I exchanged Canadian & US dollars to Euros here. The lady tried to charge me a €1.25 commission for the CAD$ so I said I was going to go somewhere else & she then said she would remove the commission. So you should be able to exchange here commission free but may have to ask for it. She wasn’t overly friendly but she did the job & I got the Euros I needed so can’t complain too much.

리스본 시내에서 간편하게 Tax Refund 받을 수 있는 곳입니다. global blue 포함 premier taxfree, planet 등 4개의 회사를 다 수용하므로 무척 간편합니다. 처리 과정에서 별 설명도 없고 그닥 친절한 느낌은 아니지만 별다른 말 없이 cash로 주더라구요. 그래도 시내 다른 곳에서 수수료 1.75€ 뗐었는데 여기는 건당 1.50€만 떼고 주어서 이렇게 호평을 씁니다ㅋㅋ 이른 시간 출국이라 공항에서 리펀받을 수 있을지 걱정되시면 여기서 미리 해결하세요~~ 단, 시내에서 리펀 받으셨어도 반드시 공항에서 세관 도장(포르투갈 내에서 구입한 것은 간단히 기계로 대신합니다)은 받으셔야 합니다ㅋㅋ

One of the elderly lady working there can speak good english and extremely helpful.However,there is one portuguese or brazilian young lady who does not know what she is doing,has an attitude and rude at the same time...she can learn from the experienced colleague.

I've used WU in many country and this agency is simply the worst. Meaningless and unprofessional feedback. I would suggest visiting WU in a post office or one of the banks' branches that are present near by.

Нормально обслужили, очередь была 2 человека. Только Деньги вернулись через 2 часа/ почему-то получатель попал а список security risk и они ничего типа не смогли сделать.

For international travelers, this is the very place where you can get your tax refund in the town! (No need to get in a long line at the airport.) Three things you need to get the tax refund: 1. Proper documentation with receipts 2. Your passport 3. And credit card with your name on Easy. :)
