Vandaag geknipt door Isabel. Een vakvrouw die weet waar zij het over heeft. Ze heeft een hart voor het barbervak en kan er volop over praten. Ze heeft mij veel inzichten en adviezen gegeven over mijn haar, super tof. Het resultaat is dan ook geweldig! Ben je in Lissabon en wil je een frisse haircut? Absoluut aanrader om haar en David te bezoeken!

David is a rare find. Best haircut ever. Great price. Designer cut, hip yet natural and working with the natural quality of my hair. Highly recommend this young yet highly trained hairdresser with a natural talent!

The price was a bit high (€28 for hair cut + beard trim), but I am really happy with the haircut. The beard trim didn't include a clean shaving of my neck and cheeks and no application of beard oil. The people were really friendly and the atmosphere was quite relaxed.

Here in Lisbon, this is the best Hairdresser I ever went to. In general I think that it’s really hard to find a good hairdresser but for me it’s even harder because my portuguese is not good enough to explain my needs well. However, Isabel speaks english and she did a great job. She is also super friendly and attentive. The hair salon looks authentic and I felt comfortable from the very beginning. Thank you!

Isabel is just the nicest barber: she is incredibly talented and professional, and at the same time makes you feel right at home and like you’ve been going to the barbershop for ages (even if it’s your first time there). My beard looks amazing. Loved it.

All the reviews are true. I just went with twenty minutes until closing... they took me in. Busted out an hour haircut which was amazing. Gave amnesty all sorts of tips on local food to eat and places to go. What more can you ask for. I’m thinking I’ll fly from wherever I live just to come back here for the haircut( and amazing Portuguese hospitality!!!)

Very professional place and very competent barber. The best haircut I've ever had. You can trust them a 100%. For me it was the first time there since I am new to Lisbon. Only place where I get my hair cut in the future. You guys got yourself a new regular. Oh and the powder is great! Thanks a lot David!

Isabel asked about hair style that i have in my mind and after i show her the photo she asked me a question.
Can you trust me ?
My answer was like throwing coin in air but I accept the risk and i told her YES ( because it was my first time there)
She cut my hair much more better than the photo that i showed her.
It’s fabulous.
Special thanks to her for hair cut and her fabulous job and im so happy i find this place.
I will go back there because she got my trust.

The great place with real professionals. We have been there with my wife and both had very specific haircuts. But the hairdressers were amazing, they understood our wishes and realized them in reality. Prices are also good and definitely worth it.
Really recommend this place for men and women.

Just had the best haircut I've ever had here. Unbelievable skills, the hairdresser knew exactly what I wanted (and I don't speak much Portuguese) and paid attention to every single blade of hair. All done in a lunch hour. Found my barbers.

Great experience! I was kinda afraid about getting a haircut in a different country, but Celia helped me and made me feel very confident in her skills.
She explained me exactly what she was planning to do and asked me if I agreed with that. Also I noticed she was very careful in order to meet the hairstyle we agreed on.
Definitely going to the same place next time in Lisbon!

The hairdresser, Celia, was very nice and friendly, even if I didn’t speak Portuguese much. Also, she paid attention to the details of the haircut. She did exactly what I wanted, while adding her own suggestions, which I really appreciated.

남친 헤어컷을 위해 갔다. 극악무도한 굵은 직모로 고슴도치 같은 머리카락을 가졌다.
유럽여행 두 달 동안 두 번째 헤어컷이다.
이곳이 베스트였음.
그녀는 친절했고, coooool한 솜씨로 남친을 멋있게 만들어주었다. 영어가 가능한 스탭들이
있으니 고민할 필요 없음.
유럽은 옆머리, 뒷머리 정리의 천재들 같다. 동양인 헤어디자이너들은
가위를 주로 쓰는 반면, 이곳에서는 정말 많은 종류의 바리깡? 헤드를 바꾸어 가며 헤어컷을 한다. 또한 어떤 스타일을 원하는지, 괜찮은지 질문한다. 아마 당신이 컷을 한다면 자신의 가장 마음에 드는 뒷, 옆 머리를 발견할 것이다.
가기 전에 포르투갈 미용실, 이발소 팁문화를 아무리 찾아보아도 써있는 자료를 못찾았다 . 딱 맞추어 조금 더 성의를 보였지만...사실 현금이 더 있었으면 더 팁을 지불 하고 싶었다.
다른 손님들도 현금을 내는 것만 보아서
카드가능은 모르겠다.

The best haircut I ever had, period. The experience was also incredible. Celia was super professional and she made sure that I liked the way she is doing the cut. We also had a great chat. The price is great too, 18 euros for the wash, cut and styling with a wax. Absolutely recommend this place.

Hi Celia and Natalia,
My son and I had a great experience at the barbershop today. You have done an exceptional job with our hear cuts and shaves. All though I didn’t look anything like the picture of George Clooney that my wife showed you, I still think you did an awesome job and In all fairness I think my wife wants George.
Thank you very much, and I hope to return to Lisbon soon and enjoy all that Lisbon has to offer and that now includes a great place to get a haircut and a shave.

My first time in Lisbon and googled barber shops in the hope of finding a place to get a good fade and beard trim - Celia was fantastic and spoke good english (at least much better than my Portuguese) she took her time and constantly checked in to see how short I wanted to go. As I left the barber my girlfriend was waiting outside and she said “ohhh I really like that” . Feel safe and happy going here. And girls - they do girls hair as well - going back today for a touch up before the music festival this weekend !

First time in Lisbon two weeks ago and had no idea about all the barber shops. Before I went back home, I wanted the experience so a quick Google search around my hotel showed Make it Happen was highly rated and a 2 minute walk away; so I tried it.
What an enjoyable experience. Celia was patient and positive and so exuberant ; I'd go back just to hang out with her again! She was very attentive and gave thoughtful comments and suggestions which were very welcome without coming across as pushy. I wish she were in Paris so I could see her every time I needed my hair cut!

First time in Lisbon, walked by and thought it looked really cool so I decided to get a haircut. It was a great experience all in all! Célia not only gave me a great haircut, but discovered to me how the portuguese people live, as well as what to see, eat and drink while we're in Lisbon. Unique experience, I truly enjoyed it.

I was a little nervous going into Make It Happen because it was my first time changing hairdressers in many years. However, Célia immediately put me at ease. She listened very carefully to the style that I wanted and then proceeded to give me the best haircut I've ever had. Her attention to detail was outstanding and she checked in at every step of the way to make sure everything was okay. If you're an expat or local that wants a stylish and well-priced haircut, I highly recommend Make It Happen! On top of this, Célia was very warm and friendly. She even recommended many secret places to visit that are known only to locals :)

I got a nice cut but I was charged the full package (18 euros) but I received the service of the light package (15 euros). Not only it was not 30 minutes (not too sure about it, but it felt more close to the 15 minutes of the light package) but it certainly did not include a hair-shower - for that I am pretty sure, nor was I offered one. So, overall pricy, and I felt robbed after a week when I checked the pricelist on the door. Too bad I did not check it beforehand, I thought I did not need to. Lesson learnt, always know what you pay beforehand...

Literally best hairdresser experience! I went with a severely overgrown hair and I came out with a highly personalized new style haircut, and quite frankly I've never felt more confident about my look. Isabelle made sure that she understood what image I had in my mind and then we had a discussion about how my hair moves, what shape would fit my face or the shape of my head, all the little details. Then all along she was explaining what she was doing and she even took photos to show me the process. It was an absolutely nice experience, I not only had a perfect cut at the end but also an insight into Isabelle's work flow, how hard it was yet how good and confident she was in it. I might fly back to Lisbon to have a hair cut from now on.

Celia was one of the best barber's I have ever had! She was extremely patient and put a lot of effort in her work. On top of that, she was very pleasant to talk to and gave me heaps of tips on things to do in Lisbon. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Da buon italiano ci tengo ad avere un buon servizio di taglio. La verità che all'estero trovare un buon barbiere a livello di quelli italiani, soprattutto del sud, é assai improbabile.
Tuttavia ho trovato un buon servizio in questo barbershop in particolare Celia é molto brava e professionale e si distingue in positivo dal resto che potete trovare in giro.
Anche il prezzo é assai contenuto rispetto agli altri.
Raccomandato.
