anti: I did one week of yoga with Hilke in the beginning of March 2019. And looking back this was definitely one of the absolute highlights of the year. Hilke is so warm and welcoming, that I felt from the beginning like staying with a friend. Her house is beautiful and since I was traveling alone, she gave me tons of tips of what to do and what to see in Lisbon. Also she made an appointment for me with an amazing osteopath after a few yoga sessions, because she saw that this would be beneficial for me - which it was. The yoga sessions were of course the highlight of each day. (Followed by the super healthy breakfast Hilke prepared for me). Yoga with Hilke was both challenging and deeply calming at the same time. I was super proud after she encouraged me to do a handstand in our last session. I never thought I'd be able to do that after 5 days of yoga only. I really loved the time I had in Lisbon and how Hilke made it so special. For everyone who is still debating if this is for him/her: Do it! You will not regret it. Quando a televisão chegou à GF pela primeira vez, eles fizeram disso um evento e convidaram a cidade inteira a descer e assistir aos primeiros programas transmitidos. Isso foi há mais de 60 anos. Foi uma grande ferramenta de marketing da época e meu pai e a maior parte da cidade compraram a primeira TV deles. Alguns anos depois, no final dos anos 60, aluguei um apartamento no andar de cima do Lar Branco. No porão o Sr. White me deu uma demonstração sobre a maneira correta de carregar minha roupa (lençóis - lavar e vestir - delecates) em sua grande máquina de lavar da época no porão de sua linda casa de 3 andares que eu pratico até hoje.

Acabei de descobrir que eles me mentiram. Comprei uma coisa que era um modelo de chão. Disseram-me que tenho a garantia total. Depois, quando tive um problema e liguei para o fabricante, disseram-me que teria de pagar a diferença para fazer o preço total, como se comprasse um novinho em folha se quisesse que a garantia fosse boa. Disse-lhes o que dizia o aparelho seleccionado e eles disseram-me para o levar com eles.
