We spent an amazing evening and had awesome food here at Vinhaca. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed ourselves. It felt like being at a good friend's place. It is the owner himself who took the orders and made us feel very special. A must-see if you're in Lisbon!

Einfach nur genial. Leckere Tapas zu fairen Preisen 5-20€. Einer wahnsinnig kompetenten Beratung in verschiedenen Sprachen (englisch, französisch, spanisch oder portugiesisch). Große Auswahl an Weinen. Man könnte hier Stunden verbringen. Das Restaurant ist sehr klein mit 5 Tischen. Zwischen 18-20h sollte es aber auch ohne klappen. Am Abend ist in der Straße so gut wie alles zu, daher kann man es leicht übersehen. Die Tür war bei uns nur eine Spalte offen, daher sollte man nicht denken das es zu hat, sondern einfach reingehen.

Make a reservation, sit down and enjoy lovingly crafted food accompanied by amazing Portuguese wine! The entire menu sounds delicious and portions are generous. Arrive hungry so you can sample a variety. It's a cosy little spot and seats just a few tables so a walk in is unlikely. Extremely knowledgable about the wines available and shared an immense amount of information on Portuguese wines. You're in good hands in the restaurant, eat drink and enjoy! One of our favourite experiences from our time in Lisbon, well done to the small team behind the establishment, keep up the great work and thanks for the lesson in Portuguese wines!

This place is really hard to find, so keep a lookout for the door that is slightly ajar. Amazing food and service, and the wines are excellent! They only take cash, but there is an ATM not far away down the street. Highly recommended!

The owner of the place is a lovely guy. Just talk to him about wines, tapas, Lisboa, or anything and he will give you really nice advices and be a good company.

Sehr lecker und gut allerdings unbedingt vorher reservieren da es sehr voll und klein ist . Der Service ist nett und das Essen kommt schnell . Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert !

Super endroit où nous avons simplement pris quelques verres de vin blanc sur les conseils avisés du patron.
Un endroit où il fait bon passer du temps et y manger à n'en pas douter de par les très agréable effluves qui arrivaient des cuisines.
Nous recommandons l'endroit....
Petite anecdote, le patron ressemble à Manu Payet.

Ha sido perfecto. Estábamos muy cansados de todo el día. Y el haber ido a cenar allí hizo que el día para toda mi familia fuera perfecto. Muy acogedores, muy atentos y cariñosos y la comida muy, muy buena. 5 estrellas y 10 si pudiera. Muito obrigada.

Haven’t eaten this well for years. Great food and exquisite wine. Lovely atmosphere and amazing service, get Paulo to do the ordering and wine pairing.
You have to book early as there are only 5 tables.

Petit resto dans une ruelle. Il faut mieux réserver avant ou arrive tôt. La cuisine de qualité de bons produits le patron sympa et accueillant de bons conseils .

Uma noite muito simpática neste pequeno restaurante lisboeta. Um bife espectacular, o atum grelhado na perfeição e uma torta de laranja para finalizar juntamente com um copo de Porto, sugestão do dono.
Recomendo reserva dado que o espaço não é muito grande

What a gem! Hiding behind a half-open doorway close to Portas do Sol is this delightful little restaurant, with just a dozen places - so make sure to book! The constant menu exists only written on the board beside the door (and in the owner's head), and although the list is not extensive, each exquisite dish is prepared meticulously - and tastes amazing! Steak, biqueirão, prawns, cheese .... and the seared red tuna absolutely melts in your mouth .... and the owner enthusiastically shares his love of both the food and his excellent range of wines - que vinhaça! E que restaurante!

A truly amazing dining experience. For both my girlfriend and I it was one of the best meals we have ever had, and it will be an experience we both will cherish for years to come. The owner/host was gracious and informative, the food was beyond description and the wine was paired perfectly. Reasonably priced for the calibre of food we received. Would recommend highly to all who visit this wonderful city.

Absolutely incredible food!!!! We had the best steak ever - we eat steak fairly often in the US, and this was by far the best ever!! It was so fresh and juicy
We also got the Tuna Tartare, freshly caught and so beyond delicious. We stayed for a while and talked to the owner, Paulo, who has been cooking his whole life, and was giving lots of great advice.
100% go to this restaurant!!!!!!!

The most amazing overall dining experience. Excellent tuna tartare, steak is PERFECTION! He also had a great selection of wines, and the prices are so reasonable! A must in Lisbon. The owner, Paulo, is the friendliest and most knowledgeable person. He gave us a backstory about all of the food and his cooking insights. We will be back!!

Super accueil et en plus en Francais , la viande est simplement divine (45 jours de macéraaturation), le poulpe parfait , de la bière artisanale pour accompagné ce repas ( il y a de très bons vin également. ). Les desserts sont maison et sont accompagnés d'un très bon verre de Porto. Que dire de plus , simplement parfait, merci .

Małe, przytulne i klimatyczne miejsce z niesamowicie smacznym jedzeniem i sympatycznym właścicielem, który pełnił również rolę kelnera. Smak tatara z tuńczyka nieziemsko delikatny. Prawdziwe odkrycie wielu smaków. Ukoronowaniem uczty dla podniebienia był deser - ciasto czekoladowe z kieliszkiem Porto od właściciela.

Nothing wrong with the food, but very pricy, small portions and over hyped. Only for tourists. I don’t understand all the stars this place got.

Que dire.. excellent des entrées au desserts. Tout est fait maison, servie avec le coeur !
Le poulpe est juste delicieux et moelleux, le thon savoureux et la morue extra !
Petit plus pour le personnel qui parle français et qui est très accueillant, on se sent comme chez soit!!

Ottimo ristorantino con cibo di qualita superiore. Gestore disponibile, professionale e simpatico. Chiuso la domenica e il lunedì. Consigliata la prenotazione perché ha meno di 20 posti. Il vino porta su il prezzo ma standard alto. Vale veramente la pena cenarvi....anche più di una sera. Bravi

Loin des pièges à touristes vous aurez ici une équipe sincère dans sa cuisine.. Tout ce qui nous a été servi l a été avec le coeur. Une cuisine juste pleine de simplicité et d authenticité. Laissez le patron vous guider dans la dégustation des vins... Belle découverte... Il faut le trouver et réserver car peu d élus pour cette cuisine délicieuse!

Such a special spot in Lisboa. Be sure to make a reservation beforehand. We ate here twice during our trip because the food was so good. Highly recommend the tuna tartare, octopus, and melted cheese "for dessert." If you are looking for a private, peaceful dinner, this is it.

Mała knajpka, którą łatwo przegapić (lekko uchylone drzwi z wystającą rurą od klimatyzacji). Jednak warto ją odnaleźć, ponieważ można tu naprawdę smacznie zjeść (i wypić przrpyszne wino, ponieważ to z tego słynie to miejsce). Wyśmienite Tapas, ale i pyszne dania główne spowodowały, że spokojnie możemy to miejsce polecać dalej.

Jeżeli lubisz drobne przekąski wieczorowa pora uzupełnione smacznym winem, to dobrze trafiłeś. Trudno tu o miejsce, ale jeżeli się uda to trzeba się przygotować na wstrząs po tym co jest oferowane turystom w normalnych restauracjach lub barach Lisbony. Okazuje się, że Kuchnia portugalska może smakować, a wina stanowią fantastyczne dopełnienie. Dla mnie największą niespodzianka był stek z tuńczyka. Dosłownie rozpływał się w ustach.
If you like small snacks in the evening season supplemented with tasty wine, you've come to the right place. It is hard to get a place here, but if you succeed, you need to prepare for a shock after what is offered to tourists in normal restaurants or bars of Lisbon. It turns out that Portuguese cuisine can taste, and the wines are a fantastic complement. For me, the biggest surprise was the tuna steak. He literally melted in his mouth.

(More than) great diner at this location. The owner makes you feel very comfortable and every tapas served is just awesome. Everything feels fresh, refined and made with high quality ingredients, for a more than reasonable check.

This place is awesome. Hands down best experience we had at a restaurant during our stay in Lisbon. The owner is clearly very passionate about what he does. He made us feel right at home and helped pair our food and wine. Wish we were staying longer so we could eat here again. Just a heads up, this place is very small so reservations are a good idea.

Paulo treated us like family. We will never forget the experience, nor the food. Every dish was prepared perfectly (cook, balance, presentation). Beautiful and cozy. This is a must stop. Check out the mercado around the corner if you need anything on the go ;)

A very poor excuse for a restaurant, there is no kitchen worth speaking of (my WC is bigger) thus there is no food worth speaking of! Everything is either out of a tin, a Tupperware or a few briefly grilled items of from 1 hob. Over priced & definitely not worth the long walk up the hill!

Petit coin de paradis dans une ruelle en sens unique. Cadre vraiment agréable loin du concept attrape touristes. Le patron est vraiment, mais vraiment super sympa et ca cuisine pleine de saveur local (le fromage de brebis fondu a l origan est a ne pas rater pour les accros du fromage. Le thon poêlé.. ). On sent qu il aime ce qu il fait c est agreable. A faire et refaire sans hesiter !!

Direi ottimo, Paolo ti consiglia e mangi veramente bene il tutto accompagnato da un ottimo vino. Il prezzo è buono per quello che abbiamo mangiato....un appunto per evitare sorprese, non funziona il bancomat e quindi si deve pagare in contanti

A cute little restaurant. It feels like you are sitting in a living room of a lover of wine. A wide selection of portuguese wine is available. The owner recommends you a variety of seafood or salads. We had a tuna steak, perfectly grilled, and some prawns in a garlic sauce. If you are near here and want something delicious with a good wine stop by this place.
