Esta estrella es porque debido al Covid-19 me he visto obligada a cancelar la reserva que tenía para disfrutar con mi família en Agosto pero de repente debido a la pandemia nuestras vidas han cambiado y el depósito que hice cuando realicé la reserva se me quiere canjear por un bono. En estos momentos tan delicados este dinero me sirve para darles de comer a mis hijos. Por favor piensen en la gente y tengo todo mi derecho a que dicho importe me sea devuelto puesto que por desgracia como he mencionado anteriormente esto nos afecta a todos.

Very clean, modern and family friendly with nice staff. We stayed in the prestige building which was immaculate -more 5 star than 4. We'd definitely come back. We didn't dine at the restaurant, we'd walk to town for food but had breakfast twice and that was okay.

The hotel is ovall really good. Rooms are soacious and modern, with a terrace with a table and chaiirs. It’s a huge complex with beautiful gardens, only 10 min walk through the gardens to the beach. There’s a water park for kids which was great, you can also use the water park at the neigbouring Alfagar Alto da Colina. Free parking spaces. Only 3 min drive from Albufeira or other restaurants, or 15 min walk. Rooms cleaned every day and towels changed. Indoor swimming pool can come in handy if it’s overcast or a bit windy. The water’s warm. Downsides: only one shelf in the wardrobes, unless you want to hang all your clothes on hangers. No shelves in the bathroom so you have to put all your items on the floor. Same in the shower- no shelf, so shampoos etc. have to be put on the floor. The tap handles are so long that take up half of the space in the shower and you have to be careful not to turn the water off. There’s no washing up liquid, salt or pepper in the kitchen. Please bear in mind if you damage anything you have to pay for it 100% as the hotel doesn’t have insurance for accidental damage of anything in the rooms. Check-in at reception may be slow.

Resort was fab for a family with 6&8 year olds. Pools chilly as everyone says but doesn’t stop the kids and the indoor one is super warm! Food and staff very friendly, highly recommend resort but not a fan of Alubufeira would hire a car for a few days which are cheap to do

Fica localizado na periferia de Albufeira.

⭐Qualidade geral muito boa do apartamento.
⭐Instalações exteriores fantásticas e muito bem cuidadas.
⭐Piscinas exteriores impecáveis.
1 das piscinas exteriores tem escorregas tipo mini parque aquático.
1 Piscina exterior que é coberta e tem água aquecida.
1 Piscina interior com Spa (pago à parte), Sauna (pago à parte), banho turco ( pago à parte) e ginásio.
⭐ Campo de futebol, corte de ténis, Parque Infantil, Área de Relvado para utilização livre desportiva.
⭐Nesta altura do ano - Silêncio nos corredores e apartamentos contíguos.
⭐Cama de casal muito confortável.
Cabem 2 adultos e 2 crianças menores a relaxar.
⭐Casa de banho com cabina ampla e confortável para tomar banho.
⭐Animação quase diária no Hotel.
⭐Caminhos pedonais muito bem cuidados no acesso à praia ( 10 minutos a pé em passo descontraído).
⭐Abundância de restaurantes locais com preços e ementas variadas à espera de serem descobertos.
Em Santa Eulália estão 4 ou 5 restaurantes à " beira da estrada" que valem a pena ser visitados.
⭐Comércio local variado, Tem Mercado local perti, Tem Intermarchê muito perto e um pouco mais longe Continente, Pingo Doce, Aldi e por aí fora.
⭐Funcionários muito simpáticos e prestáveis.- Merecem ser estimados e bem tratados porque cuidam bem dos seus clientes e fazem ter vontade de regressar.
Pontos menos favoráveis.
Não existe máquina Multibanco no Hotel, tendo em conta que é um empreendimento enorme, talvez justificasse pedir uma à SIBS.
Ficámos com a ideia que os produtos das mercearias dentro do empreendimento eram demasiado caros.
Podia haver um canal infantil em Português para as crianças na televisão.

Stayed in a prestige apartment with sea view. Beautiful apartment with excellent facilities, huge balcony and comfy bed. Staff were friendly and polite and the pool areas and grounds were always being cleaned and tended. Could not find fault during our stay and would definitely recommend! So peaceful and relaxing with private access to beaches. Beautiful for a winter sun break.

Very nice resort can't really fault it. Its just that you have to pay for little things like towels for by the pool or for the safe in your room and a mini bus to the main town which doesn't run that often. These things would be free in a lot of hotels and resorts but it's not a big issue.

Een heel goed hotel met heel vriendelijk personeel. Vanaf Alfagar kan je aan de kant van de zee het strand zien. Er zijn ook grote zwembaden zeker een goede plek om naartoe te gaan! Hieronder op de foto's kun je een zwembad en een zonsondergang bij het strand zien.

La località è ottima e l'hotel è molto bello. Le camere vengono risistemare ogni giorno e anche il servizio bagno viene cambiato. La piscina interna è gratuita con possibilità di comprare la cuffia alla reception, necessaria per l'ingresso, molto ampia ed accogliente. Più c'è la spa con bagno turco e la possibilità di farsi fare un massaggio rilassante. La piscina esterna è molto bella e c'è la possibilitá di giocare a calcio e tennis, ping pong, carambola all'interno della struttura. Inoltre c'è anche un mini market e due bar. C'é naturalmente la sala di ristorazione dove è possibile effettuare colazione e cena. Alla reception sono molto seri, simpatici e disponibili, tutto 24 ore su 24.

A circa quaranta minuti dall'aeroporto di Faro e vicinissimo alla cittadina di Albufeira, ottima camera molto ampia e pulita con terrazza grande vista mare. La struttura ha molti servizi, peccato che non abbiamo potuto usufruirne al completo vista la breve permanenza. Tra i servizi migliori troviamo la spa, piscine interna ed esterne, vari tipi di sport, possibili escursioni ed accesso esclusivo alla spiaggia. Il tutto ad un prezzo contenuto. Abbiamo soggiornato presso la struttura per quattro giorni a novembre.

Massive property that caters to Brits with kids who want a mostly all-inclusive holiday. Room is massive with separate living and kitchen areas. Multiple pools, mini market and laundry on site. Almost everything else is charged for. Towels? €10 + deposit. Forgot card in room? €10 deposit. But, if you can accept all that, rooms are a great value for the money.

Hotel com categoria 4 estrelas e de facto em apresentação, espaço exterior e atendimento faz jus à categoria... Todavia ficam duas sugestões /críticas : o apartotel embora com divisões modernas e espaçosas tem somente 1 wc, a questão é que o vidro do chuveiro não é opaco, impossibilitando que uma outra pessoa possa ao mesmo tempo utilizar os sanitários. Fica a sugestão e no meu entender fácil de resolver. A segunda crítica prende-se com a limpeza e arrumação dos quartos. Num empreendimento desta magnitude situado numa zona balnear e largamente preenchido por famílias com crianças, não se compreende como não são garantidos DIARIAMENTE, os serviços MÍNIMOS de limpeza: casa de banho, camas, e despejo dos baldes de lixo. Great family hotel with plenty to do for the kids. The staff are very pleasant and very helpful. They have several swimming pools and a couple of kids pools with water slides. It also has a large five a side football pitch, a supermarket on site, with ATM and car hire available. Several food options with multi-buy deals. Entertainment every night in each of the bars.
Free WiFi available throughout the hotel.
Rooms are big and very clean and are serviced regularly. Plenty if hot water available.
Also has a well equipped gym and indoor pool. Massage available onsite with multi-buy options.
A ten minute taxi to the old town will cost €8-€9

Ideal para ir con niños.Se puede disfrutar de las instalaciones de los cuatro hoteles donde se incluyen dos parques acuáticos,piscinas infantiles,de adultos,climatizada..Se ofrece servicios de masaje,sauna...Se puede ir andando a la playa .Nuestro apartamento es muy acogedor,con vistas al mar y a la piscina( dos terrazas),pieza principal con sofá cama,cama supletoria,Cuna y cocina (horno,nevera,microondas...),dormitorio y cuarto de baño completo.Mi hijo esta deseando regresar.

Grundsätzlich sehr schöne Anlage, die etwas außerhalb von Albufeira und damit nicht so sehr im Touristentrubel liegt (wir empfanden das als sehr positiv).
Die Zimmer sind geräumig und recht modern eingerichtet, nur die Ecken in den Bädern könnten gründlicher gereinigt werden.
Das Essen im Restaurant ist abwechslungsreich und wirklich lecker, auch kann man die Stoßzeiten wunderbar meiden. Nervig ist lediglich, dass die Getränke jedes mal in bar beglichen werden müssen (auf Zimmerrechnung geht leider nicht). Dafür waren die Preise in Ordnung.
Die Poolanlage ist sehr schön gestaltet und es ist jederzeit möglich, eine Liege zu bekommen (trotz Hochsaison). Der Spielplatz und die Rutschen im Kinderpool dürfen aber gern mal erneuert oder renoviert werden.
Der Weg zum hoteleigenen Strand führt über Treppen und ist sehr schön und sauber. Im Vergleich zu den Hotels in Albufeira ist der Weg sogar recht kurz und auch nicht so überlaufen.
Rundum schönes Familienhotel, dass 5 Sterne verdient, wenn die kleinen Mängel abgestellt werden.

Looks good on photos/hotel web site and thats about it.
Hotel is BIG so the photos you see are from the whole village meaning that you might be more than 1km from the pool you see on the photo. EVERYTHING COSTS EXTRA...kids club? 4€ per 2 hours, locker in your room? 2€ per day. Extra key, towels, party for kids...etc ( see photos). They are just greedy since they are no longer all inclusive only as i heard from staff. Staff is nice and thats not their fault that management is BAD.
They will take photos of your children without permission, print them and ask for 20€...several times per week. Privacy laws? Naaaah
Wi-Fi?...lets say after few days I did not even bother and used my own data plan.
4*.... maybe once or in the newer part. Big rooms are in the old part and they did not get close to the standards i experienced in 4* hotels around the world.
They only clean floors with wet mop and do beds sloppy. Wipe the table? Forget about it!
Bathrooms have cracked tiles and fungus around the sink. Dead bugs? I quote manager "you left window open". Cigarette buds in the garden alongside make up removal pads laid for more than a week in front of my garden room (photo). They just refuse to pick that stuff up!
Interiors are damaged so is the furniture. There is a chance things will go missing (removed by staff) from your room (balcony) under some bogus excuse.
I could go further but images are worth more than words.
I would give better score (***) if the manager was not such a knobhead, when i asked for hotel regulations (after waiting for more than an hour and asking twice) he started screaming and threatening with police. If he wasn't man of such dispicable posture he might want to have a go at me

There's 5 different swimming pools they even have an indoor swimming pool as well and a volley ball net and right beside you is a beautiful beach I go swimming in the sea every day it's great you can rent out speed boats and go out to the sea.Its great fun and just down the road is a beautiful town with a variety of different restraunt to choose from great atmosphere loads of fun.You can also go to water parks like aqua show or slip and slide they're great fun for the family with a lot of different options to choose from.If you want you can go to zoomarine were there are great water slides and you can swim with dolphins. Very impressed. Great location with plenty of open space and activities within the complex. Staff are very helpful, fantastic view from our superior type apartment.well equipped as well. Plenty of activities, football for teenagers and younger lads.plenty of.choice of pools and lovely beach just outside apartment. Will definitely be back here again.

Very nice place, fantastic staff! We went in a big family group with children and babies. That generates a lot of unexpected situations where staff help is crucial. Fortunately everyone was very helpful and solved all issues on the spot. The Alfagar set of hotels and flats has several pools and areas and everyone can use all facilities. The pools are really good and not crowded, which is rare nowadays. It's also next to the beach, a lovely one! Some of the few cons: dinner ends too early at 9.30pm, towels are rented and check out is early at 11am. Anyway overall clearly 5 stars especially due to the staff and facilities. A special word about Mr Carlos at the bar and restaurant and Mrs Roberta at the reception, which were outstanding although everyone was great. I definitely recommend

Établissement neuf, extrêmement propre et tout en blanc! Appartement grand et lumineux. Bons lits, deux belles portes patio donnant sur un grand balcon. Beaux jardins et accès à l’autre complexe Alfagar Village. Piscine chauffée et couverte très apprécié ce mois-ci on a pu se baigner régulièrement. Bon resto! Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour. La localisation dans un secteur plus aéré d’Albufeira, est très agréable car la ville est très dense.

Absolutey amazing hotel/apartment . The staff were incredible fantastic. Short walk to the beach, amazing views, apartment very spacious with lovely garden view. No faults from us. Less than 40 minutes drive to airport, great location wiyh loads of shops and amneties in walkjng distance .

Stayed here in Oct with our 10yr and 6yr olds in the prestige block (there are two blocks in the complex). Spotlessly clean all around. Well maintained garden and facilities. Prestige rooms were spacious, well equipped for self catering, modern furnishings and had quite the ‘wow factor’. Reception desk very friendly and helpful. We didn’t use the restaurants as ate out in albufeira and Vilamoura. On site mini market bit pricey as is often the case but we took a 5 min cab journey (15min walk) to the Intermarche (head in Faro direction, can’t miss it). Cab was 5euro and the supermarket customer service desk ordered the return one. Kids loved all the pools and we walked to the beach everyday in the afternoon which is stunning. Nice beach bar there too (just set back on the promenade) for drinks snd food with a view. Overall we would 100% recommend Alfagar Aparthotel and will def be back.

Goed verzorgd complex. Restaurants prima. Mooie zwembaden. Appartement goed en echt ruim, zeker voor zuid-Europeesche begrippen, schoon en goede schoonmaak. Zeezicht aan te bevelen. Aan te bevelen om auto te huren (kan op complex zelf voor normale prijs) als je meer wil zien dan complex en naaste omgeving. Albufeira (oude stad) 45 minuten lopen. Privé strand via trappen.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Alfagar Aparthotel. The complex has everything you could ask for, in fact we did not leave during the day. Only ventured out at night for some some food and drinks.As a couple we found plenty of choice of pools, the beach is just a short walk down the steps, there is a mini market for milk and essentials a cash machine and a very nice snack pool bar which we frequented everyday. Originally we went to the beluga restaurant but the service was extremely slow here and found the pool bar much more efficient.If you are looking for nightlife, we walked down the road which took 20mins where there is a selection of restaurants and bars (€4 taxi) alternatively you can go to the strip (€6 taxi) or the Old Town (€8 taxi).The only negative I have to say is there were a few more children around than we expected, we went in October and thought they would be back at school but this is only a minor gripe as we had a fabulous time and would definitely return even in October the weather was superb above 25’ everyday! Although can get nippy at night so would take a cardigan!

Hotel was beautiful, lots of amenities. We were upgraded to a sea view room and it was incredible. Rooms were spacious, balcony was huge, and we had everything we needed. The pools were unfortunately really cold, and staff were okay but not as friendly as others we had encountered during the rest of our trip.

Stunning hotel. We got the superior room and were SO glad we did as the glass balcony was so nice when sunbathing on the balcony still able to see the view. The staff were great. Really lovely, great sense of humour and always around to give us recommendations. The hotel was really clean, rooms were comfortable. Absolutely beautiful grounds and we loved going for a little walk down the beach. We came for a quiet long weekend to read and have dinners etc, but we were still close enough to have a night out or two on the strip! Far enough away from the hustle and bustle to feel idillic but close enough that there is plenty of choice for things to go and do.

Wij hadden een superior zeezicht appartement in het nieuwe gedeelte, Prestige. Prachtig, ruim, schoon, op 3e etage. Keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt ( buiten vaatwasser, afwasmiddel, sponsje, vaatdoek). Badkamer met ook bidet en met fijne ruime douche waarin ook een regendouche. Grote woonkamer met open keuken. 2 tv's en 2 auto's.. Groot breed balkon met RVS wasrek, tafeltje en 4 stoelen met uitzicht op tuin, zwembaden en zee. Bedden prima ( sofa niet gebruikt). Hadden ons gemeld bij Alfagar II waar we vriendelijk uitgelegd kregen dat we iets verderop, bij Prestigegebouw, moesten inchecken. Een 10-tal traptreden naar receptie. Daar vriendelijk te woord gestaan.
Op terrein is een mini-market en pinautomaat.
Ook een autoverhuurbedrijf waar de tarieven lager waren dan bij TUI. Hebben een auto gehuurd, all- inclusief verzekering erbij genomen. Dames spraken goed Engels, hadden humor en legden alles duidelijk uit.
Aan de grote weg waar hotel ligt, is een mini-market met inpandig een soort caféetje waar je koffie etc kunt drinken en een tosti of sandwich eten voor niet veel geld. We hebben 1x bij rest. Giovanni pasta gegeten en vonden het niet geweldig. We hadden alleen ontbijt. Ontbijt was goed, echter veel te druk en tafeltjes te dicht op elkaar. Ook op buitenterras. Personeel werkt hard en is in het algemeen aardig. We hebben verder niet gegeten bij een restaurant van Alfagar. We hebben 2x bij een Thais/ Japans restaurant gegeten aan dezelfde weg waar hotel ligt maar dan ri. Olhos d' Agua: 10-15 min.lopen. Iets verder op is een lunchroom/pastelaria met heerlijk gebak en door de ernaast gelegen bakker gebakken, vers brood: Coffee Creme.
We hebben de Hop on- / hop off- bus genomen: hadden geluk omdat we er 2 hele dagen mee mochten reizen ( aanbieding).

We really enjoyed the hotel. I wish they would lose the hokey deposit requests for things like pool towels and room keys. That and I wish they would allow room charges. Other than that, we were pleasantly surprised to the upside in just about everything else. We had an amazing dinner at the Cafeteria. It was sad to see how empty this place was on a busy Saturday night. Just a word of advice to the hotel, if you want to instantly increase business at this wonderful restaurant, rename it to anything other than Cafeteria. For most English speakers, cafeteria conjures up images of memories of decades of bad school food, not a gorgeous restaurant overlooking the Atlantic.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel début août, et avions une chambre vue mer. L'appartement est de bonne taille et est très bien équipé, nous avions une belle terrasse avec 2 transats et une superbe vue mer. Le complexe possède beaucoup de piscines ce qui permets de ne pas être trop au même endroit. Nous étions en formule petit déjeuner et allions manger le soir dans le centre d'Albufeira qui se trouve à 5mn en voiture. Avons testé une fois le restaurant de l'hôtel et sa formule buffet mais que je trouve trop cher pour le choix proposé (19€/adulte sans boisson).
Il ne faut pas être trop regardant sur le ménage en cours de séjour, les femmes de ménage passent un coup de serpillière, font les lits et en 5mn sont reparties.
Bon hôtel pour un séjour farniente en bord de piscine.

The hotel in general was extremely clean and in really good shape. We stayed at the prestige apartments and the rooms were excellent, open spaces, great views, great decor, etc. The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was the pools water temperature. Although the pools were really nice and clean, the water temperature was an issue for us. I read reviews about people complaining about this and I thought it was exaggerations; they were right. The pools were extremely cold. The hotel should invest in heating systems for such nice pools. We stayed at the end of June and we couldn’t enjoy the pools as much as we wanted to because of this reason.

Este aparthotel fica em Albufeira- Portugal parte sul , muitos chamam de Algarve, que é um conjunto de cidades nesta costa sul de Portugal.
Está costa sul mais semelhante ao Brasil em temperatura, é mais quente.
Fica a 270 Km de Lisboa.
É maravilhoso.

Wij zitten in het nieuwste deel van Alfagar.
Werkelijk geweldig. Slaapkamer, douche ruimte en woonkamer met keuken. Heerlijk ontbijten op je balkon met uitzicht op zee.
En na het ontbijt is het maar vijf minuten naar het strand.

Das Hotel verdient seine 4 Sterne! Positiv: Die Anlage ist sehr schön und schön gestaltet! Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und sehr nett. Essen vom Buffet sehr lecker und gute Auswahl vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind gross und gemütlich. Pools sehr schön und spassig, für gross und klein. Die Bucht bzw Strand ist wirklich ein Hingucker und muss man Mal gesehen haben. Negativ: im Zimmer das Bad hat schon bissle Schimmel an den Fugen trotz das es 2 Jahre alt erst ist! Der Weg zum Strand ist halt nicht wirklich leicht ,gerade wenn man Kinder hat und das ganze Zeug mit Schleppen muss. Was ich mir noch wünschen würde ist das die mitarbeiter auch deutsch könnten, da mein Englisch a bissle eingerostet ist! Aber das sind wirklich nur kleine Mängel, die man bei dem Anblick und Anlage gern vergisst!

Große gepflegte Anlage, sehr sauber, bequeme Betten, gut eingerichtete Küchenzeile, gosser, geräumiger Balkon mit tollem Meerblick, Abendessen sehr schmackhaft, Gefrühstückt haben wir im Appartement, Essensraum etwas klein für die vielen Gäste....wird aber dran gearbeitet...sehr nette Kellner, Reinigungspersonal und den Leuten an der Rezeption...immer bereit zu helfen und offen für ein Gespräch!! Sehr saubere und viele Pools, verteilt auf der ganzen Anlage. Schöne Liegen am Pool! Guter Tennisplatz....allerdings gegen Gebühr....WLAN OK.....man muss sich aber ständig neu anmelden!!!Wir würden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!!!!!

Excellent accommodation with everything you could need. Apartments are spacious and kept very clean. Various pools for use by individuals, families etc including a covered heated pool for the cooler days.
Staff have been lovely and very helpful. Would recommend to anyone wishing for a relaxing holiday or with children as everything is on site and the area feels very safe.

Hôtel mal insonorisé très bruyant à cause du manque de patins sous les chaises et les tables que les voisins rusent de droite à gauche d avant en arrière. Les bruits commencent à 6h du matin. Les éboueurs passent tous les jours 5 a 6 fois par semaine ramasser les bacs de poubelles à partir d'1h du matin ou 3h ou 5h. Il passe une seule fois le soir sur les 7 jours. On est réveillé en plein milieu de la nuit par leur bruit. Des adultes viennent jouer sur le terrain de foot à 23h. Dans l après-midi pendant l'heure de la sieste un fenwick transporte des poubelles qui font des bruits de bouteilles juste sous nos fenêtres. Il pleut dans la chambre. Les femmes de ménage sont très agréables grâce à elles les appartements sont propres. Les 2 accès à la plage sont barricadés les escaliers sont cassés et non réparés. Le bar qui est ouvert jusqu à 1h du matin laisse entendre sa musique à fond dans le centre du village. Des chiens aboient dans la résidence alors que les animaux sont interdits. A déconseiller

This new hotel has just opened so there are some small "bugs" to be taken care of. The staff have been fabulous and have addressed our concerns almost immediately.
Temporarily the main infrastructure is unfinished in places, but the apartments are very modern, bright, comfortable and cheerful. As time goes on and all areas are finished, I would not hesitate to give this hotel the extra star(s)
As it is, it's excellent value.

Pour l hotel la demi pension n est pas necessaire nous y avons mangé 1 fois le repas etait correct mais tres cher,mieux vaut privilégier un bon resto en ville,l espace aquatique est tres correct tobbogans pr enfant et enfin l appart plus que correct manque un peu de vaiselle et un lave vaiselle voila nous avons passé 10 jours geniaux pour les vacances d octobre prendre plus entre le 15 et 31 octobre car avec le changement d heures et les temperatures qui baissent il fait vite frais

Plenty of outdoor pools, the newest apartments are clean, fresh but with poor workmanship (things just fell apart on there own in our apartment) the shower has no tray so water goes all over the bathroom with slippery tiles (bad combo witha 2yr old) Housekeeping simply empty bin and make the bed (often didnt change towels or clean floor or any cleaning in apartment) overall its the little touches that let this place down. The staff are mixed between friendly, grumpy and rude. The location is a little bit too far from Albufeira so unless you have your own car, Uber becomes your daily friend. We found booking tickets directly with attraction was always cheaper than booking through reception. Local beach is a nice walk depending on route fair few steps but great views. Beaches are lovely and clean. Overall its a nice friendly family place to stay but wouldn't be on my list for a return trip.

We had an excellent family holiday staff friendly and approachable. Site in general was very clean. My only concern there was only 1 life guard by the slide pool. On one occasion I had to pull a child from one of the swimming pools when he fell in. I under stand parents should keep an eye on their own children. I'm not one for signs but comonsence. Larger signs and more visible one might grab parents attention. Other than that we had a great holiday at this hotel. Food was excellent as well very good variety.

Eso sí, te cobran un poco por casi todo. Si solicitan toallas, a parte de pagar por la fianza para que no te las lleves, tienes que pagar un alquiler de uso.
En la piscina climatizada no puedes entrar a no ser que tengas gorro de baño, y para ello, te lo cobran también.
El desayuno no está malote. Y el café está como dulcecito. Muy rico.

Family holiday that provides option of hotel or separate apartments. It's a small resort of its own that has plenty of pools. Perfect for young children & families. A little isolated & a mile from alternative restaurants. Steep steps to beach but has another road to get down which is quite a walk. Very friendly staff especially at small pool bar.

Empreendimento muito bonito com jardins bem cuidados, vistas lindíssimas as piscinas são ótimas. Os preços no mini mercado são acessíveis. O acesso à praia é fácil, mas pode ser melhorado. A praia de Santa Eulália é muito bonita, mas por vezes tem demasiadas pessoas, no entanto há boas alternativas na zona.

Great family resort. We had half board accomodation, and the food was very good at both breakfast and dinner. The staff were really helpful. It is a quiet resort, though there is limited entertainment in the evening.

Es perfecto para todos los públicos, si buscas una semana de desconexion o simplemente unos días es el lugar idóneo para ir. Unas instalaciones impresionantes y unas piscinas muy chulas con toboganes.
Muy buena atención al cliente y habitaciones muy cómodas, me quedé con ganas de probar el bufet libre, así que habrá que volver, ya que la comida la compramos en un supermercado que estaba cerca del hotel/apartamento.

Samen met alfagar 1 is het 1 groot park. Er zijn meerdere zwembaden waarvan enkele zwembaden rustig moeten blijven, dus meer geschikt zijn als volwassenen. Op het park is van alles te vinden, van supermarkt tot autoverhuur. Er is ook goede animatie voor met name 8+ kinderen. Door de grote van het park is het niet echt overzichtelijk. Ook kunnen er wel wat updates komen, zoals ligbedden rond zwembad en en badkamer van alfagar 1. Een grote strip met restaurants zitten op 20 minuten loopafstand. Albufeira is 1 uurtje lopen. Al met al goede plek voor een vakavakantie.

Primeira vez aqui e posso dizer que estou muito satisfeito. O apartamento onde estive um T1, tinha áreas generosas e bem equipado. A varanda com uma excelente vista de mar, para as piscinas e restante aldeamento num ambiente muito verdejante e bem cuidado. O pessoal foi todo super-simpático e muito atencioso. Ao nível das limpezas acho que foi um dos locais onde melhor vi mais pessoal tão empenhado nestas funções. Só na piscina principal na parte da manhã cheguei a ver quase uma dezena de pessoas a fazer a manutenção, e isto diariamente. Por falar em piscinas, é de louvar. A zona das crianças com divertimentos como os escorregas é algo espectacular para elas e com o bónus de ainda ser vigiada. Outra coisa importante que sempre vejo que corre mal em outros locais é os "sistemas" de reserva das espreguiçadeiras (estas muito boas por sinal). Aqui esqueçam isso, há uma politica de proibição da reserva e é implementada, o que é excelente pois limita em muito os abusos. O acesso à rede wifi grátis era boa e quase excelente em quase todos os locais. Mas para tudo há um senão e tenho de fazer estes pequenos apontamentos. O restaurante no edifício principal tem valores acima da média, o valor buffet por pessoa s/ bebidas s/ promoção dos 3 dias, salvo erro era a 19 Eur. Os preços do Bar de apoio, os valores da comida até eram razoáveis, mas os valores para as bebidas (softdrinks) são muito elevados (ex. 3.5 Eur. por um ice tea). Tirando isto, acho que não tenho nada de errado a apontar. A repetir, sem dúvida.

We hebben een prima ervaring met het hotel gehad. Prachtige grote kamer..over het algemeen vriendelijk personeel. Zwembad prima. Drinken en vermaak 'savonds prima. Het eten is matig. Weing variatie,soms koud. Voor bij het zwembad meer matjes voor op de stoelen .De karaoke animatie mevr. Op de maandagavond is ook een aanfluiting,kan weg , op de andere avonden heerlijke muziek. Groot hotelcomplex waar naast appartementen ook huisjes en hotelkamers worden verhuurd. Van hieruit kun je naar het mooie strand gaan of je gaat zwemmen in een van de zwembaden.

Appartement bien situé (à côté du super-market). Personnel très disponible. Un oubli de clé a l'intérieur de l'appartement : deux minutes après j'avais une personne pour ouvrir la porte. Deux animateurs le coeur sur la main : l'une (et oui je parle d'une dame) qui anime d'une façon excelente les enfants par son grimage ou le petit spectacle. Et l'autre (un jeune homme) qui fait les animations football pool et autres : peronne très compétentes. Un barman très a l'écoute des clients (Ricardo pour ne pas le nommer) très convivial. Sa remplaçante (jour de congé pour Ricardo) du même accabit malgré qu'elle n'était là que depuis 15 jours. Je reviendrai :D

We booked a double room and got a twin room which was adapted for disabilities. It was old and dated, we asked for a free upgrade and received one, we was told it was a supreme room, haha...it was larger than our previous room, slightly newer decor, but it had a damp issue, u open the kitchen cupboards and the smell was quite pungent, then there were the cockroaches at night...mainly they were outside the apartment, but once or twice a couple of them ventured into the apartment...when we mentioned it to the reception staff our claims were met with total disbelief.

Room:We booked this Hotel for 2 nights during our Algarve west to east trip. We had a quite big room in the 4th floor with sea view. The appartment had 2 rooms with kitchen and bathroom and everything was so fare clean. The bathroom is not more the youngest, so far it was clean but could be improved. The WIFI connection was horrible - perhaps the 4th floor was to for away but if you promise it you should ensure it. Unfortunatley the kitchen was good equiped but w/o dishwasher / detergent and/or dish cloth that was quit difficult to was the dishes. (3 stars)Around:The beach is ~10mins walk away. It contents a coffee where you can eat some snacks and drink some soft drinks/coffee. The beach was clean and easy to find. The garden/pools lookes in good condition, no open maintenance nothing damaged. (4 stars)Service: This was def the weak point and the worst hotel we spend during our trip. It tokes a long time for check in and everything, really everything has additional charges: - towell 5€- breakfast 9€- sauna- swimming cap 3€ The housekeeper for example knocked heavily at the door at 9 o´clock so that we wake up and check what happens outside - it was only a mistake and we had luck that we looked the door if not they would enter = it´s a no go as check out is at 12! (2 stars)

Very nice hotel with large rooms and excellent staff and overall service. The area (Albufeira) is a beautiful place with a nice beach. The view from the room was of the beach and the beautiful sunset could be viewed from there.

Sehr schöne Lage mit tollem Strand. Anlage auch im Winter sehr gepflegt. Zimmer großzügig geschnitten und schön eingerichtet. Lediglich die ausstattung der Küche lässt zu wünschen übrig. Wenig küchenutensilien ( Messbecher, Schüssel, Schneebesen, schwamm und spüli ). Alles in allem eine sehr erholsame Woche in einem schönen Hotel mit fantastischen Meerblick. Ist sehr weiter zu empfehlen.

Good place to stay. Very clean, quiet, well planned and bright rooms, got all necessary appliances.
Very friendly and helpful bar/restaurant and cleaning staff what's can't be said about reception, we're here for holiday, smile more guys, be more positive you working at very nice place!
Also we had a room with "sea view", tried to spot that view from our balcony and even with glasses on, no success, sad.
Can be faced with a few extra charges like wifi, safe, towels etc. There is good wifi connection around the reception/bar (public areas) but if you want proper wifi in your room be ready to pay. Pretty much same with beach towels and safe - be ready to pay rent fee and deposit and that's definitely overpriced. In general price for stay and prices in bar/restaurant/supermarket are very good apart from alcohol but that's not really necessary, there's so many supermarkets around.
Can highly recommend to use: "Algarve riders" to rent a scooter (based in Albufeira) within 4-5 days you can scroll whole south, 125cc scooter costs around €150 with full insurance, really worth it; "Shuttle direct" for transfers from and to airport (book online at least a day before flight) costs around €7 per person one way (hotel will charge you around €30 pp one way); "Uber" as a taxi, from/to Albufeira costs around €5 one way.

Die Wohnungen sind gut ausgestattet. Das Personal ist sehr, sehr gastfreundlich und kompetent. Wenn mal ein Problem auftauchen sollte, reißen sie sich fast die Beine aus um zu helfen.Leider muss man in manchen Bädern bereits mit schwarzem Schimmel rechnen und am Pool ist das Rauchen bedauerlicherweise erlaubt. (es gibt hier sehr viele Nikotin Abhängige). Das sind aber auch schon die einzigen kleineren Probleme. (etwas größer, wenn man wie ich an Asthma leidet) Wenn ein Urlauber keinen Mietwagen gebucht hat, findet er in der großzügigen und schönen Anlage Alles, um selbst vier Wochen locker überstehen zu können. (inklusive Zugang zu einem tollen Strand). Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. (wir waren schon 5 mal hier)

Sehr schöne Anlage, mit allem was man braucht. Punktabzug wegen der nicht ganz so schönen Lage abseits der Aktivitäten, die in der Stadt Albufeira möglich sind und wegen des enttäuschendem Frühstücks. Das haben wir nur einmal ausprobiert und danach lieber wieder auf dem eigenen Balkon gefrühstückt.

מקום מרשים מאוד, חדר מרווח ונעים עם מטבח נוח, בריכות, מגרשי טניס, בריכה פנימית, מדשאות עם משחקים לילדים מסעדות ברים, מגרש כדורגל ועוד ועוד. חוף צמוד בתחתית המצוק. סופר מרקט עם מגוון מוצרים רב ומפתיע. ממש אין צורך לזוז מהאתר. כמה בעיות. אין wifi בחדר. שלט הטלוויזיה עבד חלקית. קליטת התחנות בטלוויזיה הייתה מטושטשת מעט. אין בחדר סבון כלים וספוגית וציפו שפשוט נקנה מהם בסופר. כשביקשנו מגבות נוספות נתקלנו ביחס כמעט עוין.

Ośrodek oszukuje klientów! Zapłaciliśmy za 2 apartament obok siebie z widokiem na morze za który dopłacaliśmy. Otrzymaliśmy 2 apartamenty na parterze z widokiem na sąsiedni balkon, a drugi na 2 piętrze z widokiem na budowę i drzewa. Apartamenty rezerwowaliśmy 8 miesięcy przed przyjazdem. Rażą również popękane płytki na basenie przez które można się skaleczyć.

The resort is cheating customers! We reservated (8 mouths from our vacation) 2 apartments and we paid extra money for the seaview. First apartment had view for the build and trees. Second apartment had view for the neighboring balcony. Not nice are also cracked tiles on the pool because you can hurt.

Emplacement paradisiaque de son point de vue de la falaise. Les parfums de nature associés au ressacs font de ce lieux découvert en hiver, un endroit des plus agréables. Et le service de l'hôtel est très bien avec des chambres bien agencées.

El hotel es increíble y preciosa con habitaciones nuevas y muy cómodas, sin embargo el personal no era muy util con recomendaciones durante nuestra estación. No había muchos restaurantes abiertos durante el invierno y cuando preguntamos para una recomendación, solo nos dijeron que debemos ir al centro. Nuestro tiempo en Albufeira habría ido mejor con poca ayuda del personal.

loved it here. very chilled and relaxing. pools and pool area spotless no litter or mess. rooms cleaned daily. reception staff very helpful. lifeguard friendly with kids. not much for kids entertainment wise in the evening but we were on excursions every other day so were in bed early. we've booked for may 2016 with the grandparents too.

We have enjoyed 2 family holidays here with a 2 and 7 year old. Very relaxed atmosphere but close to the mayhem if that's your thing. Fantastic staff and very clean. Small hike down to the beach but worth it. Close to the old town and strip and buses pass out side to all the big attractions.

Ich hatte das Hotel für einen Kurztrip über das lange Wochenende im Dezember gebucht. Um diese Jahreszeit ist es sehr ruhig an der Algarve. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön gelegen. Das Zimmer ist wirklich groß. Wohnzimmer mit Küche + Schlafzimmer + großer Balkon + Bad. In der Küche findet man alles um problemlos selbst zu kochen. Für Selbstversorger also absolut geeignet.

Super Poolanlage für Kinder.Tolle rutschen für 2-9 jährige unsere wollten gar nichts anderes mehr!!Sehr saubere Zimmer im Alto da Colina in das wir umversetzt wurden.Wir konnte aber sowohl die Anlagen im Alfagar, Alfagar2 und Alto da Colina Nutzen.Die Zimmer im Alfagar 1 sollen laut Infos nicht so gut sein, aber ich hörte trotzdem nur Zufriedenen Urlauber.

Das Hotel ist super, leider sind die Geräusche der Strasse sehr laut. Ebenso ist das Frühstücksbuffett nicht besonders lecker, aber da man in einem Appartment wohnt, stört das nicht- man nimmt das Frühstück bequem im Zimmer ein. Die Anlage, die Zimmer und der Strand sind traumhaft.

Los apartamentos estan muy bien equipados, muy amplios con estupenda terraza, todo muy cuidado y una buena decoracion. Ideal para gente que no tenga interés en estar en el centro y quiera disfrutar de playa, piscina y relax. El centro de Albufeira se encuentra a escasos 4 km, se puede alquilar una moto pequeña o un coche en caso de querer hacer viajes mas largos.
