A recepção foi simpática porém não falavam quase nada de português , o problema é que a cama fazia bastante barulho e eu dormi perto da janela e levei com uma corrente de ar mesmo com a janela fechada. Contundo eram simpáticos

The place is very nice, very well located and the people working here are very polite. The only thing is that nobody that works here speaks Portuguese, which is strange given were in Portugal. But for me that wasnt an issue as I myself am far more comfortable with English.

Attention in this hostel, swindlers, they kept my money offering what they do not have. Atención con este hotel! Son unos estafadores! Se quedan con el dinero aunque quieras cancelar la reserva. Y booking no responde por tu dinero. Atenção com estes bandidos, se fazem reserva e quer cancelar ficam com todo o dinheiro na mesma. O Booking não garante nada! I booked for 2 nights because the evaluation on the trivago was good and the photos seemed to have conditions, but in reality the shared room has no conditions and smells like tobacco. Not refundable and do not speak English or Portuguese very well

This hostel is basially a big apartment converted in to a hostel. Its a little hard to find as there is no big flashing sign on the doors of the flat, but the place is warm, clean and new. You have access to a kitchen, good Wi-Fi and a balcony. The rooms are rather cramped up with beds but every bed has an electrity plug. There are only two showers and toilets but that never posed a problem. Everything is very clean and the staff were super helpful with all I needed. Good price for a good hostel

Couldn't even find the entrance or any marking for this property. I had to stay at another expensive hotel for the night because of this.

Very nice place, with big and clean rooms! The downtown was near! And the neighborhood was peacefull with a lots stores , banks and nice people!

I booked a night at this hostel, went to go check-in, left and will never look back. I did not have cash on me & the man at the front desk called the owner to see what to do. The owner talked (yelled) to me on the phone and asked me what kind of person does not carry small cash on them. Then he told me if I wanted to cancel I needed to call the site I booked through, I told him I did not have a working phone in Portugal and he told me that I have nothing and acted as if I was the dirt he walks on. He was so rude to me that he made me cry, I think this represents the business more then the place that they offer for sleeping. I came late at night (as a solo female traveler) and did not have any other options after he kicked me out. Don’t waste your time, you can find a hostel that actually cares about you and your safety. I have stayed at hundreds of hostels and have never felt the need to write a bad review.

Several beds in Each room.80*180 is small and do is the space when you sit on the lower bed. IT is at the 4th and 5th floor and the lift goes to 3. You need to go up some more. It is close to Saldanha metro station, from the airport easy with metro ( better than any bus) Pictures are taken from the balcony onthe back

Hard to find since is not a big sign at the door. Rooms nothing like the picture. Staff nice and place clean.

It is maybe the worst place to stay.. the receptioner guy is very unhelpful, also you cannot book with payment at place because they will charge your card anyway. We booked for 3 nights, did not resist the first night, of course had to pay for all three nights, no refounds. The COMMON bathroom is messy and the rooms are small. No parking place. Simply the worst experience in Lisbon!

passei lá a noite e não tenciono voltar, é preferível pagar um pouco mais e ficar numa coisa em condições. Os quartos são pequenos e têm demasiadas camas, é impossível uma pessoa se mexer lá dentro. A casa de banho não tinha qualquer plano de limpeza, por isso não consigo precisar se terá sido limpa ou não. É necessário pagar todos os extras como TOALHA, MANTA, etc...

Lugar agradável, boas instalações. Pouco barulho, empregado noturno leonardo a envolver com rapariga brasileira, sofá da receção perturbando os hóspedes dormir. Isso não deveria existir.

Leider überhaupt kein empfehlenswertes Hostel... Das Personal ist zwar freundlich aber leider konnte uns niemand was Tipps für die Stadt angeht. Bei der Frage nach einer Stadtkarte wurde auf Google Maps verwiesen... Die Zimmer waren sauber aber auch sehr heruntergekommen und im ganzen Hostel gibt es zwei Bäder sodass man ständig warten musste...außerdem waren die Bäder in einem sehr schlechten Zustand und dadurch dass so viele Leute nur zwei Bäder nutzen auch sehr dreckig. Zu allem Überfluss ist das Hostel auch noch sehr hellhörig...da man keinen Schlüssel für die Haustür bekommt und man immer klingeln muss kommt man also Nachts garnicht zu Ruhe weil es ständig klingelt. Überall im Hostel waren Zeichen dass Rauchverbot herrscht, das Personal rauchte auch selbst im Aufenthaltsraum... Da wegen der Klingel 24 Stunden jemand an der Rezeption sitzen musste, gab es dort auch ein reges treiben...das Personal scheint sich Freunde einzuladen die mit ihnen die Nachtwache schieben und das ist ganz schön lärmintensiv...trotz Bitten wurde der Lärm auch um 2 Uhr Nachts nicht abgestellt... Insgesamt also kein empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Zumal sie auch weit entfernt ist vom Stadtzentrum...

CHINCHES! NEFASTO, HORRIBLE. Peor desayuno de hostal, ni es hostal, es un departamento convertido en negocio. CHINCHES. Desperté y encontré decenas de chinches en mis sábanas, no les importó a los trabajadores. Estuve todo el mes con ronchas EN TODO EL CUERPO, con comezón y dolor. Fueron cerca de 200 picaduras. PEOR HOSTAL AL QUE HE IDO en toda mi viajera vida. EVÍTENLO!!!

Nice price for the hostel, friendly people, but the price reffers to what you get, one big shared room, no breakfast but there is a kitchen, onlly 2 bathrooms, nice balcony thoug

Experiencia nefasta estoy teniendo, en la habitación no hay taquilla.con candado ni espacio para dejar la maleta, no te guardan las maletas en recepcion pornque no tienen maletero, es una casa convertida en hostak, mas bien casa de huéspedes, solo hay dis baños y uno esta arriba, es.superrrr ruidiso, las camas cada vez que te mueves ka.de abaho o la.de arriba suena demasiado y re despuertas por ella.ruiso de la.litera, no hay zona comun, solo.u aotra cocina suoer pequeña con un balconcito, ayer se netieron dos chicas que eran pareja en una misna cama, por ko.que eramos 5 en habitacion de 4, todo el.tiempo molestando, tuve q echar a una. Merece la pena pagar mas.y buscar otro lugar, lo.único bueno es que es céntrico, pero no vais a poder dormir con tantos ruidos.

Para empezar cancelar no es una opción,si lo haces te cobrarán igualmente lo que hayas pagado por la habitación.No es un hotel de verdad es un piso donde te alquilan habitaciones y los dos baños que hay están compartidos entre todos y nunca están libres. Supuestamente la estancia incluye desayuno,pero es mentira. No hay toallas para la ducha, ni aire acondicionado,ni tele.Tampoco hay persianas ni cortinas por lo que el vecino de enfrente ve en todo momento lo que estás haciendo. Hay ruido a todas horas porque la gente no para de entrar y salir.No hay llave de la entrada por lo que tienes que llamar por telefonillo cada vez que sales y esperar un buen rato a que abran. El check out es a las 11 aunque en mayoría de los sitios es a las 12. Horrible experiencia.

Don't recommend!! I know its cheap option, but you might pay a bit more and stay somewhere else. At first is not easy to find this place. No signs, no directions. We got lost… Two bathrooms( wc included) for the staff and all guests. Thats not enough at all. They got third room, its still closed, but quantity of bathrooms is not changing!! No rules about noise. Ppl are walkin around, switching lights on, talking, laughing during the night. Even if they are downstairs, they are noisy and receptionists are takin a part of it. Ppl are smoking in the kitchen, on the rooms balcony too, so smell in the room and on your clothes if You put them to get dry. Bedclothes were dirty, hair after prev guests… oh well. On the second floor balcony door is broken, unfortunately my bed was in a worse location … were freezing during the night… that's unacceptable!!!

This "hostel" is located on the top floor of a building with no signs. Very difficult to find. There are just two toilets for about twenty people, and the shower curtains fell even if I pull it slightly. Disappointing overall, but it is, undoubtedly, cheap.

Pros: Had a nice balcony. Friendly service. Cons: Lack of bathrooms/toilets compared to the number of beds. Was a real struggle to get out on time since the toilets are always occupied. Breakfast was not that great. Could have had more options. Hostel was on top of an apartment on the top floor hence cannot make any noise. So not great if you go with bunch of friends. Received many complaints from neighbors and the police was called once.

Em tempos um hostel de boa qualidade, mudou de gerencia e staff em Fevereiro 2017. Actualmente tem muitas regras, hospedes obrigados a sair das 11h as 14h, fraco pequeno almoço, e funcionario indiano mal-educado e racista. Camas qualidade razoavel.

Muito barulho até tarde (perto da 1h). O quarto cheirava a tabaco, devido ao fumo que vinha do quarto ao lado. A casa de banho estava sempre ocupada, sendo preciso esperar à porta para conseguir lá ir.

To avoid! This is not a hostel for travelers, there they were mainly 30-50 old men, working in the city. The rooms have almost no space to walk, they were even some beds with inflatable mattresses! Only two bathrooms for a lot of people. No common area, any place to rest. Staff really unfriendly. I paid for three nights, but I ended up staying just one day and loosing the rest of the money A evitar! No es un Hostel para viajeros, esta ocupado sobre todo por hombres trabajadores de unos 30-50 años. Las habitaciones estan llenas de camas a reventar, sin sitio para caminar. Había incluso algunas camas con colchones hinchables! Solo dos baños para toda la gente que había allí metida. No tiene salón o sala en común, solo una cocina enana. El staff, muy desagradable. Pague por tres noches, pero me fui después de la primera y perdí mi dinero, ese sitio era insoportable!!!

首先，價格很便宜，這是我能說出的少數優點。離車站近，但是不太好找，因為沒有招牌，只有門鈴上標示hostel。住宿品質只能說差勁頭頂，房間像集中營似的，快30個床位，只有一間浴室，而且浴室和廁所是一起的，所以呈獻在一直排隊用廁所的狀態，洗個澡10分鐘一直有人來敲門，搞得我洗得很緊張。床也很差，我一個女生不算太高，睡下鋪坐起來會撞到床頂，床墊薄到我可以感覺到床架，我猜這絕對是兒童雙層床，上鋪一翻身簡直像大地震一樣，不誇張我真的被震醒了，附的早餐就是喜瑞爾+味道奇怪的優格和牛奶，還有難吃的麵包，我直接不吃去外面買了(後來去超市買牛奶和優格發現也是這個味道，可能葡萄牙的牛奶就是這樣)。另外，住宿管理員和一些長期住客晚上都會載歌載舞到深夜(超過半夜12點)，老實說，就算下次免費我也不可能再去住了。

The hostel is just right at the center and it is quite new but a bit crowded. Nevertheless, you can cook there and the staff are helpful.

Lugar barato sim, mas as condições não são boas tem um banheiro ou casa de banho para 20 pessoas, um vaso sanitário só, tem que enfrentar fila para tomar banho ou fazer necessidades, pouca ventilação, lugar propício para transmissão de doenças respiratórias pelo número de pessoas que recebe e o pouco espaço, só o preço que é bom e que fica perto do metrô estação Saldanha.

Good, quiet hostel. Can be missed while looking for it. I advice to look for the building's intercom.Great stay although with helpful stuff. Very clean. Only 2 bathrooms for all guests. Be ready for queuing up if you in rush. For my stay hostel fits perfectly.

Possui o menor custo, apesar da Staff ser muito legal ( com o indiano se você não fala inglês terá certo empecilho ), tem a realidade de apenas 2 banheiros para todo Hostel e não possui áreas comuns para a socialização ( o mais próximo disso é a cozinha na hora da janta, mas é pequena), WiFi intermediária, e a cozinha do Hostel fecha das 11:00 até 14:00 e as 23:00 fecha novamente ( vai ser necessário panejamento ).

Muito bem localizado, próximo ao metrô e a bares e restaurantes. O staff muito atencioso.

Tiene los servicios básicos (cama, wifi y desayuno incluido) y una higiene correcta. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, no hay puertas que las separen y tienen muchas camas. Tampoco hay zonas comunes (solo un par de pequeñas terrazas). Para todos los inquilinos que se alojan hay solo dos baños (insuficiente del todo).

The staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast is simple but good. Unfortunately there are few bathrooms so you need to do queue when you need it. There is a very weird rule: the hostel closes for cleaning from 11am to 2pm. All guests should leave the hostel during this period. We hanged out in the night and would like to sleep, so it was annoying.
