Great location close to the heartbeat of Lisbon. Excellent staff and a perfect vintage concept decoration. Loved the breakfast and the rooftop view is beautiful and worth a visit.
Pool isnt big but it is clean. Reallyenjoyed the steam bath.

Beautiful building! Very arty atmosphere. Right in the heart of Lisbon's historic area.
Very hard, if not impossible for those with disabilities to access most of lisbon and definitely not this hotel. The room was much smaller than it appeared in the blurb, clever photography. Steep staircases. There is a one person lift ( to help with luggage), but it's the slowest thing you've ever seen.
This hotel has a lovely reception area/shop, where they sell art covered shoes, coasters, t-shirts, etc. Upstairs on the roof terrace is a little coffee shop, where for £10 per person, per day, you can get pre-booked breakfast with delicious pastries. There's both inside and outside seating with views for miles. We'd definitely go back to this area, but possibly not this hotel.

great to be in the centre of the old quarter, staff were nice and friendly and very helpful.
The only criticism I have is I booked a family studio because we are a family of 4 and found they had squeezed the 2 extra single beds into the area where the table and chairs used to be so the whole room felt a bit cramped.

Stopped here for a quick coffee and glad I did, although you have to work for it. Up several flights of stairs to get the the roof terrace but from there the peaceful serenity whilst enjoying a good coffee, gazing across the terracotta rooftops of the city, basking in the sunshine from a comfortable deckchair. I was the sole visitor at the time, so enjoyed my seat for a while

Nice hotel with a good decorated rooms, helpful staff and tasty breakfast on panoramic rooftop.
This is the place to understand, what is really stairway to heaven :)

Hotel is excellently placed, could not be more central. Rooms are clean and well-appointed. Be prepared for stairs though, lots of them. Not a place for those who are less-able.

Boutique hotel pulito e grazioso con ottima ristrutturazione di un Palazzo nel centro storico.
Strategico per visitare il centro storico e per le maggiori attrazioni culturali a Lisbona.
Vicino al tram 28-24, e la stazione Rossio per il treno (per Belem,Sintra e Cascais).
Camere perfette (Un po' piccolina ma il bagno è ampio pulito con grande doccia): non c'è posto per le valige.
Eccezionale la Terrazza dove è servita la colazione che permette un immediato colpo d'occhio sulle principali attrazioni della città.
Molto consigliato.
Il personale è molto gentile.

Sentral beliggenhet. Veldig god service fra bartenderen som jobbet på takterrassen. God frokost med super utsikt fra samme terrasse. Fint med mange trapper så får man litt gratis trim:)

A great find in the heart of the old town and within walking distance to so many attractions. Beautifully decorated rooms, spotlessly clean with very helpful staff. We enjoyed our one night stay and recommend to others looking for a centrally located hotel.

Certainement le meilleur rapport qualité prix pour votre séjour !!! Chambres très agréables, très bonne literie, situation on ne peut plus centrale (Rossio) sans être dans une rue bruyante, terrasse panoramique avec vue, petit dej très correct...what else?

Absolutnie najlepsza lokalizacja do zwiedzania Lizbony i piękny widok z baru na dachu hotelu.Miła i pomocna obsługa. Niestety schody sprawiają, że hotel nie nadaje się dla rodzin z dziećmi i osób starszych.

Świetna lokalizacja. Dostęp do 2ch linii metra, aerobus, autobusy. Zakupy: pingo doce 20 m, pastelarnie, restauracje. Fast food: pod nosem burdel king a po drukiej stronie placu 100m MC. Uwaga, windą hotelową wjeżdżają tylko bagaże, ludzie pędzą po schodach. Bardzo dobre śniadania, taras na dachu. Tam też palą palacze. Polecam normalnym.

Point positif:Hotel très bien placé, les chambres sont spacieuses et pas trop mal decorées, il dispose d'une magnifique terrasse sur le toit ou vous pouvez manger et prendre un verre.
L'acceuille et le service sont vraiment super, personnel trés agréable.
Point negatif:pour une personnes à mobilité reduite les escaliers peuvent être trés compliqués.
Nous avons eu une chambre qui donne sur la rue, un peu bruyant tôt le matin(camion livraison et sortie des tables du restaurant d'en face).

Ottimo hotel, ci siamo trovati molto bene, personale gentile e sempre a disposizione x darti dei consigli, come è dove visitare i posti più belli, la camera era molto grande, aveva tutto ciò che può servire, ci siamo trovati molto bene, l'hotel era al centro città, vicino alla metro, e fermata pulman, ottimo hotel, anche la colazione era ottima.

Tons of stairs, something to note.
There is a tiny lift from 2-4 th floor. Need to take the luggage to 2nd anyway. And few more stairs depending on which floor you stay.
Rooftop views are excellent.
The rooms are done very well, artistic and contemporary decor.
The room has everything one needs, good space, comfy beds, excellent rain shower.
Centrally located.
Most importantly the staff (Annelise) super friendly and nice. Lot of attention to detail and very kind.
Super helpful.
Edit:
Although one particular lady(with glasses, sorry don’t know the name) at the reception was neither friendly nor helpful. On couple of occasions there were housekeeping towels etc in the lifts making them unusable during the day, and having to carry heavy backpacks across 5 floors.
Not anticipated, hence reducing the stars.

Beside the few hundreds steps staircase, the hotel is a lovely one in Lisbon old town center. We get a castle view at 5th floor room. Breakfast is nice, however the rooftop bar doesn't serve much local food during dinner.

Als je de trappen hebt getrotseerd kom je op een heerlijke schone kamer. Schone badkamer .
Wij hadden een hele ruime kamer met een klein raampje maar prachtig uitzicht.
Eten was er erg lekker en veel keuze.
Personeel ook heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Lovely room. Clean. Helpful staff. Room had cooking facilities, very useful. Location excellent. Breakfast good. Be aware that lift does not serve all floors so stair climbing is essential!

Mal. Muy mal. Muy bonito pero la habitación con la cama muy mala. Se notaban los muelles!!!!! Que desastre.
SUCIO!!!! Las sababas sin cambiar y el baño.... puff! La ducha con moho mejor no usarla!!!
1/2h esperando para el chekout cerrada la recepcion a las 11 de la mañana.
Muuuchas escaleras!!
Eso si la terraza muy bonita con buenas vistas y el desayuno correcto,

Had a great 4 night stay. My room was roomy and comfortable and I could even open a window. Be aware that there are still a few older rooms that don’t have windows that open to the outside. Breakfast on the rooftop was nice with a great view. Be aware that this isn’t a hotel for people who are struggling with stairs. There is an elevator but that is only starting from the second floor and also not all the way up to the roof terrace.

Particolare, ben curato e pulito, la posizione è fantastica molto centrale, la colazione viene servita in terrazza molto cool.. unica grande pecca sono le tante scale da fare per raggiungere sia la reception che le camere, l'ascensore parte dal 1° piano e arriva al 4° senza fermarsi al 3° decisamente scomodo e sicuramente non adatto a persone anziane o con qualche difficoltà motoria.

Z tego hotelu zapamiętam głównie chodzenie po schodach - masakra. Jedynie miejsce OK - w samym centrum. Poranki z odgłosem śmieciarek jak otworzyć okno. Śniadania bez rewelacji. Jedyny plus to w przypadku śniadania na dachu - super widok na zamek Króla Jerzego.

Volvería sin duda. Lo recomiendo por amabilidad, limpieza,céntrico, bonito, acogedor y distinto.
La única pega las escaleras y ni siquiera, los de recepción nos subieron las maletas a la habitación.
El desayuno muy bien, todo rico y fresco.Los complementos del baño también muy bien.
Fuimos dos adultos y una niña y de maravilla. Muy céntrico, mereció la pena. Gracias.

Gemütliches, individuelles, kleines Hotel mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Sehr zentral am Rossio gelegen. Einfaches, aber gutes Frühstück entsprechend der Hotel-Größe. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Kann morgens früh laut werden, weil Lieferanten zur Rückseite des Rossio verkehren, aber Fenster sind gut isoliert.

Einfach wunderschön, das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Lage ist optimal, die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut isoliert.
