Hotels.com reviewer: Overall, from the reviews I know what I was getting into. This was well priced accommodation for a busy travel week, with above average prices for Lisbon.We had agreed upon meeting at 7-7:15, and the person came at 7:40. So that was the most disappointing aspect of the stay. The nightclub around the corner is the real deal. I never saw it, but you do here it. It does seem to be closed on Monday nights though. From 10-12 it seems to be motorcycles (loud) rolling up, and lots African people yelling. From like 11:30-1 it sounds like the Euro boys are getting at it. There are loud Footie chants, and craziness. Around 1 or so the house music starts and goes until roughly 3 or 4AM. Now mind you, the main bedroom is in the back of the flat and you really can’t hear all of this craziness. But the bunkbeds in the hallway to the living room get it non-stop. Kids under say 9 or 10 can sleep right through it. Adults probably not. On Sunday a drunk or high person kept hitting the door button around 4:30Am. It reminded me of my East Village Apartment in my 20s.Now the unit was clear, and very sparse, no ledge for toiletries, shower head could barely stay up in the shower. That said, everything was there, and WiFi was steady (though signal can’t reach master bedroom), and it is in an awesome location. The Brazil Cafe around the corner is not to be missed and had cheaper coffee and baked goods than about anywhere else. Good for 1 time stay!

O pesadelo total de um lugar para fazer compras. Eles vendem o que nem sequer têm. Eu encomendei online e dizia em stock mas não estava mesmo. Disse que a recolha de calçada era daqui a 5 dias. Eu espero e nenhum item como eles não têm. Vai à loja e dois trabalhadores mal-educados não ajudaram em nada. Esperei mais, nenhuma palavra. Voltaram para a loja. Eles têm a TV mas eu não posso ter uma como comprei online, então tive que esperar pela mesma TV para enviar. Eu fui embora... depois de dois supervisores eu recebi um que cancelou meu pedido online e me ligou para a TV na loja e me deu o mesmo preço. A loja deveria ser chamada de pior compra. Nunca mais faça lá compras.

Merece 0 estrelas, o Google não me permite dar-lhes 0 estrelas. Experiência extremamente ruim para o cliente. Comprei um colchão king size na IKEA e paguei pela entrega do colchão ao Ikea. Eu queria iniciar a devolução do colchão pelo telefone e fiquei em espera durante 25 minutos, depois o representante do cliente continuou a transferir a chamada para outros departamentos e depois a máquina automatizada ordenou-me que fizesse uma pesquisa sem qualquer resolução. Não houve nenhuma chamada de retorno do representante do cliente. Se você se preocupa com a experiência do cliente, então eu recomendarei não comprar aqui.
