tramwaju, Elevador da Bica, metra i centrum miasta.

Really nice hostel with a really nice host. Totally recommended. One star minus cause the water was not going so well in the shower.

L’endroit est idéal et l’accueil très chaleureux et bienveillant ! notamment grâce au propriétaire qui parle français et anglais et est absolument adorable. Tout est propre et l’ambiance est zen. C’est parfait pour un voyageur en quête de calme, un couple ou même une famille.

Piso pequeño, atención agradable, bien ubicado, la linea 28E pasa por esa calle. 5to piso sin ascensor.

The owner, Amir, was really friendly and helpful. Location was perfect - Tram 28 stops just right outside this place. Breakfast provided is simple but more than enough to fill our tummy - ham, cheese, toast, cereal, coffee, tea and fruit juices! Only downside is that this place is located on the fifth floor without lift! And there are only two toilets so there might be a wait if the hostel is full.
