I been renting from this agency since september and i really dont have anything good to say. I know some landlords can be worse but this agency loves to monatize everything. (Cant have heaters, tvs, other furniture or anything not provided by them or else 100 euro fee. You also cant have your girlfriend or boyfriend for more than one night or else 100 euro fee and 15 euros a night) i really dont know how they can legally operate in Europe with this business model. Rather than renting a room it feels like you are going back on time to the 1900s when boarding schools had strict rules. Ps: you can also rent cheaper someplace else.
