Terrible customer experience when picking up the car, ordered a Golf and even emailed the company before arriving to make sure there will be no mix ups, but upon arriving was told that I will be getting a way smaller car Nissan Micra, which is a clear downgrade from what I ordered comfort wise and gas per mile wise, the guy behind the desk seemed like he hated his job and had no compassion or any interest in trying to resolve the issue just saying this is what I’m getting and that’s that. I’d suggest others to spend an extra few euro and rent somewhere else.

Gostei do aluguel, não houveram impencilio. A não ser o avaliador na hora da devolução que brincou conosco sobre um arranhado, mas no fim era só brincadeira.

Atendimento na retirada do veículo foi horrível, me entregaram um carro todo riscado e batido por fora, o tanque de combustível não estava cheio (tem que conferir). Na entrega foi ótima, rapaz educado e sabia explicar as coisas.

Horrible! They charged me a deposit bigger than the hole rental amount and have not returned it for 2 months!! Also, I left my driving license on the counter and they didn’t even call me! The car I rented was very smelly and they said they couldn’t change it as it was the only one in that category

I was trying to find the car rental company which does not take deposit on your credit card, and that is the Centauro rent a car - I am always a safe player so I always take the full insurance. The price was really fair. Costumer service was really good. You need to do your homework and read all terms and conditions. I personally didn’t have any negative experience with them. Extra charges: - 35€ deposit for car fuel (they return it back if the fuel is on the same level) - 1.80€ (I think, not sure if correct number) per day for via verde (electronic device for highways) plus toll price All in all pleasant experience.

Cheap & good cars. They could have more staff to enhance the checkin/checkout service. Also, they should warn about possible extra charges due to highway tall device activation.
