Perfecto, el apartamento enorme, limpio, nuevo, bien decorado y la zona muy muy buena, lo único el aparcamiento pero siendo Lisboa es lógico.

En estos momentos mi familia y yo tendríamos que estar en Lisboa, disfrutando de unas merecidas vacaciones y de una precioso apartamento. Todo ello se frustró anoche, a pocas horas de coger el coche, cuando los señores de LovelyStay nos comunican que ese apartamento ya no está disponible y como alternativa nos ofrecen uno de peor calidad. Nos sentimos timados y además defraudados por Booking, ya que la reserva se hizo a través de ellos.

Lovely stay = nightmare stay ! Even one star is too much for them! They cancelled our stay 10 min after we entered the apartment. Because we were telling them that we felled angry picking up the key in another place without prior notice. Unbelievable lazy people. Making people homeless and trying to destroy New Year’s Eve! Don’t get agencies to run your rental place!

We check into a airbnb to find it had not been cleaned , contacting then it took over 5 hours for us to return to the unit only to find that it still had not been cleaned. After about another 2 hours someone came to clean the apartment, which was awkward so we just went out for a brief walk. We had originally considered them for property management of her own place, but would not touch them with a 10 foot Pole.

We booked an airbnb in lisbon only to find out it was actually one of the properties managed by this company. Dirty and extremely unsafe apartment. Poor management and extremelly unhelpful staff. Stay away from these guys.

I have sent this company several emails and no one is getting back to me if they are opened 24 hours why had it taken them 5 days to reply to my first email.

I have a booking for April and Portugal borders are closed. I am contacting them 3 weeks in advance and they refuse to provide any refund and will charge the full amount. It's a shame they are not taking into account the current situation in Europe and charging everyone regardless. Be aware of that before booking!!

They gave me a wrong key or damage that doesn’t open the apartment door and I’m unable to enter, they told me they’ll bring a new key BUT THEY DO NOT KNOW whenever . Meanwhile, I'm sitting on the building's stairs. Terrible customer service.

Horrible company. After we checked out of our apartment that we rented through AirBnB in Lisbon, about 20 days later I received a text message to my private number saying they are going to have the Portuguese authorities call me. I had no other background information, other than that text. We left the apartment spotless and even did the laundry for them, so I was very confused. Then I get two calls from them. So I messaged them through AirBnB to see what they wanted, and they tell me they need passport information that we forgot to give to them for some of the guests. Giving the passport information was not an issue, but being threatened and called twice was the problem. Then when I told them what they were doing was unprofessional they just ignored what I said and told me to have a Merry Christmas. They didn't care how poorly they handled the situation, they only cared that they finally got the information they needed. After speaking with Airbnb, it turns out THEY were the ones that were going to get in trouble by Portuguese authorities if they did not get the passport information, funny how they tried to scare us with that. Overall, even if the apartment looks nice, they are horrible to deal with and very unprofessional.

Terrible experience with “wonderful view apartment” in Lisbon. -Building is in a very poor condition. One may argue it’s cozy, but it’s not as it’s simply poor. -There were no hot water. May be it’s due to construction works, not sure (see below). -The rooms were not clean. -And the most important one. There were construction works in two apartments in this building. We woke up at 8 in the morning because of a terrible noise. It is allowed by the law in Portugal to start noisy works at 8 AM. It was so loud that we could not stay in the apartment. We could hear workers talking to each other just like there were in your room. When they started drilling and hammering, it was so noisy that me and my friend had to shout so we could hear each other. LoevelyStay did not inform us about any noise problems. Probably they understand that nobody wants to stay basically at a construction site. Their reply to my complaint was that they understand it’s their job to inform guests, but they could not do it as they did not know when works actually work. We had to check out next morning. We spent in the apartment about 12 hours. We received from a host EUR 70 refund of EUR 405 we paid. Still struggling to get remaining part of the paid amount.

What a stay we had. It was our first time in Lisbon, and the apartment made most of the pleasure. We were welcomed at the airport by a Lovelystay employee, who brought us to the apartment and explained us what to do. We got to understand the business, and honestly it changes everything when the apartment is managed. We travel using airbnb all the time, but the fact that a company could service our needs made it so much more pleasant. Definitely using Lovelystay during my next stay.

Great agency and service. I used them for a stay in Porto. While my flight arrived very late, someone was still waiting for me in the middle of the night to open the door, show me around, and even provide advice on things to do around. Last minute, I decided to spend some time in Lisbon is well, and they found me an apartment with views and outdoors. Wish all experiences could be the same each time!

We had a wonderful visit in Lisbon, largely thanks to the flat we booked with LovelyStay. The flat we stayed in was well-located in lively Principe Real, walking distance to great restaurants, markets - everything you need. Check-in was seamless. We were welcomed by their staff who gave us a run down of the spacious 1 bedroom and bathroom. Fast Wifi, lots of light and great well equipped kitchen! They also gave us a bottle of vinho verde wine (green wine), a lovely touch. We'll definitely be back in Lisbon, and highly recommend LovelyStay.

Notre famille de 2 enfants devions par cette agence occuper pour l'Ironman de Cascais ce merveilleux appartement 3/4P vue mer plein centre avec terrasse pour 4j à compter du 31 aout 2017pour la somme de 1350E ( 2 premières photos). La veille à 21h un email nous indique que cette réservation encaissée depuis 2 semaines et réservée depuis 8 mois est annulée et nous nous retrouvons dans 2 chambres d'hotel à la vue sinistre et nos deux enfants à l'autre bout du couloir pour une somme plus élevée de 450E !! eh oui 20000 personnes attendues pour l'ironman il n'y avait plus que ça sur 10km à la ronde à prendre ou à laisser et nous avons du nous en contenter. Bref nous nous retrouvons sans intimité familiale à être obligés d'aller manger au restaurant matin midi et soir alors que dans notre budget il était convenu des repas familiaux sur notre terrasse vue mer bien moins onéreux. Depuis cela fait 20 jours que nous nous battons pour récupérer nos 1350E et je ne parle pas de l'hotel que nous avons payé en plus 1780E ( soit450E de plus forcément la loi de l'offre et de la demande ). Chaque jour on nous avance de fausses preuves que le virement est fait et peu prendre 7 à 10 j (ridicule) , pas un Euro de récupéré et nous nous retrouvons dans une situation difficile à 2500km. Pas même un restaurant offert ce séjour ou un coup de téléphone pour nous demander si on avait besoin de quelque chose ou si tout allé bien . Le comble ç'est que nous nous sommes rendu à cet appartement pour rencontrer les propriétaires charmants qui nous ont avoué que cela faisait plus d' 1 mois que l'agence était prévenue de l'arrêt de la location du bien. Bref cette agence douteuse et peu honnête s'est empressée de nous prélever et nous a averti au dernier moment alors que nous étions en transit dans l'aéroport pour que nous ne puissions pas agir . Pour le moment en attendant une procédure judiciaire plus de 1800E sont sur leur compte pour un logement que nous n'avons jamais eu .....scandaleux et triste image pour ce beau pays touristique .Mais ce village de Cascais est magnifique et nous a redonné par ses habitants un peu de moral et d'optimisme . Merci pour cette situation minable et honteuse Lifestay et sa manager Monica Peireira
