anti: I did one week of yoga with Hilke in the beginning of March 2019. And looking back this was definitely one of the absolute highlights of the year. Hilke is so warm and welcoming, that I felt from the beginning like staying with a friend. Her house is beautiful and since I was traveling alone, she gave me tons of tips of what to do and what to see in Lisbon. Also she made an appointment for me with an amazing osteopath after a few yoga sessions, because she saw that this would be beneficial for me - which it was. The yoga sessions were of course the highlight of each day. (Followed by the super healthy breakfast Hilke prepared for me). Yoga with Hilke was both challenging and deeply calming at the same time. I was super proud after she encouraged me to do a handstand in our last session. I never thought I'd be able to do that after 5 days of yoga only. I really loved the time I had in Lisbon and how Hilke made it so special. For everyone who is still debating if this is for him/her: Do it! You will not regret it. (Thinking of doing it again in 2020) THANK YOU, HILKE!! <3

Francesca Faulin: I had the luck to find myself in a Vinyasa Flow Yoga class with Sara at Second Home and it was wonderful! She is professional, careful, and reliable. She has a really good energy and she transmits that through her teaching. I went then to the Urban retreat and I loved it! Thank you Sara for your experience and your kindness!

Este lugar é um lugar onde eu pego nas coisas e as ponho para baixo da mentalidade. Não posso encontrar ninguém em departamentos que saibam o que estão a fazer. Que vergonha para a gerência deste lugar! Os funcionários não são treinados ou competentes para ajudar os clientes. Não são empregados que se culpam por serem todos crianças, sem formação e abusados pelos clientes devido à falta de formação por parte da gerência.

Comprámos-lhes um candeeiro de sofá e uma chaise-longue. O atendimento ao cliente foi bom na loja e recolhemo-los no prazo de 2 dias após o reabastecimento do camião de entrega. Eu não posso avaliar o aspecto da entrega enquanto nós mesmos recolhemos os itens. Os artigos estavam completos e bem embalados. Eu posso dizer que eles foram úteis para carregá-los em nosso veículo.

Quer telefonar sobre uma encomenda que fez e que eles cancelaram por acidente? É melhor estar preparado para esperar... e esperar... E depois não chegar a lado nenhum porque o pessoal não sabe o que é o serviço ao cliente... Um e-mail a dizer que eu seria notificado quando a minha encomenda chegasse à loja nunca chegou até mim... Em vez disso, apenas um e-mail a dizer que a encomenda foi cancelada por não ter sido levantada... Porquê enviar um e-mail a dizer que não seria notificado da sua chegada, se não me notificam? Então não confio neles à sua palavra?
