A cool rooftop overlooking a small part of lisbon. Honestly from the reviews our exceptions were way higher. The place is good, but since it’s a bar they should add a bit more snacks, bites & appetizers to their menu like peanuts, olives, cheese, ham, etc...

Great rooftop to be in Lisbon. The tacos were pretty good. The view over Lisbon is amazing. Definitely a place to check out. Ratio price/quality/quantity is good for the place it is

Nice rooftop bar with a great view over the city and the castle. Cocktails are perfectly mixed but a little bit expensive compared to the average prices in Lissabon but acceptable for a rooftop bar. Hard to find the entrance. You can also sit inside and have food. Recommended

Rooftop en Lisboa. Ponen cocktails bastante ricos. El ambiente por la noche es muy bueno con bastante gente joven con ganas de cachondeo. Normalmente hay bastantes despedidas de soltero y soltera. Lo único malo es que son bastante lentos sirviendo.

Pedi um mojito, e infelizmente sabia a água, esqueceram do rum. Gastante aguado, sem sabor. Hortelã murcho. Lamento imenso. Não volto cá. Não vale os 9€ para beber água fresca com um toque a limão.

Bar a Cocktail & Vin excellent ! Situé au 6eme étage (rooftop) de l'immeuble, vue magnifique sur la place et le château !! vous pouvez y accéder via les escaliers ou l'ascenseur. Les cocktails sont super bon, vraiment, et les prix non excessifs compter entre 8 et 12€ pour un cocktail de la maison ou plutôt classique. Sans hésitation allez y ça vaut vraiment le coup. Le service est sympas et la musique est top, ambiance parfaite

Lovely rooftop bar. It’s also covered for part of it; which protects from cold wind. Drinks are fantastic, and bar staff knows what they’re doing. Also great music playlist :)

Très belle vue. Le restaurant est très bon. Le service rapide et le service agréable. L'ambiance est classé et rafinee.

Very nice view but terrible service! Bar was empty and it took 15 min to serve me a mojito with just a sample of alcohol. Was definitely not the right dosage. If I had not pay before I would have given up.

Mais um dos muitos Rooftop de Lisboa. A paisagem é agradável, mas o ambiente e o espaço ficou aquém da expectativa. É pequeno e apertado e não tem nenhuma decoração. É apenas um espaço com um bar.

Invisible depuis la rue, ce rooftop est un lieu incontournable pour boire un verre ou manger quelques tapas accompagné de musiques.

Un bar dont on ne soupconnerait pas l'existence. Perché en haut d'un immeuble, quel le logo Topo est visible depuis la rue. Bonne ambiance, jeune, l'espace est restreint, difficile de trouver une place assise mais les cocktails sont top !

Buena terraza en el ático de este edificio en el Martim Moniz Lisboeta para irse a tomar una copa al aire libre sobre todo por la noche con unas vistas increíbles al Castelo de San Jorge y al barrio de la Morería, buena música y buenos cócteles. Saludos

Not one of the cheapest places in Lisbon but the view totally worth it. It opens as a restaurant and a bar and then, by midnight, the restaurant closes and the only environment is the bar.
I like the fact the entrance is not the most obvious thing in the world, since it is located on the top of a commercial building, which in the night looks like an abandoned one.
From the restaurant menu I'd recommend the hamburguer.

Couldn't find our way up using the stairs, but the lift will take you to the correct place. It's a nice space, although it could have more areas that are uncovered to make more use of the sunny days. I don't remember the price of the drinks we had and we didn't have time for food to try it out.

Ambiance détendu sur un roof top au top! Ne vous laisser pas intimider car l'entrée ne donne pas envie mais après avoir passer lascenseur on ne regrette pas d'être monter ! Un serveur sympa, une bonne bière fraîche sur une vue incroyable que demander de plus !

The music was great! Old school r&b which i love! The view was also quite nice! The only thing was that they have a bit of uncomfortable seating situation. But i guess that is somewhat part of the charm. It is also a young and semi hip crowd so as far as rooftop bars go, this is a laidback kind of feel.

Bar com bebidas diversas e comida, com esplanada exterior e com espetacular vista sobre parte da cidade, colunas, castelo e praça Martim Moniz (6. Andar). Maravilhoso para tomar um copo, namorar, petiscar, relaxar e tirar aquela foto! Seguro e com preços normais para o tipo de espaço, mas um pouco acima da média. Existe ainda no Chiado even Belém.

Fantastic place with nice food. Staff are friendly. However the outside space is comparatively small and so it's get there early for a seat by the ledge and don't give it up or stand around trying to look past the people seated without falling over them.

Terrazza carina, vista castello e con staff veramente molto competente. La clientela è più universitaria e giovanile rispetto ad alcune terrazze dell'Avenida, i prezzi sono un po' altini ma niente di eccessivo (8-9€ per un cocktail di livello). Si trova a Martim Moniz ed è quindi molto comoda da raggiungere, un salto è consigliato farlo se state in città diverse notti.

It could be such a great place with a lovely view and decor, but it's a complete let down because of the service. I ordered 2 G&T's and, after the bar girl had opened two tonics, I realised I made a mistake because my wife prefers it with water. I apologised and asked for a switch to water for one of them. She gave me the roll eyes and gave me two with water. I let it go, not wanting to make a fuss and went to the area outside. The music was too loud and of the teenager type. As we were the only ones there, we kindly asked to turn it down a notch and if possible maybe some other music. We got told "no, this is a rooftop". Yes, it is. One I'll never visit again.

Além da hora estar errada (só abrem 12:30), quando chegámos às 12:30 disseram que tiveram um problema e que estavam a almoçar, sem darem qualquer previsão de abertuta. E estavam no local, pois ligámos e ouvimos o telefone tocar. Desistimos e fomos embora.

It has an awesome view over the city center and the old city. The music is not bad. The service quality and speed depends if it is crowded or not. Usually it gets crowded, so you have to wait at least 20 min to order your drink. Overall, it is good.

This rooftop bar is on top of a some rank run down shopping complex, but once you get past that and get to the roof it’s quite cool and has beautiful views of the Castle. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable!

The BEST ROOFTOP BAR in Lisbon. If your looking for a daytime wine, or a late night with a DJ come to this place. It’s got great outside vibes with sunshine, but also just brilliant service and choice of drinks. Hidden away it’s popular with locals and tourists that know their stuff. Don’t be put off by the shopping centre underneath or the lack of signs. Persevere and you’ll find a lovely bar full of character.

Pas tellement d’accord avec le guide du routard qui parle de « cocktail à se rouler par terre » car je les ai trouvé plutôt très classiques et simples, comme dans n’importe quel autre bar. La vue en revanche est saisissante !

Tem se tornado um dos meus bares favoritos em Lisboa. A vista é deslumbrante, os cocktails são maravilhosos, o atendimento é muito diferenciado, e se tiver sorte (ou se não estiver muito cheio) os bartenders vão dar um show a parte preparando os teus drinks. Vale muito a visita.
Ps.: Um detalhe importante, subir apenas de 6 em 6 pessoas no elevador, mesmo a placa dizendo 10, pode travar.

Went last night ( Friday) and it had quite a few people but not overly busy. We (2 of us) sat at the bar inside (there were quite a few empty seats) and weren’t even acknowledged by either the bartender or woman working behind the bar. We were finally able to steal a menu from someone else at the bar and only after explicitly interrupting the bartender were we able to get our order in. The ambiance of the place seems nice but not even being recognized for 30 minutes is off putting. Many other people were waiting and had to go to the register in order to be served. The bartender actually seemed somewhat busy but the woman seemed to just be avoiding people and couldn’t take the time to even acknowledge us. It seems if they want to work at a bar maybe they should work on their people and time management skills.

Only good thing is the view.. the drinks and food are way too expensive, we had orded two wines, a beer and nachos. For the drinks we needed to wait about 15 minutes for at the bar and for the nachos we waited 35 minutes before asking where they were to the bar to be told they were out. So if we hadnt asked they woulve taken our money without reviecing anything

Really expensive, ordered nachos for 7 euros had to wait 30 minutes to hear that they were out after I had to ask for it myself. Also had to wait really long for 2 wine and 1 beer. Only reason for 2 stars is the view.

Very nice place to enjoy the great view to the river and Lisbon, though you should plan very well which time you wanna get there. After 6-7 pm my experience tells me you probably will have some problems to get a place to sit and relax. Very crowdy but worth visiting. Never had dinner there but the cocktails are very nice. Up to the date, employees seemed to be very interested in client satisfaction and are very nice.

Fui de casualidad y me gustó mucho mucho. La entrada al edificio es bastante rara desde la plaza Martim Moniz y hay bastantes escaleras (si ya no funcionan los ascensores) pero valen la pena sin duda. La única cosa que no me gustó fue la espera en la barra para pedir bebida, pero por lo demás me gustó mucho. Vistas geniales del castillo y música perfecta para bailar

The bar sits stop a rather plain, unwelcoming commercial building. Two security guards in the front directed us to the elevator. Once you get to the 6th floor, a hip, chic indoor/outdoor bar awaits.
Cocktails are the specialty. Take a look at the many menu offerings, and select any of the drinks, prepared fresh in front of you by the entertaining bartenders.
Be sure to have your camera ready, too. The landscape view of the hills, , and churches are fantastic!

I love this rooftop bar. They recently changed a bit the decoration making the bar a bit larger.
Beautiful panoramic view over lisbon.
One of the best place in lisbon to have a drink at sunset time.
After the drink, i suggest to have a meal at the chinese restaurant which is one floor below. A bit hidden but a true gem!

Good little find for a drink and a view. Watch the trams sound their horn at the traffic parked in their way. They also use biodegradable straw which is bloody awesome!

Lovely spot very chilled. Amazing view of the city.We came here in the afternoon but it was still quiet busy and the barman was very efficient. All the drinks were very reasonably priced too

Nice rooftop and great view. Cocktail menu good but no service. Stood at bar when place half busy and 1 person in front of me and ten mins later still not served then serves group that just walked up. They should just take orders from people and you don't mind waiting 15 mins with your partner in nice setting but me standing at a bar and her alone is a waste for everyone.

Wij zijn binnen geweest maar niet gebleven om iets te drinken omdat er geen plaats meer was om comfortabel te zitten. Als je wil eten is er plaats genoeg binnen, maar om enkel iets te drinken moet je buiten zitten. Het zag er wel leuk uit met een oké uitzicht. Wel nogal prijzig voor Lissabon, zo'n €8 voor een cocktail.

Absolutely breathtaking view, accompanied with very nice cocktails at a very cozy terrace.
We tried caipirinha and gin and they both were superb. Smooth/relaxing music that made our stay at the box chairs the highlight of the day.

Great rooftop bar! The prices are higher than on the ground but the view is worth it. The bartenders where good and the drinks pretty and tasty. It was a bit hard to find but just take the elevator to the 6th floor and you’ll find it.

Its a great spot in Martim Moniz, cant argue that. View is top notch and prices are acceptable, has a rooftop section aswell as enclosed section. Expect it to be extra crowdy on weekends and very slow service if you go for the restaurant

Based on a friend suggestion, we went to get some food here. It was a Sunday evening. We stood at the entrance few minutes and no one welcomed us. We walked in and still no one was there seeing us. I had to wave hands at a staff at the bar and hope she could see me. She did but totally ignored me. I thought I went transparent! Finally, a staff came by and told me it was full despite that there were few empty tables and space at the bar...

A competitor for hottest new spot to be seen in, Topo has a 'yet to be discovered' seductiveness that makes you feel like you've stumbled upon something secret. Partly, that's because it is quite hard to find. Six floors up on the top of an unassuming shopping centre in multicultural Martim Moniz, you could easily walk past it. But persevere and you'll be rewarded with cocktails and mouth-watering petiscos (tapas). The real prize, however, is the view. It overlooks the old town of Mouraria, with the São Jorge Castle standing proudly in sight. Head there for sunset, where DJs gently lure you into night.

La atención de las chicas es muy buena, pero el único camarero/bartender que había era desagradable, se dirigía a las camareras de muy mal modo y no podía esperar a discutir en otro momento, lo hacia delante de la gente mientras esperabas tomarte un bocado de comida tan tranquilo.
La comida es buena.
La terraza es muy chula para tomar algo sobretodo esta abierta hasta una buena hora.

Great rooftop in Lisbon. Went there twice during my time there. The views are incredible and the food is quite nice and good price. Only thing that really bothered us was one of the waitresses with short curly hair had a terrible attitude, i had a bit of a clash with her my first time around for no reason... second time i even saw her call a customer stupid to their colleague literally right next to them. Service did not impress.

NEVER EAT THERE. They are rude and unpolite. We were there two weeks ago. Long waiting for the food. Very,very less food and high prices. But the worst thing is that the waiter never looked at us. He called: WHAT!! if we are asking him a normal question about how long it takes to serve the food. After paying he only had a very small excuse for his unpoliteness. NEVER GO THERE AGAIN

Вид хороший, но ничего особенного, в центре Лиссабона таких полно. Кухня работает непонятно с какого времени, в 16 часов ещё не работала. В туалете грязно. Цены довольно высокие. На открытой веранде тусуется молодежь, видимо, местная.

O espaço não é nada de especial. Muito pequeno, com poucos lugares para se sentar. Os cocktails são muito fracos, o preço não compensa. A única coisa positiva é a vista do Castelo mas mesmo assim não vale a pena lá ir. Fui, vi, já lá não vou. ;)

Rooftop réputé avec magnifique vue sur la ville, ses maisons colorées et le château de St Georges. Les cocktails sont beaux et bons. Le service est toutefois un peu long et suivant l'heure il est parfois difficile de trouver une place assise avec table. A faire pour une pause détente après une longue journée de visite ! Il y a une salle en terrasse extérieure et une salle en intérieur.

Vale a diversão sem compromisso com custo pois petiscos e pratos não são tão baratos (paga-se pela vista) e as opções só atendem a quem não tem muita fome. The view in itself deserves 5 stars. You can get an unobstructed view of Sao Jorge Castle.
The service on the other hand is very slow. Expect to wait 20 to 30 minutes for a cocktail. When we went the outside portion was full, the bar was empty. It seemed there were more employees standing around than working. I noticed quite a few people leaving after not being served.
The cocktails were good but expensive. I would only come here again for the view and stick to beer.

Don’t be put off by the 1980s mirror windowed exterior and weird entrance area- this bar is a gem. Amazing views and fantastic drinks. Absolutely worth a visit. One of Lisbon’s best rooftops
