the portion pho for the price is ridicolous, 4 pcs of cheap boiled beef, literally two leafs of coriander and a kids handful of soy sprouts for 6.50. I've had tons of cheaper and better pho, the broth is missing almost all the spices that belong into a pho, its a watered down something of a broth. the pictures on the menu and outside of the restaurant do not represent the soup as it really looks at all. probably the worst pho I've had, it's a shame, I wonder if the want to make fun of their customers.

A fairly authentic dish, apart from the spices are all toned down to a Portuguese level. We had the veg dumplings, which where okay. Fast service, filling and cheap.

Avoid this place! High prices, average food & slow service. On hollidays they take a 20% "service fee" without telling you before. From the 6,5€ bowl you will not be saturated, so you have to spend at least 8,5€. Can't recommend it, better go to another restaurant in the area, there are many!

上菜慢，三个菜就我们一桌，大概半小时才来，口味一般，份量小，毫无服务，老板不会葡萄牙语，英语也不太好，无法交流，两人点了三个菜，里面有俩是一样的东西，就是一个是套餐，另外一个是正常的，老板也不提醒一下，差评。

Bem localizado. Comida típica vietnamita .O staff sao bastante queridos .Preço qualidade bastante razoável.

Really few food and no flavour. We asked a soup of noodles with beef and other with pork but there was barely meat in it. Too expensive for it

The service is very friendly and average speed. The Pho is delicious and it's a great choice for comfort food.

O serviço é muito (mesmo muito) lento. Pedimos dois pratos diferentes e serviram primeiro um e só quando acabamos é que serviram o segundo. O primeiro, especial Obama, é saboroso mas não vale os 12 euros. O segundo falta sabor. Estivemos quase duas horas do início ao fim.

Accueil moyen. Parlent pas français. Difficilement le portugais.... serveuse pas souriante limite exaspérée parce que je ne comprenais pas son anglais. Franchement j adore le quartier dans lequel je reviens. Mais là non. !!!

Il est tard et notre groupe a faim. Voici ce resto, porte voisine de l’hôtel et on aime tous cette cuisine. On s’installe et mangeons très bien, 11 clients très satisfaits

I ate here last night with my boyfriend and left disappointed. We both had the vegetarian Pho and the soup was tasteless, genuinely just tasting of hot water and flavour from the beetroot which was in the pho. On the menu it also said tofu was included, however there was no tofu in either of our dishes. On top of this there was only a very young girl working at the front and it was quite busy, I think she needed someone to help her as it took a long time for the food to come out. Also, there was no music so the vibe was kind of weird inside. I noticed it only reopened recently so I have hope the owners will make positive changes!

I went there yesterday because the reviews were so good but unfortunately it was a big dissappointment. They had only 2 vegetarian dishes and I chose a soup with rice noodles. What I got was a watery and tasteless soup with pieces of vegetables and the noodles. A lot of salt as well as soy sauce and chilli were not able to turn it into an acceptable meal.

Really enjoy a bowl of Pho Ha Noi. This is fresh, healthy and so tasty authentic Vietnamese food. Strongly recommended to my friends.

Delicious Phở Bò = Beef rice noodles. We ordered two large portions and were satisfied. Service was good. There is also a vegetarian option of the rice noodles (Phở  Chay). WiFi is good and an Euronet multibanco ATM onsite is convenient. Will be revisiting.

Gostei dos pratos foi uma boa experiência. Simpatia e eficácia. Ninguém fala português nem entendem muito bem o inglês. Não há pagamento automático ... tem que ser em dinheiro vivo.

I’m Vietnamese and after 2 ưeeks traveling in Europe I started to crave a bowl of pho. The fake chinese stuff downtown didnt do it for me but luckily I found this gem. Very delicious authentic Hanoi food made from fresh ingredients. Tried the “bun cha” as well. I think bun cha here might be even better than in Vietnam because the quality of meat is much better!

I love this restaurant, the food is very fresh and delicious and the staff is very kind and welcoming! The best Asian restaurant in Lisbon!

If you are hungry for authentic Vietnamese food, this is the place!! Friendly service and very attentive. Their special was soooo good!! It came with 4 fired spring rolls, grilled beef, fresh veggies, vermicelli, spicy dipping sauce, and one drink for 12€!! All is freshly made!! Definitely recommend.
