Es limpio, pero bastante descuidado, el baño es pequeño, no hay cortinas en la habitación y da el sol de la mañana de frente, no hay aire acondicionado, pero si un radiador de aceite, parece que la encargada tiene su podría habitación dentro del mismo piso por lo demás ha estado bien, algo dificil de aparcar pero hay un parking de pago cercano además del tranvía y paradas de autobús.

Grande difficulté pour trouver, aucune signalétique et on ne savait pas que c'était une chambre dans un appartement. Salle de bain minuscule et vétuste pour trop de monde. Chambre propre mais vétuste et très bruyante.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. BEWARE. When I first saw this advertisement, it was for €300 a month for a double room. The day I wake up for my appointment to come and see the place, the advertisement was changed to €350, I drive 25 minutes there, across the bridge, and the girl tells me “sorry about the change in price”, and then tells me, on top of that, it’s an additional €50 because I wanna rent the room with my girlfriend! She already knew two days before when I messaged her I was looking for me and my partner; she never told me there is +50 for couples. So I wake up in the morning to go see the place thinking It’s gonna cost €300, and I find out that it’s €400! This is unethical and unprofessional.
