Amazing burger place! The To.B burger is highly recommended, love the homemade sauce and how the onions were cooked! Just hope that there was cheese in it. Nice environment for both outside and inside seating, the staff was very friendly and welcoming! A recommended restaurant for lunch!!

The food and service are great. Burger is amazing... and they will go out of their way to customize order. However the burger was very uncooked. It was completely red inside. So if you don’t your burger raw, tell them well done.

I used to be a vegetarian, and this place has his role.
August 2014, Lisbon, lunch at "To.B": a simple mistake in the order, and a giant piece of meat emerged from my burger. Giant as the dilemma I was called to face: eat it or waste it?
Shakespeare in person would be proud of what happened next. The unimaginable, after four whole years.
My lunch, my unexpected lunch, was the spinning wheel of three months lived in careful consideration of ethics and nutrition, ideals and squandering. Finally, I turned back to the omnivorous self.
Now, guess: how incredibly yummy was that damn burger?

Fuimos por las reseñas, no decepciono, hamburguesas caseras y de calidad, al mejor precio. Servicio muy rápido y patatas de verdad, nada de congelados. Sin duda muy recomendable.

Hamburguesas muy ricas, y las raciones de patatas aunque hay que pedirlas a parte son bastante grandes (1 ración da para dos) Nos costo 9€ cada hamburguesa de 160gr y 2.40 cada ración de patatas. Dan vasos de agua gratis si los pides. Si te ofrecen salsas y solo quieres ketchup y mayonesa pídelo y no te las cobrarán.

Manger des burgers à Lisbonne, bon, on a déjà fait plus "typique". Mais zéro regret à la dégustation de ceux-là, qui étaient délicieux (mention spéciale pour le "hot", qui pour une fois tenait sa promesse, bien relevé!). Viande juteuse et goûteuse, recettes malines (la bonne idée de ne pas mettre de sauce "crémeuse" dans chaque burger!) et service sympathique (même lorsque l'on débarque un tantinet éméchées vers 22h). Si la gastronomie lisboète vous a laissé en manque de pommes de terre, leurs frites et leurs chips de patate douce sont à se lécher les doigts. En gros, on y mange bien pour un prix raisonnable (et ils ont le bon goût d'être ouverts relativement tard un dimanche soir!)

Definetly to burguer. Great spot at Chiado where you can taste proper Azores meat burguers with homemade buns. Ask for the traditional potatoes and the To.B sauce for extra pleasure

Nothing wrong but also nothing to remember. There are such a vast offer in this segment that if you don't really stand out there will be no reason to return.

Sehr leckerer vegetarischer Burger, nicht mit vegetarischem Patty sondern mit einer dicken Scheibe Aubergine und leckerer Sauce (nicht vegan). Dazu als Beilage gegrilltes Gemüse und Guacamole. Die Guacamole war sehr lecker. Die Sangria sah super aus, war mir allerdings etwas zu süß. Burger, Beilage, Sauce, eine große Portion Sangria und ein großer Becher Milchkaffee zum Nachtisch für knapp 20 €. Nette Location und freundlicher Service oben drauf. Dazu war das Essen für 8 Leute sehr fix da. Rundum zufrieden, bei Gelegenheit komme ich gern wieder.

Ich kann dieses Burger Restaurant nur empfehlen. Tolle Burger (kann den To B) Burger sowie den Lowcarb sehr empfehlen .Dazu die Knoblauch Pommes. Wir hatten ein Glas Weißwein und Caipirinha dazu. Zum Nachtisch gab es Cheesecake mit Strawberry.
Das Personal ist aufmerksam aber nicht aufdringlich. Das Interieur ist kein 5 Sterne Restaurant aber stimmig.
Die Preise liegen zwischen 10/11 Euro (Burger+Beilage)
Uns hat der Abend sehr gefallen und wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

직원이 무척 친절하고 사려 깊습니다! 나초와 버거 2개, 샐러드를 포장 주문 했는데 나초에 들어가는 치즈가 굳을 것을 걱정해 미리 친절하게 설명을 해주고 데워먹을 수 있는지를 체크하여 따로 포장해주었습니다. 사장님께서 주문을 체크하시면서 직원들이 손님 응대에서 뭔가 설명을 빼먹은 것은 없는지 계속 살피시는 것 같았습니다. 음식이 나온 후에도 각종 소스들과 먹는 방법을 하나하나 차근차근 설명해주어 엄청 친절한 서비스를 받는 기분이 들었습니다! 버거는 패티의 육즙이 풍부하고 고급스러운 맛이 났습니다. 빵이 없는 No-carb버거도 주문했는데 양배추 잎에 싸져있어서 처음엔 좀 낯설었지만 먹어보니 바질소스와의 조합이 아주 끝내줬습니다. 저는 가격 대비 무척 만족스러운 한 끼 식사였습니다! 샐러드도 베이컨과 토핑이 아낌없이 들어가 있었고 드레싱이 너무 맛있어서 비법을 배워가고 싶을 정도였습니다. 꼭 가보시길 추천드립니다!!

I bought a vegetarian burger and enjoyed it very much. The price is a little bit high but the place was super clean and fancy. The waiters were very sweet and nice and spoke, all of them, very good English.

Un choix parmis plusieurs burgers, tous de grande qualité pour pas cher (2 burgers + 1 frites + 2 boissons = 22 euros) je conseille de Honey Goat (avec fromage de chèvre et le pain caramelisé au miel) un petit bijou ! Les serveuses sont plutôt aimable (1 serveuse très agréable tout du moins)... A faire sans hésitation !

Could be better with the central location and high rratings. The sweet potato crisps were dry and flavourless. The fries and burger buns tasted like the ones you buy in a shop. They could offer ketchup or mayo with the meal. On the positive side, the beef patty was juicy and with less compromises this could be a good burger joint.

Buenas hamburguesas y servicio muy atento en el centro de lisboa. Si quieres estar tranquilo y huir del bullicio de las calles principales llenas de turistas es una muy buena opción. Tienen una terraza acogedora en un cruce muy tranquilo para estar tan céntrico. Las hamburguesas son buenas, aunque el pan es poco consistente y quizás las deberás comer con cuchillo y tenedor. En general muy bien con un precio razonable.

Great burgers and salads. Everyone of us was satisfied. I enjoyed my "hot" burger very much, as it was spicy, but I still could feel other tastes. Fast service. The only thing, that I would improve would be the roll (bread), because it got wet from the meat (excellent beef) and got torn apart. Highly recommended. Prices are not bad

Guter Burger! Das Fleisch/der Petty war saftig, zart und lecker.
Das Brötchen war leider nicht sehr knusprig und für meinen Geschmack zu weich.
Wir haben die Burger zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Leider mussten wir etwas länger warten. Der eigentlich favorisierte Burger war ein Take Away nicht möglich.
Trotzdem war es okay. Preislich in Ordnung.

Got our lunch in this place. Ordered 2 classic burgers, which didn’t worth at all.
The to.b sauce isn’t tasty, the onions are not caramelized (if you call it caramelized, you don’t know how to stir the onions at all)
The staff didn’t even ask why haven’t we finished eating, pretending that they are friendly, but in reality they truly don’t care

Went for lunch for two and everything was perfect. Friendly and pro service by a young team but surely professional and friendly. Food surprised me for its quality and preparation. Quando fui a este restaurante fui por referencia de amigos. Não sabia o que ia encontrar pois como já mostrei em outras avaliações, gosto de testar (com cuidado) outros locais.
Gostei especialmente da esplanada pois estava um dia de Outono mas solarengo com um calorzinho subtil...
Pedi Hamburguer da casa junto com umas batatas com e sem casca com uma 7up muito fresquinha. Foi um experiencia muito boa, vi muita gente a chegar e já sem mesa. É um restaurante que ficou muito bem galardoado na minha lista de restaurantes em Lisboa. Para repetir novamente...

Super Burger!
Das Selbstgemachte Brot war serhr luftig und außen doch knusprig, das Rindfleisch war perfekt Medium gebratenen, gut gewürzt und sehr saftig. Die Sauchen waren sicher auch selbst gemacht, schmekten super und passten perfekt zu dem Burger. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis hier ist top!

Great burger, nachos were also pretty decent. The rustic fries (the ones we had) were OK, a bit too thick for our taste. We don't give them the 5 star review because it was a bit pricey (for Lisbon standards), but overall a good experience.

This is a place doomed to fail, and when it does, no one will remember it, because there's no legacy here whatsoever.
An hamburguer is never going to be the most exciting dish on the planet, but the lack of effort in this place kitchen is remarkable and to such level that at certain moments I thought I could be eating a BK whooper that I wouldn't lose in quality. It came with fries, but they were burning hot and therefore I had to make a choice, to wait and let the burger go cold, or leave the fries for after when they were eatable.
Also tried the salad, had good ingredients but they didn't necessarily mix. Again, total lack of effort in providing something that would make a client come back.
Finally, the price.
Unacceptably expensive, for five euros more you can cross the road, go to Avillez place and eat top notch quality cuisine. I understand balancing costs is the secret to a restaurant, but just throwing expensive prices at clients for food not worth it, that's not the way to balance costs.

Nice cozy place.. very good burgers... we started with nachos they were classic and yummy.. the mini size for the burgers were perfect for the kids.. the adults had the regular size which was perfect.. we tried the Mediterranean salad .. it was alright.. nothing special.. all in all..

Polite and nice staff, delicious burgers and sides.
The atmosphere is relaxed and gezellig and the waiting time was perfect! The prices are really good and so is the lemonade. The restaurant is clean and the interior is calm/modern.
In conclusion, everything was perfect so go eat here!!!

Jantei a um Domingo, na esplanada, um hamburguer com bacon, queijo e cebola caramelizada, batatas rústicas e legumes, acompanhado com um copo de vinho tinto. Gostei muito da qualidade da carne, da apresentação do prato, do serviço, dos acompanhamentos. Até o vinho era agradável. Os preços considero justos. A repetir.

Está nitidamente direccionado pó turista, quer nos preços como no atendimento.
O hambúrguer de frango não é nada de especial, vem um peito de frango fatiado com queijo derretido, uma rodela de tomate e alface. As batatas são pagas a parte. No caso em concreto escolhemos de batata doce, que se notava que eram esquentadas e misturadas.
Quanto as sobremesas, provei gelado artesanal, mas que de artesanal fica muito aquem, mas mesmo assim foi o melhor.
A limonada de abacaxi com hortelã, sem sabor pois tinha muita água.
Café 1.20€
O positivo é a esplanada e a rapidez do serviço.

To B.. DEFINITELY to B! Came here when it was a bit quiet so it got us a little curious about whether the food would be good as the reviews have suggested. Not only was it good, it was exceptional! The staff were beyond helpful and hospitable, they suggested a wine for us that hit the spot, we had the French burger and the Cool, both had starters and a bottle of wine all for less than €40! Would highly recommend.

Decent burger. Great "rustic fries", when combined with the garlic & fine herbs sauce. Awesome "gin basil" cocktail. Service was generally quick, with the exception of dessert which seemed to have been forgotten, taking ~40 minutes and me asking about it. Was weird how I had 3 different waiters serve me. Overall a nice experience.

Un local muy acogedor y barato. Nos pilló de paso pero una sorpresa. El sitio es elegante, y tienen un café muy bueno. La pega del café (por sacarle alguna) es que es un poco pequeño comparando con el que tenemos aquí, pero muy rico. Aunque no comimos nada, nos quedamos de pena por no haberlo descubierto antes, ya que tenía buena pinta y el menú era bastante barato.

I opted for the 'Honey Goat Burger' (Beef, Goat Cheese, Honey, Watercress, Mustard) something I'd never tried, and I must say it was delicious, the Goat Cheese really worked in the Burger, the Beef Patty was nicely medium, juicy, good Bun held it all together, though there did seem to de a lack of Honey.Service was excellent too in a very pleasant restaurant environment.

Fantastic place to have a burger in a very centric spot. You can choose between several options (also veggie friendly) and side dishes are amazing as well. Staff extremely polite and friendly, as usual. Prizes are quite okay and you leave with a full tummy ;)

Local agradável para ir com amigos ou família. Os hambúrgueres são muito bons e acompanhamentos também. O espaço é pequeno, caso os grupos sejam grandes, devem marcar mesa. O local é um pouco mais "escondido", no chiado, o que faz não haver muita confusão nas passagens. Tem uma esplanada que no inverno é aquecida com aquecedores de exterior.

As a burger hunter, I search out good burgers everywhere I go. This place has amazing beef. It's from delicious Azores cows and tastes a lot like home. Any serious burger eater should come here and taste of how Lisbon does a burger. One of the best I've had in Europe.

Discovered this place on my way to McDonald's, and decided to eat here instead. Best decision of my entire holiday. Their burgers were delicious and cheap(ish), they had a vegetarian option for my friend and the service was great and quick.
The esthetic of the place is also just beautiful, and goes well with the name. All in all, a very great place to have lunch/dinner.

It has a special environment. Staff treats you as one of their own, and know how to recommend food and beverages. It helps that they really know the menu and eat it, cause they give you their personal experiment of said food items. Highly recommended

Good place to have a quick meal. Also the kids will love it. Burgers are OK, vegetables grilled well, salad is fine and rustic, fried potatoes complete the burger dish. Nothing fancy, but nothing wrong with it either. Friendly service, nice interior and a well placed outdoor terrace.

I didn't like that as we went just for a drink in the middle of the day we were told that during those hours the place was only reserved for those who wanted to have something to eat but since it was quiet at that point we were allowed to stay. The waitress was reminded by what looked like the manager to say the same to another group of people who ordered just drinks.
Thinking back I feel that was very unprofessional and probably a bit rude. I wouldn't have had any problem if I was told that only meals were served during those hours. I can't see, however, why we had to be explained that we were "allowed" to have our drinks as if we were made a favour. That was a petty comment and totally unnecessary.
Too bad because it looked like a nice place...

Amazing burger...even better service! We had a little bit of a mix up, and my friend who is allergic to dairy was accidentally served a burger with cheese. The staff was very understanding and quick to fire up a new burger for him. Amazing place, definitely a must visit if you are in the area.

I ordered the Cold Burger with Guacamole and medium meat, it was just how I wanted it to be. Burgers are nothing what you haven't seen before but the good meat makes up for it. You have to order sides extra.

To.B is very good place to eat in Lisboa! It's in beautiful street near the big avenue center. It's really not expensive the hamburgers are very very great and the staff very nice! I recommend to everyone to eat a great burger and very good french fries!
