We really enjoyed our stay at Almaria-Da Corte Apartments. The location is great and the staff were fantastic. The apartment itself was perfect with everything you need.

The apartment was nicely decorated, spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the general atmosphere was a feeling of hospitality. The service was great, and staff cleaned our apartment nicely every day. Food was also replenished, and we got a bottle of champagn at the ne of our stay.
Would recommend staying here during your trip to Lisbon, enjoy!

Nice room however our room had no toiletries and then on two occasions we were left without towels. Also advice given to us by the staff on getting around was not very accurate.

Delizioso appartamento a due passi dal centro. Molto pulito e ben organizzato, dotato di elettrodomestici utilissimi quali ad esempio la lavasciuga. Buona anche la colazione proposta. Non molto comodo l'orario della reception dalle 10 del mattino alle 19. Lo consiglio assolutamente.

Such nice apartments, very cute with everything you would need and the location is absolutely perfect and amazing people at the desk. Really great breakfast benefits and we used it for lunch sometimes too.

Fabulous apartment with everything you need. Mercedes is amazing and speaks fluent english, german and french. I recommand this place !

Positive: The position was very good and within easy walking distance of small restaurants and supermarket.. Negative: Cupboard space for clothes was limited and luggage had to be stored in living room as there was not enough space in the bedroom. For a couple of days during our stay, there were 2 groups of bachelor parties staying at the hotel and they were very drunk and noisy at all hours.

Positive: Small breakfast was ideal.
Manager Henriques was extremely helpful in getting our bags back after they missed our connection in Paris.
Nothing was too much trouble for all the staff - top to bottom. Negative: Although there is a lift to the rooms, getting to the back door (which is the better exit whilst staying there) does entail quite a few steps.

Positief: Heel charmant en gezellig ingericht. Schoon. Lekkere broodjes en sinaasappels om zelf te persen bij het ontbijt.. Negatief: Douchedeur sloot slecht waardoor vloer helemaal nat werd.

Positiv: Das Appartment entspricht der Beschreibung / Fotos und ist unglaublich schön, gut ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hält für Gäste auch eine Restaurant-Liste abseits der bekannten Touristenplätze bereit. In der Früh gibt es einen Croissant / Brötchenservice. Würden wieder dort hingehen. Absolute Empfehlung!. Negativ: Dies ist keine Kritik sondern lediglich ein Hinweis: Wir hatten Glück und haben einen Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus gefunden. Parken ist dort aber kostenpflichtig und eigentlich nur zeitlich begrenzt möglich. Es gibt Parkhäuser in der näheren Umgebung, die aber sehr schnell voll sein können. Dieses "Problem" hat aber nicht das Appartment alleine, sondern das Zentrum von Lissabon allgemein und sollte niemanden davon abhalten die Unterkunft zu buchen!

Positief: We werden vooraf even gebeld om te weten hoe laat we er precies waren.
Het appartement had ALLES! Zelfs een gratis eenvoudige lunch. (Deze er niet bij boeken is advies vh hotel zelf!)
Het is super mooi en netjes. Bij een verwachting. Er werden goede toeristische adviezen gegeven.. Negatief: Niks!!!

Positiva: Le doy un 10 en todo.
La atención desde que llegamos fue excelente, Enric estuvo muy atento a todo, y nos facilitó todo tipo de información.
El sitio está muy bien también, tanto por ubicación como por limpio. Es todo bastante nuevo y la decoración muy bien también.
La verdad es que no tengo nada malo que decir, estamos muy contentas con la estancia.

好意的: ロケーション、交通の便、窓からの眺め、部屋の美しさ、清潔さ、室内の広さ、設備、あと特筆すべきはアパートタイプにもかかわらず、デイタイムはレセプションにスタッフがいる事です。全てがパーフェクトでした。冷蔵庫の中には新鮮な牛乳とオレンジ、そして毎朝焼きたてのパンが無料で届けてもらえました。

חיובי: המיקום פנטסטי! רחוב שקט במרכז העניינים. המטרו, הרכבת, הטראם, האוטובוסים ושוק האוכל, הכל עניין של דקות ספורות. הנוף לנהר משגע! ניקיון כל יום, כולל החלפת מצעים ומגבות. במקרר חלב, חמאה, ריבה ותפוזים להכנת מיץ ובבוקר מחכות מאחורי הדלת לחמניות טריות.
כניסה לבניין ולדירה באמצעות קוד, מאוד נח ומאפשר check-in עצמאי בשעות מאוחרות.. שלילי: קיבלנו דירה בקומה עליונה עם תקרה משופעת וזה לא ממש נח, אבל הנוף שמתקבל מחפה על אי הנוחות

Positivo: Tudo excelente. O apartamento é espetacular, bem equipado, espaçoso, muito limpo. Pessoal da receção fantástico.
Foi especialmente simpático oferecerem-nos pão e croissants frescos de manhã, bem como mais alguma comida, atendendo a que não tínhamos pago pequeno-almoço.

Positiv: Super Lage in der Altstadt. Das Meer, die Metro usw sind in der Nähe bzw schnell zu erreichen. Das Appartement ist modern eingerichtet, sauber, ausreichend Platz und gemütlich. Wir werden es wieder buchen.

Positivo: Localização excelente no centro da cidade (próximo do cais do sodré e o chiado).
Amabilidade e disponibilidade das anfitriãs excelente (com ótimas recomendações de restaurantes na zona).
Pela manha um mimo: pão e croissants frescos de ótima qualidade.

Positive: Abbiamo soggiornato due notti ed entrambe le mattine ci hanno fatto trovare appeso alla porta un sacchetto di cotone con brioches e pane ancora caldi una per ognuna di noi, nonostante non avessimo richiesto l’opzione con colazione.
Nel frigorifero abbiamo trovato arance, burro e marmellata per la colazione oltre ad una bottiglia di latte fresco imbottigliato il giorno del nostro arrivo per la bimba di un anno con la quale abbiamo viaggiato.
Pasta e riso erano già disponibili in appositi contenitori in vetro e ci hanno permesso di far mangiare la piccola nonostante l’arrivo tardivo in appartamento.
Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile.
Appartamento silenzioso ed estremamente curato.. Negazione: Assolutamente nulla

好意的: スタッフの方々は親切で、お部屋も広くて綺麗でとても快適だった。
キッチンの道具も揃っていて、料理もしやすかった。
ベットも心地よかった。. 否定的: 電化製品の使い方が少しわかりにくかったので、説明書みたいなものがあればもっといいなと思った。

好意的: 母と叔母の3人で3泊しました。それぞれのベッドルームにバストイレの設備がありました。水まわりを含めどの部屋も掃除が行き届いていて快適に滞在することができました。

Положительный: Ездил с друзьями, снимали два номера. Оба номера оказались прекрасными, с полностью укомплектованными кухнями, вплоть до погружного блендера. При бронировании было написано, что один из номеров на первом этаже, но наши переживания по этому поводу были напрасными, т.к. португальский первый это наш второй (во-первых) и то что рельеф Лиссабона очень неровный. Поэтому одни окна выходили на улицу на уровне второго этажа, а другие на уровне примерно четвертого-пятого этажа. Номера чистые и уютные. Соотношение цена-качество великолепное.

חיובי: This apartment is absolutely first class. The apartment is located just on the south side of Chiado near the river and is in a excellent location. It's decoration, facilities and every small detail is exactly what needed. You can see that a lot of thought was done to make the place as perfect as possible (improvements are still on-going as the place is new). The price is very high but this is exclusive place and is defiantly worth the extra cost compared to standard apartments.
פשוט מעולה ומדהים!!! ממליץ בחום. דירה ברמה גבוהה מאד עם שני חדרי שינה, שינה חדרי אמבטיה, סלון ומטבח מאובזר. מדהים!!!. שלילי: Absolutely nothing.

Положительный: Остались очень довольны размещением! Удобная система ключей - точнее их отсутствие))) ты попадаешь в номер по коду, таким образом нет проблем при позднем заселеним! Сам номер - потрясающе оборудован, все необходимое имеется в номере, чистота невероятная, дизайн номеров сделан с большим вкусом!) очень рады были там пожить!)

Positiv: Toaletterna var superlyxiga och utrustade med bra schampo, balsam och bodylotion. Stort plus!
Endast 2 sovrum i lägenheten men ändå 2 st toaletter.
Slitna fasader nästan överallt i Lissabon och sen kommer till Da corte apartments och får en rejäl chock att det ser så fint ut på insidan.
Nyckellöst system för att komma in.. Negativ: Gratis påfyllnad av kaffemaskinen.

Positiv: Jätte bra läge.
Dekoration var jätte fint.. Negativ: Hissen var inte på entré våning. Vi hade en barnvagn med oss och vi var tvungen att bära vagnen och gå 5-6 trappar upp så att kunna åka med hissen.
Två luftkonditionering som var i två sovrum var inkopplad till varandra. Vår Ac inte fungerade ett natt och det var katastrof . Dag efter fick vi veta att det ändra Ac i andra sovrummet stängt och därför kunde vi inte sätta på våra Ac.
