I had broken LG G5 bought in Germany under warranty. Took it to this service and they didnt want to accept warranty outside Portugal. It took 2 months to fix and cost 260€ just to receive phone with SIM card not working. Asked reclamation and it took more 2 months to get answer that it cannot be fixed. After one more month I was asked they will hive money back. Today after 7 months I got my phone back and still waiting for money refund. Terrible experience. I called so many times abd was told they will return call. NEVER they did call.

Post sale LG service. It is difficult to be very well impressed when you have an issue on your smartphone... Unfortunately I have different experiences, some quite good with very prompt email feedback, other ones without feedback... Just standard service. Open schedule could be longer. It is just the standar business schedule, which does not make much sense to a customer service

Serviço de atendimento e apoio ao cliente autorizado da LG. O atendimento presencial pode ser um pouco demorado, dado que só existe uma mesa de atendimento, mas é feito com bastante profissionalismo e simpatia.
