Exceptional service and accommodations! The team not only fostered a warm and hospitable environment but they even went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. One evening, for instance, my partner and I weren't feeing well and asked where the nearest grocery store was so that we could get some ginger. Upon hearing the request, the staff went out and got it for us themselves, which we're very grateful for. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable and the downstairs dining area has a lot of natural light and charm. Would definitely recommend a stay there if you ever find yourself in Lisbon!

This is a special hotel away from the bustle of downtown. You get a neighbourhood experience here. It’s worth walking around the area to enjoy local living

Es un pequeño palacio antiguo devenido hotel boutique. La atención de las chicas es maravillosa además hablan español. Las habitaciones son inmensas y muy bonitas.Esta en el centro de la ciudad pero no en el casco histórico igualmente está muy bien ubicado para moverse en bus o metro. El desayuno es muy rico y muy bien presentado en un coqueto desayunador. Desventaja no tiene parking propio pero igual vale el precio.

직원분들이 매우 친절합니다. 옛날 저택을 개조해 만든 호텔인데, 묵는 내내 과거로 시간여행을 하는 기분이었습니다. 다만, 제가 묵었던 방에서는 차 소음이 조금 시끄러웠습니다. 그것만 빼면 완벽해요!

My wife and I stayed here for the last night of our honeymoon on our way home after a trip across Italy. The hotel was not only beautiful, but the service was over the top lovely. They made us feel so warm and welcomed with port and even a handwritten note congratulating us on our wedding. We will be coming back to Lisbon and definitely staying here again in the future.
