The entrance is a hair salon, which is very confusing if you're looking for the place for the first time (also there are no signs), but he lady there was super nice. She let us in while we were waiting for the Sincolour employee which took about 30 minutes. This lady wasn't rude but it's not like she was sorry for being late, she barely acknowledged it actually. I told her it was my first time doing SFX and asked for latex and fake blood and showed her a picture of what I wanted to do and that's when she started getting a bit arrogant trying to sell me stuff I didn't want and the tone of her voice seemed like she was trying not to laugh at me. I know that as the seller she probably knows best but i wasn't interested in anything else. All in all, the whole experience wasn't the nicest and seemed rushed.
