STAY AWAY! Reached out twice through two channels regarding a property listed for rent. First, was through idealista (to which I received no response), the second, was via their website (received a response only after I texted the realtor directly). Was able to do a virtual tour of the property. Since it was also listed for sale, realtor pushed multiple times towards purchasing instead of renting. We put in a rental offer for the listed price, and agreed to the rental conditions requested with all our personal documentation (passport copies, declaration of income, etc). After two days, never received a response. Sent a WhatsApp message and was told no update. On the fifth day, I called the realtor to see if there was an update and she would not answer the call but texted me instead telling me it was the owners fault no update was able to be given. Not very credible. Moral of the story, realtor is not friendly, professional or enthusiastic about her job.

Deeply dissapointing service from this agency. Their agent was extremely pressurising and totally on the sellers side rather than us as buyers. They use a Mortgage broker that does not communicate with the client. Our loan application was declined by 2 banks and the seller took 5 weeks to return our €27,000 deposit. Their agent was pressurising us to still do the deal even though we had to employ a Lawyer to get our deposit back! We complained to the owners and what did they do... they employed a Lawyer to send us a letter saying it was our fault the sale fell through!! They said we took too long to provide documents to the mortgage broker when in fact we gave ALL documents within a day or two. Disgracefull. STAY CLEAR OF THEM IS OUR STRONG ADVICE. ( They made a big error with us as we were going to buy from them and also sell a house in Expo'. Through them as well. Their loss of circa 40K between 2 commissions).
