Nicely hostel in Lisbon is quite ok place to stay but not extremely good or something. I stayed there for 1 night. You have to pay for everything here. I asked to put my baggage and the staff asked me to pay and I was ready to pay as well and she said you have to collect it before 5 pm. It was bit strange. Anyway they have breakfast included and location is also fine as it's near metro station.

Después haber leído los comentarios previos de otros inquilinos, mejor de lo que me esperaba. En las fotos parece un espacio más amplio, hay bastante tráfico en el pasillo. Hay dos baños, uno es un aseo, si quieres ducharte tranquila tienes que madrugar bastante porque se forman colas increíbles. El desayuno es de 8 a 9 y bastante escueto, echamos de menos alguna fruta (ofrecen leche y sándwiches) Lo que nos llamó la atención fue que en la sala común (donde hay un sofá) por la noche duerme alguien, por lo que no sabemos si es gente que trabaja allí a cambio de casa o un huésped, lo cual me parece extraño porque hay que atravesar esa habitación para ir al aseo. Además, por las mañanas bloquea la puerta con la cama para que no puedas entrar al servicio, me parece horrible porque sin ese aseo solo hay un baño para muchas personas. Olvídate de tu intimidad, pero está claro que si vas a un albergue sabes a lo que vas. Cambian las sábanas y el baño se limpia, aunque la cortina de la ducha está con moho, aunque no todo es como vi en otros comentarios, aunque a veces los inquilinos dejan el baño encharcado. Las zonas para comer y desayunar son bastante minúsculas, si quieres toallas tienes que pagar 3 euros, lo que hace todo el mundo es llevarse su toalla. No vimos en ningún momento a los hijos de la dueña como leí en algunos comentarios. La organización puede llegar a ser un poco caótica. En general está limpio y los colchones son los típicos de Ikea. Esta bastante alejado del centro pero es un barrio agradable e interesante, si te gustan las cosas diferentes (del estilo de lavapies) En general lo recomiendo si no tienes otra opción, pero lo que más para atrás me echa es lo retirado que está del centro de Lisboa.

Je n'ai pas tellement apprécié cet endroit: les chambres sont trop petites et puis le fait qu'il n'y ai que 2 douches et 2 toilettes pour plus de 20 personnes je trouve ça extrêmement peu. Très peu de place pour manger et certaines chambres sont extrêmement froides. Les murs sont en train de pourrir et la propreté des chambres laisse à désirer.

Situato in una zona vicina alla metro che rende facile gli spostamenti verso il centro della città. Le camere vengono pulite tutti i giorni. Stessa cosa per i bagni. Personale disponibile. Purtroppo la tapparella della finestra era rotta e le tende non coprono abbastanza la luce. Altra nota negativa niente chiave per la camera, ma questo non sarebbe un problema se non fosse che i lucchetti a disposizione sono tutti uguali ed apribili tutti con la stessa chiave

NIE POLECAM Pani z recepcji zakwaterowała nas w schowku na sprzęt dla sprzątaczek. Oglądanie TV włąsciciel wyrwał mi pilot i powiedział że nie można przełączać kanałów zaś jego koleżanka burknęła że telewizor to nie zabawka więc po co on tam jest ? W kuchni brudno i przestarzałe sprzety. Toaleta to tragedia z grzybem na scianie i brudnym klozetem i podłągą lepiącą sie od syfu. W pokoju natomiast szafka zamykana na kłódkę która była zdezelowana i podklejona taśmą, zresztą jak zamek główny do całego obiektu.

GUT! Alles sehr sauber und gemütlich. Frischbezogenes Bett und nette zimmergenossen. Sehr nettes Personal. Die Stimmung war sehr familiär und man hat sich wohl gefühlt! Auch die Küche war perfekt eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr lecker und mit Brot und Müsli und saft und Käse und Wurst und Marmelade und Milch ...völlig ausreichend. Gut vom Flughafen zu erreichen, etwas versteckt. Es gibt nur ein kleines Türschild. Tolles Hostel für den Preis! Die Gastgeber Familie wat anwensend und wohnte dort wie zuhause, weshalb man sich selbst als störenfried vorkam. Etwas wenig Privatsphäre. Für den Preis trotzdem tolles Hostel und es hat nichts gefehlt!!!!! Schlecht: Die Dusche wechselte ständig ihre Temperatur zwischen eiskalt und kochend heiß, das war wirklich unangenehm, wurde aber vielleicht längst behoben. Leider war das Bad ständig besetzt und man musste oft waren und irgendwie schauen, dass man kurz reinkonnte.

Gutes Frühstück Leider sehr Versteckt (kleines Schild neben Tür weißt auf Hostel hin mehr nicht) Sehr freundlich Direkt bei einer Ubahn Station

Worst hostel I eve been. The place is ugly. The staff is really not nice. I bought to night but stayed jut one. I preferred to go to stay in an other place even if the nigh wasn't refoundable.

Because the girl who was working and living there (Daniela),don't respect all the people who stay there. I mean that She Is a good girl but It depends of her mood. Sometimes Is ok and another times Is not. She works there but she Is not the owner and the rules of the Hostel depending of her mood. If you want stay there for a little while Is ok but not for longer because she Is the BOSS.

Мне бы туда не хотелось возвращаться. Такой образ проживания все таки не для меня. Хотел чистый, но какой то бездушный. В проживание включён завтрак, но пародокс, что даже в 8.30. Уже кушать нечего. Да и продукты все самого низкого качества. Заместо масла - маргарин, сыр и кофе даже в рот не лезут. Даже проблема с полотенцами. Вобщем какая - то атмосфера равнодушия и холода

Funcionária do hostel só deixava 10 min de água quente e, aparentemente, desligava a água depois disso no meio do seu banho. Só 1 banheiro e sempre molhado. Chegamos de madrugada sem fazer muito barulho e ela achou que estávamos pegando comida do café da manhã. Péssimo hostel.

Llegamos al horario del check in y nos atendió una empleada bastante amable. La habitación y las zonas comunes son lindas pero sinceramente voy a dejar a continuación lo que nos hizo sentir incómodos y por eso mi puntuación de 1. Nuestro viaje fue en noviembre y el frío que hace en el hostel es descomunal. Estaba la en todo momento con Sweater y chaqueta del frío que hacía y cuando ibas al cuarto para dormir más frío todavía , la habitación helada. 0 calefacción. No me quiero imaginar en enero el frío que debe hacer. Esto hizo que estemos incómodos toda la estancia. El hostel tiene dos baños (uno en el pasillo y otro en el living ) pero una de las noches noté que el living estaba cerrado por lo que no podías entrar al baño. (Aparentemente duerme alguien en el living y por eso no dejaban entrar) . Eso me precio muy mal dado que quedaba un solo baño en todo el hostel. Todo el lugar es limpiado una vez al día pero teniendo en cuenta que hay un solo baño o a veces dos para TODO el hostel deberían limpiarlo por lo menos 3 veces al día ya que a la tarde ya está bastante sucio , mojado , con pelos etc. La cocina súper pequeña con dos 3 mesas súper chicas y pocas sillas. El desayuno incluye pan , jamón , queso , leche , café y leche. (El horario de 8 a 9) No hay café y/o te + azúcar el resto del día . Lo cual me parece mal ya que en todos los hostels que voy siempre tienen. Otra cosa que me pareció mal y muy exagerada es la cantidad de dinero que cobran por toallas €3, lavar la ropa sin secado €10 . Después te cobran por dejar las maletas antes del check in , por dejar maletas después del check in , por quedarse uno luego del check in, por ducharse luego del check in . Todo esto siempre lo veo gratis en los hostels . Reducen con muchísima agua el jabón de lavarse las manos y el detergente de la cocina lo que parece agua y no funciona. La zona en la que está ubicado no es fea pero está bastante alejada del centro, caminando se llega en 1 hr aprox. Básicamente hubo varias cosas fuera de lugar pero lo peor fue el frío que pasamos. No lo recomiendo

Booked a room for 2 nights. After arriving I got told that my booking (I payed online previously) is not in the system and they are fully booked. Lost my money, had to look for another hostel. Very unfriendly and not even tryed to help me out.

Lo de recepción 24 horas es mentira, dormiamos hacinados, solo dos baños para tanta gente (uno de ellos dentro de otro dormitorio donde dormia un chico), no pudimos usar la cocina para cenar, las taquillas son diminutas, las habitaciones sucias, no cambian las sábanas, para desayunar solo nos dejaban una bebida y dos tostadas (y a las 8:30 ya no quedaba casi nada), solo había 4 sillas para todos....en fin, mala relación calidad precio.

En una palabra, mal. Es barato, pero por el mismo precio y menos he estado en lugares mucho mejores. Las literas incómodas, hacen mucho ruido, el baño nada apetecible, no se dispone de gel ni toalla y en la cocina para el desayuno solo hay dos mesas pequeñas con 4 sillas.

Not so good. It's self catering hostel. If you just want to use hostel for taking rest then it's fine. Good point about this hostel is that it's near to metro station and is reasonable rates. (depends on the rush)

+The hostel is pretty clean and there is not a lot of noise from the streets. We where looking for a hostel where we could park our van. That did work very well. Since we stayed over the weekend it was for free. The breakfast was small, but with toast and jelly solid. -Nevertheless, we can not recommed to stay in this hostel, at all. First of all there is no one at the reception over night. So in both nights that we stayed there was a new guest arriving around 2 am. In order of getting into the hostel the people rang the bell, which you could hear very loudly and you woke up, even with ear pluggs!!!!!. Since there was no staff I opened the door once around 2 am and the arriving guest had to chose his own bed in just any room. There was no phonenumber or anything like that at the front door for those cases. The beds were a misery. Not just that they were worn out sooooo much, but also every movement caused a very loud noise and it was shaking a lot. I have stayed in many hostels before and this was an imposition. If you slept on the top bunk and someone turned on the light in the hallway you got woken up as well because there is a big window in every door. Another very interesting fact ist he location oft he bathrooms. Both have a small window which you have to open otherwise the steam wont fade. The windows are facing the „breakfastroom“ which is a small winter garden. Everytime weh ad breakfast we had to eat with a terrible smell of poop and listen to someone sitting on the toilet. The general atmosphere in the hostel is not very welcoming. The staff did ot care much for their customers and the atmosphere was ot very inviting to get to know other people. The showers were either super hot or super cold. The location oft he hostel was good for parking the car, but other than that it is a solid 30 minute walk away from downtown.

El staff es muy amigable pero el lugar es demasiado pequeño. La cocina es muy apretada y no caben más de 2 personas, lo cual es un problema cuando se sirve el desayuno. Los baños no tienen ventilación y los pasillos y cuartos están tan aromatizados que molesta la garganta.

Un infierno, hay moho por todas partes y las dueñas se aprobechan

This place was a nightmare! We had what I think was the hostels family running around all night with kids screaming. We were in a female dorm but an old man kept coming into our room who was a staff member from the hostel. I was getting undressed at one stage and my friend asked him to leave. He then told me I should get changed in the bathroom. There were two bathrooms for the whole hostel so there was always a huge line in the morning to use them. We ended up brushing our teeth and going to the toilet and McDonald's

There is not enough words to express how bad this hostel is! Absolutely worst experience ever! Me and my partner supposed to stay there for a 3 nights but we've run away after second night. The place is based in "converted" flat with one shower, tiny kitchen and a "social area" which is a small living room with 1 sofa. If you want to use the toilet be prepared to wait in a queue o 15 people. Kitchen is closed and locked from 10pm. There is a whole owners family living there including two small girls! Excluding my comfort I believe that it it extremely inappropriate to accommodate two small kids in the flat with 20 strangers rotating every day! Owner kept shouting at the kids a lot :( Broken heaters and mold on the walls in a rooms and in the bathroom. Totally disgusted by the fact that they don't change duvet covers and sheets for a new guests!!! On the top of that I've been over charged €6. Lady owner was insisting on tourist tax charge even if my booking clearly stated that tourist tax was included in the booking charge.

Nunca en todos mis viajes la pase tan mal como en este hostel. No suelo hacer estas cosas, pero en este caso me supero completamente y no auisiera que les suceda lo mismo!!! Un solo baño para 20 camas. En la descripción de booking dice recepcion las 24hs MENTIRA ABSOLUTA. De 8 a 22 es la recepción. Cunado llegue al hostel me atendio en pijama. Los espacios comunes son muy chicos para tanta gente y estan abiertos de 8 a 22. He realizado la visita a Sintra y llegue tarde al hostel. A las 21:30 me estaba preparando la cena, no llegue a terminar de comer y me vino a sacar un hombre que no era el dueño. Ni se les ocurra lavar la ropa ahí 10Euros y me la devolvio humeda. Al llegar a sevilla la tuve que volver a lavar. La mujer del hostel vive con sus dos hijas en el mismo lugar. Yo no tengo ningun problema de esto siempre y cuando se los trate con respeto. Me sobrepaso por completo (hubo un dia que vino la dueña a hablar a la habitacion y la nena de 4 años la asustó por detras, estaba jugando, la dueña se da vuelta y le gira un manotazo en la cara diciendole no es momento de jugar estoy trabajando). INACEPTABLE. No deja ser mas que importante. Es la casa de la dueña y por mas que estes durmiendo ella va a entrar y salir de la habitación cuando quiera y en el momento que quiera sin golpear. Y por ultimo, no cambian las SABANASSS. Tienen mantas que cubren las camas y las arreglan para que entre otra persona sin cambiarlas. De esta manera les dejo mi comentario, tuve el garron de quedarme una semana alli y vivir todo esto. Espero qud a nadie le pase!!

I don't know how people can leave a good review of this hostel. The most unpleasant thing - and almost worth a report, I'd say - is that the two daughters of the owner live in the (extremely small) hostel. And I'm saying it was uncomfortable not because I couldn't sleep - I felt uncomfortable FOR THEM: because they didn't have their own room or space (they shared a common room with the hosts), because they couldn't possibly sleep well at night since hosts were coming and going at every hour (they had dark circles around the eyes), because their mother runs that place alone and there's lots of stuff to do and so she was (understandably) quite stressed out, and she manage to stay calm and kind with the hosts, but absolutely not with her children - she was constantly yelling at them, screaming, I felt very very sad and angry with her. Other cons: - only one bathroom for the whole place: ridiculous. The line was a constant issue. - poor organization of the beds: I came back to the hostel on my second (long-planned) night, and there was a new guy sleeping in my bed - because the owner "got confused" (and I heard it was not the first time it happened). - not comfortable mattresses. - the breakfast was quite dull. Also, the two daughters eat it with the hosts too. - the common areas are completely closed from 22:00 to 08:00 (more or less, can't remember exactly). (the owner was sleeping on the sofa of the common area, when she could find time to rest). Also, they are very very small. It's not a hostel where you can enjoy the common spaces and get to know the other hosts. - but again, above all: the family living there. I'm so sorry but I don't think it's a good situation for the children. An international and young environment can of course be very positive and stimulating, but not that way. I'm sure this business helps a lot that family - clearly not a rich one - so I feel bad discrediting it, but I wholeheartedly think something has to change.

Horrible experience. The space is way too small, the staff is unpleasent and not helping, not even saying you hello in the morning. They didn't make the receipt of cash payment. The beds are uncomfortable and of the cheapest quality, they move at every breath you make. There is just one only bathroom for all the approximately 30 guests, and is moreover very dirty and full of hair of any shape and kind. If you choose this hostel you are going to live in a tiny apartment with too many people in it. You better avoid it.

Dommage que je ne puisse pas mettre 0. Ayant effectué une réservation sur internet, je me suis rendue a '' l'hôtel '', très mauvais accueil, la personne m'a dit qu'elle ne me trouvait pas sur la liste et je n'ai donc pas pu effectuer mon séjour a l'hôtel. Il ne parle ni anglais ni espagnol, seulement Portugais donc c'était assez embêtant. J'ai donc du aller dans un autre hôtel au dernier moment. De plus c'est très sal.

Unbelievably bad. They say they have 24 hour front desk. But when I reached there around 2 am, they didn't attend the call or open the door. We waited for an hour trying to reach them but in vain. Worst experience in my entire trip.

Um lugar gostoso, bem aconchegante em um excelente ponto. Proximo ao metro e comércios.

Fiz a reserva pelo booking e coloquei o cartão de crédito como garantia, como é solicitado. Paguei pessoalmente, assim que cheguei ao hostel. Porém, ao verificar minha fatura de cartão de crédito, o valor foi cobrado novamente! Espero que o Nicely Hostel repare o erro. Até o presente momento, tendo em vista o relatado, não recomendo!

Really clean and tidy hostel. The finishing of the interior is immaculate. The hostel is cleaned regularly from top to bottom; a rarity in hostels. The owner and staff are friendly and helpful. You are required to leave between 12 and 2 every day so the place can be cleaned.

We stayed in this Hostel for 5 nights. The first impression you get is that it is very clean. The days there are like this: you wake up and want to go to the bathroom, therfore you usually have to wait at least 10 min because there are only two bathrooms for too many people. The breakfast is not really good, while I was there everyone had additional his own stuff to eat. Afterwards everyone leaves of course to visit the city. During this time they clean the hostel. By cleaning I mean they are even tidying up your stuff, put it somewhere in a cupboard, even your wet towel isn't allowed to hang down from the bed. ( So wether you put your towel on the laundry rack, which is in the smoker area or it will never dry) For dinner you can use the kitchen, but it is too tiny to have just two groups cooking at the same time. In the common room and in the kitchen there are not enough chairs/ sofas for all the people who are staying in this hostel to sit down. Even though it is veryy clean, it is very stressfull to stay because of the big ammount of people in this small appartment with just 2 bathrooms.
