Jolies chambre, rénovées il y a peu de temps, au centre de Lisbonne. Le prix est très correct. Toutes les commodités sont à deux pas (métro, tramways, bus.) Le petit restaurant à l'angle de l'hôtel est typique, très bon et pas cher. Idéal pour découvrir Lisbonne

Eine schlichte schöne Unterkunft, nahe der Altstadt und doch sehr ruhig.Sandra ist eine sympatische Gastgeberin. um Weiterempfehlen!

Clean and comfortable. Nice staff. Near to the city center. Supermarket just around the corner, as well as the bus and metro station. Only the walls are paper-thin, which is not unusual.

Schöne Unterkunft. Sandra hat uns herzlich aufgenommen und uns direkt gezeigt wie wir mit den Öffentlichen fahren müssen und worauf wir zu achten haben. War ein sehr entspannter Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Gerne wieder.

Personnel très sympathique, la chambre très propre et au calme. Les transports en commun sont très proches. Il se trouve à 10 minutes à pied du centre ville!!!

No está mal del todo, pero no te dan champú ni gel de ducha, cosa que me extraña para un hotel. Está limpio, pero no tan limpio como había leído en otras reseñas. El personal es muy amable, aunque una mañana abrieron la puerta sin llamar antes. Está como a 15 o 20 min andando del centro. En general, no es mala opción.

Está a 10 minutos caminando de la zona de Martín Moniz. El primer día llegamos y tuvimos que hacer nosotros mismos el check-in, que aunque no fue un problema, estaba mal indicado en el email que nos mandaron y estuvimos intentando abrir la habitación de otra persona hasta que llamamos al dueño. Además de eso, llovió mucho esos días y dejamos las toallas en el suelo de la ducha (como se hace en otros establecimientos para que te las cambien) y lo que hicieron fue volver a colgarlas, con la suciedad del suelo de la ducha. La habitación aunque estaba reformada, tenía humedad. Sin embargo, he de decir que la atención de Sandra fue exquisita y servicial en todo momento.

Very friendly staff!!! Amazing stay in Lisbon for the 2019 NYE. Lisbon is a charming and safe city where you can find loads of thing to see and do. The property is wholly renewed and in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, yet still in walking distance from the Bairro Alto and Terreiro do Paco square. If you prefer, there are metro stations nearby as well.

Nice and clean room to stay if you dont mind small rooms. You will need a taxi ride to the place if you have heavy suitcases since it is located on a steep hill.

Location is pretty central for Lisbon. Shared bathroom is decently equipped. Bedroom is big enough. Not generous. Feels like the building is based on squeezing as much as possible out of each centimetre. So its acceptable, but not special. Luckily, Lisbon is a city you want to explore, so the bedroom is not the essential element to a fun weekend.

Booked this hotel on the strength of its location and wasnt disappointed. The hotel is located in a side street up a hill and wasnt easy to find at first but the keypad on the wall was the giveaway.Superior room on the 1st floor was clean and bright with a modern shared bathroom and a basic but functional bedroom with a tv and a useful small fridge. There is a fan which helps to cool the room but if it was any hotter I would have melted!Location is brilliantly close to the city - just away from the busy street noise but a 15 min walk into town.Sandra the housekeeper and Luis the owner were very helpful and friendly and helped make the visit a good one. There are no tea making facilities in the room and just needed a hook on the back of the bedroom door in absence of a chair to hang a coat and a mirror in the bedroom as it was a shared bathroom so you had to wait to see the state of your hair!Highly recommended and would be happy to go back and stay there again!

Book this at last minute,Luís was nice enough came to pick us up at airport (25 euro). The location was really good,and the place was clean however, there’s no AC!! On the 35 degree day it’s not too much fun.Just hand soap available which is kinda of weird.

I was nervous about a shared bathroom, but its actually just between 2 rooms. The bathroom is modern & stylish. The shower is great. Clean towels in your room. Room was spacious, mini fridge & fan/air con. Bed was extremely comfortable. Sandra is lovely, friendly & welcoming.

Had a great 4 night stay here in July 2018. Fantastic location - really beautiful old streets and a short walk to the tourist areas. Apartment (superior suite) was very spacious, clean and really quiet with a huge fridge and freezer! Also had access to a small outside area. Great place to stay - would def go back if I'm in Lisbon again!

Spotlessly clean and tidy apartment. Sandra was the perfect host, always friendly and helpful, Luis was also very friendly. Studio was a good size and was bright and modern. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Ideally situated with a short walk to the metro and Old Town. I would definitely stay here again.

Our hosts were wonderful and the on site manager Sandra could not have been more helpful. Location is a little out the way closest metro over 700m but a supermarket is within 100m. Apartments are a good size and functional.

We loved the place and the host, Louis and his team, who welcomed us and spared no effort in sharing their passion for Lisbon and the surroundings. rooms have been renovated and are super comfortable. it is in a small alley where no car goes usually so you are not likely to be woken up anytime. mattresses were soft and cushy, and the staff was lovely. small downside: some of the bathrooms are tiny, and larger rooms could deserve extra furniture. but I guess it is only a matter of time since the place is "new". we will be back.

Struttura tenuta bene, la mia camera era piccola ma arredata bene e con gusto. Situata in un luogo tranquillo e poco rumoroso a 10 min. dalla piazza Martin Muniz. Lo staff gentilissimo e disponibile. Lo consiglio vivamente. Un saluto a Luis, i suoi consigli sono stati davvero utili.

Zimmer war sauber und in gutem Zustand. Abweichend zu andren Hotels sollte man sein eigenes Duschgel dabei haben.

It is very central. Room spacious and clean. Very quiet. Bathroom spacious and spotless. Sandra very friendly and very very helpful. Metro 5 minutes away and supermarket close by. Would recommend. Stayed four nights and will definitely be returning to stay again. Had a small fridge in room which was useful. Would be nice to have a kettle in room. No complaints. It was excellent.

The stay at this guest house was absolutely amazing! The room was clean, the location was on point, facilities were adequate for what a guest requires. Sandra who is the main host was so welcoming and could never do enough to make her guests feel welcome. She looked after my stuff when I arrived too early. She ironed my shirts for me, gave me extra towels and most of all gave me the best advice on places to visit while I was in the city. I can not fault the property nor the host Sandra. Note for manager: Sandra is an absolute asset to your business and very much needs a pay rise! I will definitely be returning again and will recommend to anybody who wants to sample the best of Lisbon as a city.

A recepcionista Sandra é muito educada e prestativa. Tudo o q foi tratado foi comprido. Quarto simples e perfeito.

So for the amount of money we paid, tea & coffee would have been nice.Providing soap & shampoo should also be considered & more detail to dusting the room would have been appreciated.

Our superior ensuit suite was very small, smaller than advertised(20sqm), not even room to put luggages

Absolutely loved this Guest House - if you arent an experienced traveller dont worry that there are no onsite staff as there would be at a hotel. Sandra is there 9-6 and Luis is accessible by phone. You have your own code to access the building and, of course, a key for your room (yes - a key no temperamental key cards here). The area seemed very safe with lots of evening activity (not noisy though). The place is newly decorated - very simple but clean and spacious (for Europe). Bathroom was particularly nice and the bed was comfortable. Building is difficult to find if you are not familiar with Lisbon so we recommend you use the shuttle from the airport (arrange with Luis). The location is perfect for those of us who enjoy walking and wandering to find wonderful gems in terms of restaurants and shops. Close to all major historic sites (10-30 minute walks) but metro stations are not far (Rossio is 10 min). Take Lazarro when walking to the metro to the major squares as it will save a lot of time and., although steep, is not as steep as some. The old town of Lisbon is very hilly (hotel on a steep incline too) so be prepared. Library down the road has free computer access but hotel has free wifi. Be sure to take your own toiletries though as they arent available in the room. We travel light because we are seniors and dont need to be hauling heavy bags but everything we needed was nearby.I could go on and on - this place is wonderful and Sandra and Luis are great people.

Great location if you able bodied and happy to walk up hill and do lots of steps. Room was really comfortable albeit basic. ie no hair dryer or mirror in the room. Bathroom was clean and happy to share with room next door, except our sharers didn’t consider this and spent way far to long in there. This was problematic for us first thing in the morning. A polite notice regarding consideration for fellow bathroom users would be beneficial.

Alles war bei uns supergelaufen! Die Angestellete sind sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das hotel befindet sich ung. 15 minuten zu Fuss bis Centrum.

Monolocale al piano terra , molto pulito, con arredamento nuovo, fornito di piano cottura, bollitore,frigo; inoltre erano presenti forno, forno a micronde, lavastaviglie (apparentemente nuovi, ma non utilzzati). A pochi metri piccolo supermarket e , a pochi minuti sia la metro che il centro. Non avendo con noi l'auto (sconsigliabile a lisbona) non abbiamo avuto bisogno di parcheggio ma credo sia problematico trovarlo. in conclusione => CONSIGLIABILE.

Very comfortable bed and nice owners. Could be improved with some additions: bin in the room, shower gel/shampoo samples in the (shared) bathroom, at least one small mirror in the room. Location is not the best but ok considering the prices to Uber your way around.

Das Bad ist sehr neu, die Dusche schön groß, alles sehr sauber. Es gibt einen großen Schrank und einen Wäscheständer für Handtücher etc. Wir hatten sogar einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer, den wir gut gebrauchen konnten. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig im Allgemeinen und auch liegt es in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Der Besitzer Luis und seine Angestellte Sandra waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation funktionierte per Telefon und Email einwandfrei. Wir waren 3 Nächte dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Fußweg zur nächsten Metro-Station Intendante ist 5 Minuten. Man kann aber auch super in 20 Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt gehen. Wir fanden die Lage perfekt. Mit dem Bus fährt man von dort 30 Minuten zum Flughafen Lissabon.

The lady showed us our room is English speaking, very friendly and nice. The room is a bit small but very clean and modern.

Der Eigentümer des Hotels empfing uns sehr freundlich und gab uns ausführliche Reisetipps.Das Zimmer war modern. Das Zentrum ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Der einzige Minuspunkt war die Größe des Zimmers und die Bezeichnung. Es wurden 20m2 in der Beschreibung genannt, es war jedoch ungefähr nur halb so groß und zu zweit schon sehr eng.Zudem wird es als „Superior Suite“ betitelt, es ist jedoch ein ganz normales Zimmer. Wir würden das Zimmer weiterempfehlen.

Остановился в отеле на 4 ночи. Номер был чистым и уютным, с напольными кондиционером. Полотенца меняют каждый день. На ресепшене может работать парень, не говорящий по-английски, о чем за ранее предупреждает владелец отеля. Проблем с заселением не было.

This is not a hotel, more of a nice condo. Brand new/updated everything. The place is super clean and modern.It is near a nice park and not a far walk from the city center.

Luis and Junior are fantastic. Luis picked us up at the airport after our arranged shuttle failed to show. He gave us a quick overview of downtown and recommended amazing restaurants. An easy walk to see and do lots!!

Idéalement placé dans Lisbonne pour faire (presque ) tout à pied. Chambre neuf et confortable très bonne aceuil de la part du patron . Comptez 60€ la nuit (semaine du 15 août ) .

He de admitir que al recibirnos no habia nadie, ya nos informaron mediante un correo de como entrar en las habitaciones, nos dieron un codigo de entrada el cual estaba mal y llovia, despues de tocar la puerta una chica salio y nos dio el codigo bien y ya pudimos entrar, pasamos un mal rato por la lluvia, al dia siguiente Luis ( el encargado ) se disculpó, asi que no pasa nada, la habitacion esta super bien, el baño algo pequeño, en general la estancia estuvo genial, repetiremos seguro a pesar de ese pequeño incidente :D

Simple but very comfy place for your stay for a trip to Lisbon. The rooms are nice and clean, the service is lovely and with its great location you only a few minutes to walk to get into the city or directly to the Castello de S. Jorge, f.e.

Ist etwas abseits gelegen, mit der Metro jedoch erreichbar, muss jedoch einen Hügel hoch. Alles sehr neu, gepflegt und ohne Schimmel. Für eine Pension und Portugal wirklich sehr schön. In der Beschreibung war jedoch nicht angegeben, dass man das Badezimmer mit einem anderen Raum teilen muss, daher leider nur 3 Sterne. So fair sollte man schon sein. Möglich das der Hinweis in einer anderen Sprache vorhanden ist. CheckIn und so kein Problem.

Kleines Guesthouse in günstiger Lage, weil die Busanbindung nur 50 m entfernt ist. Mietwagen in Lissabon ist völlig überflüssig, da die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (Metro, Bus,Elektrica) super funktionieren. Keine Parkplatzsuche und keine Probleme mit Beschädigungen am Fahrzeug, da dies in Lissabon wohl üblich ist. Die S-Bahn vom Cais do Sodre bringt einen an viele Strände in Richtung Cascais.
