Après une première nuit parfaite au Monte Belvedere, hôtel faisant partie du même réseau, le Tesouro da Baixa nous a totalement convaincu ! Tout d’abord, le personnel est disponible, très accueillant, et très arrangeant : ils nous ont rapidement trouvé une solution suite à l’annulation de notre vol retour vers la France. La chambre, perchée au 6ème étage était parfaite : grand lit, superbe salle de bain et une belle vue sur le château de St Jorge et sur la mer. Enfin, le petit déjeuner est excellent : bien garni, diversifié, et les beignets à la cannelle sont à tomber par terre ! Je recommande vivement le réseau d’hôtels du SHIADU et notamment le Tesouro pour son emplacement stratégique, au cœur de la ville.

Een pareltje in het centrum. Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel en een super verblijf gehad. Helaas was het maar voor 1 nachtje. Maar als je een kleinschalig centraal gelegen hotel zoekt hoef je zeker niet verder te kijken.

Die perfekte Lage für einen Aufenthalt in Lissabon! Mitten in der Stadt liegt dieses tolle Guesthouse mit unglaublich herzlichen Menschen und leckerem Frühstück! Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch die Free Walking Tour mit Raphael.

Great place to stay! - Wonderful attentive staff - Amazing home made breakfast - Bright and spacious room - Location, location, location A couple of things could be improved: - The room bathroom was tiny and some obvious details were not taken care of (missing toilet paper support, ineffective shower screen) - The reception hall, with great deco, could be more welcoming out of breakfast time. I didn't understand if it was possible to have a drink or just hang out in there. The upside of this is that it was very quiet during the night (our room was very close to the area).

El hotel está apenas a unos minutos del centro y hay una parada de metro a la vuelta de la esquina (literalmente 30 metros). Tuvimos problemas por unos vecinos de habitación que eran ruidosos y enseguida nos cambiaron de habitación. Las dos habitaciones eran amplias, bien acondicionadas y limpias. El desayuno es variado y el personal muy amable. Hotel muy recomendable.

The front desk staff was so nice and helpful and they offered us a free upgrade. The rooms were exactly as pictured and it was all in all a great experience.

위치가 정말 환상! 직원들 끝장나게 친절! 체크인 시 지도를 주며 여행에 대한 팁을 열심히 설명해준다. 조식때 주는 신선한 오렌지 주스가 넘나 좋았다. 신기하게 아이들이 우리애 말고 거의 없었는데 아이가 머물기도 좋은 곳이다. 게스트하우스라고 쓰고 호텔이라고 부르겠다. 게스트 하우스의 프렌들리한 장점을 결합한 호텔이라고 부르고 싶다. 여느 오성급 호텔 보다도 방청소나 친절도가 더 좋았다. 인간적으로 너무도 정이 가는 친절한 직원들! 나도 저런 성격이면 좋겠다 동경했음! 정말 불만 가질게 하나도 없는 곳이다. 마지막으로! 위치가 환상인데도 너무 너무 조용한 곳이다. 외부 소음이 거의 없음.

Hôtel très agréable : confortable, personnel convivial et prompt à nous aider et à nous conseiller, petit déjeuner varié avec beaucoup de produits frais. Petit bémol, on entend beaucoup les bruits du couloir ou des chambres du dessus, ce qui peut être un peu gênant si d'autres hôtes sont un peu bruyant.

The room is huge on the 6th floor and cozy. However, no parking near by either a close by public parking 40 EU per day or a 10 min walk parking for 25eu per day.. Nice service they have and very helpful. They are ready to assist you for a tour around

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, it was a pleasant experience. Staff is super friendly and helpful. They offer a great variety of food items for breakfast in their buffet. In addition they also offer freshly squeezed orange juice and fresh omelet. Coffee machine is available 24/7. Breakfast was delicious! Also, this hotel has a great location, so you can conveniently walk to a lot of touristy destinations. Rooms are very tidy and spacious, windows are noise proof. Highly recommend this hotel.

It was AMAZING hotel. Everythingvwas perfect. (The place, breakfast, managers and more..) Except when you sleep, I heard everything from the next room like showering, talking so I couldn't sleep at all. Still the hotel was GREAT

Would highly recommend this boutique style hotel. The staff are very friendly and can't do enough for you, even recommending a lovely steakhouse to eat at and booking the table for us. Breakfast was good and the suite we stayed in was beautiful and spaceous and the queen bed lovely and comfortable. And one of the most important things for me, spotlessly clean.

Superbe " guesthouse " très bien située , très bien tenue, très calme ! Pas de façade d' hôtel, juste une porte entre deux vitrines d' un même magasin derrière laquelle un couloir vous mène à un ascenseur ! Surprenant ! Et au 3ème, la réception où l' accueil est à la hauteur des lieux et du décor ! Je recommande cet hôtel ! Excellente adresse !

The entrance is daunting, but the hotel inside is very nice and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel, especially the staff. Locations is great, close to Metro and buses. Breakfast is nice as well. Rooms are nice and comfy. The only bad thing is the noisy coridor. It has a wooden floor, and the rooms are not sound proof. Whenever other guests come back at night, you can hear their steps, voices and doors opening and closing. It was very irritating for me since i'm a light sleeper.

Stayed here in June excellent location for exploring the city by foot. The hotel staff were very hospitable and had some great knowledge of their City. Our room was bright clean and quirky and the bed was super comfy. breakfast is buffet style well presented good selection. if you'd like a great boutique hotel different to the others this is it.

Encantada con este lugar, unas instalaciones informales pero no por ello de menor calidad. La habitación tenía un buen tamaño, con café de cortesía y algunos amenities. Cama muy cómoda y sobretodo los cojines, que además había dos por persona, que no suele ser lo normal. Ducha fantástica, fácil de regular y la presión y temperatura constante. El desayuno era tipo buffet con varias opciones. No lo tienen a la vista, pero si lo pedís os dan leche de soja. Y encantada tambien con la atención que nos prestó Joao, con indicaciones de la ciudad pero sobretodo con mucha amabilidad. Volvemos seguro!!!

Un alojamiento perfecto. Ubicado en un enclave perfecto, se encuentra muy cerca del centro y de los transportes. Las habitaciones son grandes y muy confortables. Sobre la decoración del hotel sólo tengo elogios. Con un buen gusto sobre restauración de muebles antiguos, cada rincón se encuentra decorado. Sobre la atención, solo tengo elogios. Especialmente dar las gracias a Joao por su simpatía y todas las explicaciones tan útiles que nos dijo. El desayuno, buffet libre, aunque no dispone de mucha variedad todo esta muy bueno y de gran calidad.

위치, 조식, 뷰 모든게 완벽했던 숙소. 24시간 동안 라운지(?)에서 커피나 차를 즐길 수 있다는 점도 너무나 좋았습니다. 조식 때 제공해주는 오렌지 착즙 주스와 계란요리도 굉장히 맛있었어요. 특히 체크인 때부터 체크아웃 때까지 너무나 친절하게 응대해줬던 John이 쭉 기억에 남을 것 같습니다. 이곳에서의 경험이 정말 좋았기 때문에 다음에 포르투갈 여행을 한다면 shiadu 계열 숙소에 묵으려구요. Obrigada, John. You made my day in Lisbon !

Really loved this place! The “lobby” area is cozy and funky with plenty of seating. Check in was quick and efficient and the gentleman was very friendly and very helpful. Without asking he had taken out a map and started showing me areas of the city to see which was a really nice touch. Every-time I asked reception a question they were always really knowledgeable and more than happy to help out. The hotel was very clean as was the room. The room was fantastic! Great size, cozy and stylish furniture, nice size washroom that was in tip top shape and the window even opened which was a great touch! I love being able to have some fresh air. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of comfy pillows. Although the hotel was on a busy street I found it to be very quiet. It is also in a very central area so if your looking to walk everywhere then this is your place! Close to many main sites, the train station, shops and restaurants. If your in Lisbon I highly recommend staying here. Thank you Shiadu team for the amazing service and great accommodation!

일단 룸이 진짜 넓고 예쁘게 인테리어도 잘 되어 있습니다. 언덕도 없고 지하철역과 가까워요 창도 많아서 좋았고 직원 응대도 친절했습니다

Staff are very helpful and efficient. Great location (very near to Rossi station) and close to all attractions and restaurant. Breakfast was excellent. Room is very spacious and clean. Would stay there again definitely.

Familiäre Atmosphäre in zentraler Lage

Given good reviews, I had high expectations. The property exceeded them. A few particular things: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My "room" turned out to be a small apartment -- a spacious three-room suite. It was tastefully decorated and had space for me to work, a well-apointed bathroom, and a comfortable bed. There was a balcony with views of the castle. Breakfast had a variety of appealing prepared options (hot and cold), plus coffee drinks, orange juice, and eggs, all brewed/squeezed/cooked to order. I stay at 10-15 hotels per year around the world for work travel, and this place is really top-tier. it's rare to find a property that has the local character and friendly service of a small property, but the professionalism of a larger operation. This is one. I would stay again, and hope to (whether I make it back to Lisbon for work or even better if I'm able to make a vacation trip with family).

Hôtel central très propre décoration très agréable et vintage. Dommage la douche n'est pas pratique et salle de bain très, très petite. Petit déjeuner sympathique. Il est malgré tout très dommage de ne pas avoir eu une chambre éloignée du bruit de l'ascenseur bien que nous l'ayons demandé à notre réservation il y a 3 mois au minimum.

Stayed for 4 nights in August. Staff were very good and hotel in excellent location. Free breakfast is extensive and very varied and freshly made. Staff had loads of recommendations that they were happy to give out. There is a bit a noise from within the hotel as the wooden floors do not absorb all the sound but apart from that it is very good. Be aware that the door is very discreet and in between two shoe shops.

1) Pretty good breakfast here! 아침 맛있어요!! 입장 동시에 오렌지 주스 한잔 주고, 요청하면 스크램블 에그나 계란 후라이 만들어 줍니다! 2) 6층 썼는데 참고로 6층은 5층까지 엘베타구 올라가서 계단으러 올라가야 하는 곳에 있습니다. 계단은 좀 좁아서 혼자 캐리어 끌고 올라가는데 고생 많이 했어욬ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ휴 그래도 룸 컨디션 괜찮았고 공간 널직하니 좋았습당

Excellent hôtel avec tout le confort, bon lit, bonne douche . Bel accueil , on parle le français. Bon petit déjeuner. C'est très propre et à côté du métro mais sans entendre les bruits de la ville . Près de tout.

Stayed at your Hotel on Rum Dom Duarte 3, was the most pleasant Hotel experience we ever had! It started with quite a surprise when entering the Hotel and walking right into a shostore…, we have never ever meet such a marvelous (welcoming, friendly, smiling, etc) staff, it was really a pleasure being guest at this your Hotel. Really relaxed, friendly and welcoming boutique guesthouse. Fantastic central location, perfect for exploring Alfama and Bairro Alto districts. Nice breakfast and comfy beds. A perfect base for exploring the city. However, if you are looking for the full 'destination' hotel experience, i.e. spa, steam room, glitzy bar etc., this won't be for you. Staff were really helpful. All-in-all, a lovely place to stay.
