I booked the pastel da nata Workshop for my boyfriend as a present and it was perfect! There were only the two of us in the Workshop, so it was easy to understand everythink. I highly recommend the Workshop to everyone, you will have a great time!

Just spent the most enjoyable day with Gonçalo. Chose to attend a cooking class with my son in Lisbon and was not sure what to expect ,but from the moment we met Gonçalo we felt so relaxed and at ease he is the friendliest guy. The facilities are amazing and immaculately clean we even had a delicious coffee there . We walked to the local market to purchase our ingredients which was a highlight of the day to spend time in the market with a local like Goncalo. I loved walking through the market with him as he chose the freshest ingredients for our three course meal. Nothing was too much trouble for Goncalo and he answered all our questions about ingredients with ease. On our return his easy nature made us feel so comfortable as he explained what we needed to do to prepare our meal. We learnt so much about technique and the Portuguese stlye of cooking whilst enjoying wine, olives, bread, beans and the best olive oil.The whole experience felt more like visiting a friend and helping to prepare a meal. The Lisbon Cooking Acadamy is my first experience at a cooking class and i am not sure if i will ever do another one as I cant imagine any other class could be any where near as good as this.

Great place to learn how to cook Portuguese food, have a good time with friends, and the chefs!! I am in love, learned how to make pastel de nata and it was heavenly.

we had the best time with Gonçalo. There were 5 of us - three generations together in ages from 15 to 70 and everyone had a blast. the cooking experience was awesome. some of us did cooking classes in other places, and this was one was best hands down. we prepared antipasti, main dish and dessert and had variations of alcohol - from wines to port wines to muscatel. Gonçalo spent much more time with us than planned. We did tons of pictures and a lot of laughs. food was delicious. kids even ate fish (while they usually don't) and totally loved it. we discovered some hidden cooking skills for some of us. I wish there was Gonçalo with his cooking class in every city we visit. totally recommend this cooking class if you are in Lisbon and have time

Nous avons passé un très agréable moment avec Ana et ses 2 apprenties. Tout était parfait et délicieux ! Ana est très chaleureuse et anime son atelier dans la bonne humeur et avec professionnalisme. J’ai appris quelques techniques de cuisine que je ne connaissais pas. J’ai hate de pouvoir reproduire les recettes à la maison.

Excellent cooking class. We had a great time learning Portuguese cuisine and laughing along the way. We would highly recommend it, and we had a great conversation over the meal we cooked with the owner and her team. Very nice experience for our time in Lisbon.

We did a market tour in the morning with Rita and Ann saw all the amazing local produce and were told all about the history of the food and the market places . We then went back to the fab kitchen and cooked a three course lunch , with lots of detail about ingredients and cooking methods from Rita . We all sat down and enjoyed the food and the girls were very friendly we had a lot of fun. Can't recommend highly enough!

Excellent! Went there as part of a team building trip. Ana is fantastic and the food great. The place is spotless and we all agreed it was the favourite part of the trip.

Exceptional experience at Lisbon Cooking Academy with Ana. Our family of 13 took the pastel de nata cooking class and loved every minute. The facility is beautiful, instruction was entertaining and educational and end product was delicious. This is a true “must see” in Lisbon. Thank you Lisbon Cooking Academy for some wonderful memories on our trip to Lisbon!

O Lisbon Cooking Academy foi uma agradável surpresa. O curso essencial de cozinha foram 10 horas em que aprendi a base para conseguir fazer receitas simples e mais elaboradas. A Chef Ana e o Chef Gonçalo conseguem comunicar a técnica e a paixão pela cozinha de forma interactiva e divertida. No final comemos o que preparámos. Foi a melhor parte. :)
