anti: I did one week of yoga with Hilke in the beginning of March 2019. And looking back this was definitely one of the absolute highlights of the year. Hilke is so warm and welcoming, that I felt from the beginning like staying with a friend. Her house is beautiful and since I was traveling alone, she gave me tons of tips of what to do and what to see in Lisbon. Also she made an appointment for me with an amazing osteopath after a few yoga sessions, because she saw that this would be beneficial for me - which it was. The yoga sessions were of course the highlight of each day. (Followed by the super healthy breakfast Hilke prepared for me). Yoga with Hilke was both challenging and deeply calming at the same time. I was super proud after she encouraged me to do a handstand in our last session. I never thought I'd be able to do that after 5 days of yoga only. I really loved the time I had in Lisbon and how Hilke made it so special. For everyone who is still debating if this is for him/her: Do it! You will not regret it. (Thinking of doing it again in 2020) THANK YOU, HILKE!! <3

Planeje passar algum tempo aqui ou planeje fazer várias viagens só para ver tudo isso. Além disso, você procura os negócios. Algumas cabines oferecem preços de venda em muitas das mercadorias. Quando em dúvida sobre qualquer coisa, você pode pedir ajuda a qualquer um dos funcionários amigáveis. Eles estão sempre a zumbir nesta loja gigante. Eles até pegam itens que você encontrou, dão-lhe um cartão/número e seguram para você na frente, assim você pode ter mãos livres para encontrar mais guloseimas.

Visitamos a loja de antiguidades num sábado e conseguimos andar por toda a loja em cerca de 2 horas. Eles têm cerca de 100 lojas diferentes dentro deste edifício que faz parte do centro comercial Chambersburg. Eles têm um pouco de tudo, desde antiguidades a trens da plataforma. Se você estiver olhando para você algum dia e tentar encontrar algo especial, este pode ser o lugar para ver.
