Eu tive um problema com um laptop que comprei em agosto. Falei com o David no esquadrão dos nerds. Ele foi maravilhoso. Ele descobriu o problema num par de minutos. Poderia ter sido reparado, mas levaria vários meses por causa da COVID e me deu a opção de comprar um laptop novo e me entregou à Erica. Ela explicou a diferença de laptops em que eu estava interessado e finalmente escolheu um Microsoft. Pensei que seria um pesadelo ter meu laptop anterior consertado ou substituído. Uma com o conhecimento e paciência, a Erica encontrou alguns descontos que conseguiu aplicar e poupar-me dinheiro. Erica e David, obrigada!

Os funcionários mais úteis. Sempre que vou ao homedepot quer seja para comprar electrodomésticos ou apenas à procura de artigos para ajudar a terminar os meus projectos. Sou sempre cumprimentado por funcionários que me ajudam amigavelmente. Acho-os, no geral, conhecedores, amigáveis e atenciosos. Em mais de uma ocasião, recebi muito bons conselhos e até demonstrações de como aplicar alguns itens.
