No llegué a ir. Debido a la epidemia de virus su país prohibió la entrada y el mio la salida. Pese a ello no me devolvian el dinero de la cancelación pero si me pedían que cancelara y me cambiaban la fecha. Finalmente me llegó la solicitud para cancelar gratis y accedí. Hasta aquí todo normal. Cuando llame a las semanas me dicen que no me Dan mi dinero y dejan de responderme los correos. Se quedaron mi dinero y además utilizaron la habitación que yo había cancelado habiendome dicho que lo devolverían. En las épocas difíciles se ve que clase de personas hay.

Bin sehr positiv überrascht und total zufrieden. Ein unweit vom Bahnhof geleges Hotel bzw. Unterkunft. Sehr ruhig und sauber. Problemloses Check-in, und - out. Die Einrichtung ziehmlich modern, sehr schönes Badezimmer und Küche. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Clean, cosy, nice, and very beautiful.They have an excellent digital service, where everything is made to make it easy for you. There is also a place where you can leave your luggage, and that made my journey a lot easier. For me, the only “but” is the entry time 15h/3pm. It would be a lot nicer if it was 2pm, and also the lack of shelves in the bathroom to put your products during your stay.

Interesting & unusual place. Old house with modern interior. Cozy and clean. We've only stayed for one night but the room was big enough. There was a kitchen and lovely terrace. Centrally located.

Visited some friends in town and just needed a place to stay for the night. Found this online with a discount so I booked it and was not disappointed with the facilities nor the state of the place, very impressed actually! My one issues was that it wasn't clear that the rooms are inside apartments. You have your own bathrooms, so only the kitchen amenities are shared.

Servizio inesistente, anzi pessimo: riscaldamento rotto, lo abbiamo segnalato e non l'hanno rimesso in funzione, non hanno sistemato la stanza e non hanno rimesso la carta da toilet anche se eravamo usciti appositamente quando é arrivata l'addetta. Posizione bella e belli gli arredi ma zero servizio.

I went 2 different weekends . I got 2 different rooms on different floors . Both rooms were amazing ! i will be book next time i go back ! Has a great location. so clean, smells great and just modernized.

Excellent location (in the heart of Alfama, near the 28 tram, easy to get to many attractions by foot), great room design (with paper thin walls, a fyi for the light sleepers, and rather small rooms, a fyi for 2 or more traveling together), and nice people taking care of the property (from phone support to cleaning services).

The property cancelled our booking at 4pm on the day of arrival via email, whilst on the plane flying there, they offered no true explanation or detail. Thankfully I was in the UK, not on the flight, I called several times, they didn’t call back or offer any adequate explanation or solution. They stated the credit card payment had been unable to process when I eventually spoke to someone. There was no issue with our bank. They offered no way to make the payment using an alternative method. Offered no way to rebook the room. Offered no explanation as why this happened and no option for an alternative hotel booking. My husband landed in Lisbon, to this news, was left stranded in the evening with no where to stay. This is worst customer service I have ever received.
