숙소는 엄청 깔끔합니다. 숙소 선택의 기준은 화장실의 깨끗함 여부인데 굉장히 깨끗하고 새거의 느낌입니다. 주방기구, 내장고, 전자레인지, 토스트기, 커피메이커 등이 갖추어져 있기때문에 마음대로 음식해먹을 수 있어서 좋습니다. 세탁기가 있어서 빨래 가능하고 엘레베이터가 있어서 캐리어 나르기 편리합니다. 단점을 굳이 들자면 샤워기 수압이 약간 약합니다. 물줄기가 답답할 수 있지만 씻는데 지장없습니다. 뜨거운 물도 잘 나옵니다. 아파트먼트 형식이라 데스크프론트나 로비는 없어서 짐 맡길 공간이 없습니다. 체크인 시간을 지켜주시는 편이 나으면 바로 옆에 제니스 브런치 카페가 있기 때문에 여기서 간단하게 먹으면서 기다릴 수도 있습니다. 위치는 아베니다역에서 2분거리정도이고 호시우 광장에선 7분정도로 충분히 걸어다닐만한 거리이구요 숙소 진입로가 부티크거리라 늦게까지 돌아다녀도 위험하지 않습니다. 리스본의 다른 매장들보다 문을 일찍닫기 때문에 소음문제도 걱정없습니다. 제가 있을 기간동안 리스본이 추워서 얇은 담요만 제공되기 때문에 자는 동안 추울 수 있습니다. 오실 때 현지 날씨 잘 파악하셔서 챙기시면 될 듯합니다 ! 다음에 리스본 방문 한다면 재방문의사 만땅인 숙소입니다 :>

Our apartment was clean, modern and fitted everything necessary very well including a small kitchen.The code system to get in was simple and meant there was no faffing at check in and out.Only issues were in the morning where we went out and then returned and the small lift was full of cleaning equipment. We sent back up and when it returned after 5 mins it was full. Also a cleaner knocked and said (politely) check out was 11 when it states everywhere that check out is 12.

I have never stayed in the Lisbon apartments before and must say I was happily surprised to find a very clean, cozy, perfectly located apartment. Not only did I have a nice bedroom but I had a sitting room and a little kitchenette. I will always try my hardest to come stay with you again.KAREN REA

Super Appartments zentral, nahe Altstadt, Hardrock Cafe und Rodizio Brasil.
Saubere Zimmer. Gut eingerichtet. Gut organisiert. Nahe Metro. Nahe Avenida da Liberdade. Kann ich empfehlen. Hab den Safe ausversehen abgeschlossen ohne den Code zu merken, mir wurde sofort, zeitnah geholfen. Nicht Standart-Sicherheitsnotfallcode programiert!!! Stellvertretende Chefin kam mit dickem Buch. Jeder Safe hat anderen Sicherheitscode!

La ubicación es excelente para visitar la ciudad. El apartamento está equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días (utensilios de cocina, microondas, cafetera, lavavajillas, tostadora...).Cerca del hotel hay un aparcamiento público y el chek-in es súper rápido porque se hace a través del móvil.

Chambre bien située au calme et à 10 minutes à pieds du centre ville. Tout a été rénové récemment, la chambre était propre, équipée dune kitchenette avec le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Les codes nous ont été envoyés 2 jours avant larrivée, entrées et sorties complètement libre. Nous navons pas eu besoin de la réception virtuelle.

Je nai pas aimé le fait quil ny a aucun contact humain à la réception. La réception virtuelle ne me plait pas!dans lappartement absence totale de notices explicatives pour lutilisation des appareils ménagers;Un micro-ondes serait utile.

Sehr ruhig obwohl in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Zentrum. Großzügig geschnitten.Die ersten beiden Tage war der Geruch im Flur sehr unangenehm.

Alles war perfekt. Das einzige Manko war dass der Strom in der Küche nicht an 2 Tagen funkioniert hat, nachdem wir einen defekten Toaster (von der Ausstattung) eingeschlatet haben.

Studio hatte das Ausmass eines kleinen Standard-Doppelzimmers mit Küchenecke im Schrank. Schimmel und Rost an der Duschwanne.Reinigung nur sporadisch erfolgt.Ich musste die Vermittlung kontaktieren um die Zugangscodes zu erhalten.

Wir waren von der sehr guten Lage positiv überrascht. Die Metro ist nur 2min entfernt, auch zu Fuß kommt man überall gut hin. Das Studio ist klein, aber sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man brauchen könnte.Wir wollen wiederkommen!

Etablissement refait à neuf, bien insonorisé dans une rue assez bruyante, très proche du centre ville. A recommander. Seul bémol, labsence de parking ne surtout pas venir en voiture car les parkings sont chers, ainsi que labsence dinterlocuteurs. Arrivée à Lisbonne à 10h du matin soit il nous fallait une voiture pour laisser les valises, soit les trimbaler dans Lisbonne jusquà 14h soit les déposer à plus dun kilomètre et les rechercher à 14h. Nous avons opté pour la location dune voiture pas cher mais sans compter le prix des parkings

Todo perfecto, ubicación, estancias, limpieza, comodidad, acceso. Para repetir y totalmente recomendable. Como recomendación a la propiedad es que contraten otro servicio de lavandería pues las toallas aunque están limpias no las blanquean bien, y el aspecto no está a la altura del apartamento.

Rien à redire, situation géographique parfaite pour les visites, personnel à l'agence efficace et souriant. Un seul "mais" nous n'avions pas eu l'envoi du code d'accès pour rentrer dans la résidence et notre appartement et notre correspondante ne parlait pas le français. Literie parfaite, chauffage, clim, salle de bains, ménage ...tout est ok.

Nice place near the heart of Lisbon— very convenient location. The restaurant next door was awesome (Zenith) for an amazing breakfast. Sangria was epic! Very clean apartment — perfect for a trip to Lisboa.

Sehr schöne Wohnung,ab 8.00 Uhr ist automatisches Wecken angesagt,da unter der Wohnung eine Bar sich befindet die 9.00 Uhr öffnet,für uns kein Problem,da wir sowieso etwas von Lissabon sehen wollten und früh aufgestanden sind.

The apartment was located in very convenient place. A short walk to the train station and very center of the city. The place is very clean and our stay was very comfortable. The apartment is brand new and interior is very modern. They also clean the apartment and make our bed everyday. Pretty much like a regular hotel. Except no front desk, which we are fine with it. The check in was very easy as well. We received passcode before arrived and get access to the apartment easily. We also were able to cook in the apartment and you have all the cookware you needed. Will stay here again when I come back next time! Highly recommended!

Die Ausstattung war super, auch wenn die Matratze leider sehr hart war, weshalb mein Freund vom 2. Tag an starke Rückenschmerzen hatte, was alles etwas beeinträchtigt hat. vielleicht sollte man da in etwas weichere Matratzen investieren. Das Wasser der Dusche war leider nicht heiß zu bekommen, höchstens mehr oder weniger warm. Dritter Punkt, der etwas schade war.. die Terrasse ist von so einer hohen Mauer umgeben, dass man von der Umgebung quasi nichts sieht. Und das vierte: im Haus ist offensichtlich eine Musikschule, in der es jeden Tag, auch samstags, ab 8 Uhr morgens Schlagzeug Unterricht gibt. Das war schon sehr laut. Überhaupt ist das Haus sehr laut und hellhörig. Darüber hinaus: top Ausstattung, gute zentrale Lage, nettes Reinigungspersonal, das uns sogar auf unsere schriftliche Anfrage (hatten einen Zettel da gelassen) neue Bettdecken gebracht hat, guter Preis!

Otima localização, próximo ao metrô Avenida, se pegar a saída sul, fica mais perto anda, mas esta saída fecha mais cedo. O quarto e completo, no estilo kitnet, fogão e geladeira embutidos, utensílios de cozinha e pia disponíveis. Banheiro privativo, cama confortável e blackout no quarto, ar condicionado pata o quente e frio. Uma ótima opção para Lisboa.

Está situado al lado de la avenida de la libertad, restaurantes caseros al lado, el metro, la estación del tren y la oficina de Turismo están al lado. La única pega es el parking pero muy cerca en contramos un parking de 15€ al día. Cuando vuelva a Lisboa repetiré.

위치도 좋고 시설도 좋았어요
따로 리셉션이 있는 것이 아니라서 체크인할때 5분안에 온다고 하시더니 적어도 15분 이상은 기다렸어요
첫날은 엘리베이터가 작동을 하였는데 그 다음날부터는 작동되지 않았어요
1층을 배정받아서 다행이었지 안 그랬으면 힘들어 죽었을 거예요
그래도 시설이나 청결면에서는 가장 좋았던 숙소였습니다.
다만 샤워할때 물이 다 밖으로 튀어서 그게 좀 별로였지만 나머지는 다 좋았어요.

Apartamentos nuevos y limpios. A destacar que la ubicación es buenísima y la calle es muy tranquila. Las camas son muy cómodas. La única "pega" es que estaría bien algo más de menaje de cocina (hay vajilla de sobra y muy nueva, pero estaría bien una sartén mas pequeña... etc). Aconsejable y para repetir.

Overall OK but elevator did not work several times. No hot water in the final 3 nights stay. Informed the virtual reception but was not very helpful and kind of rude. Did not propose any alternatives to resolve problem. In the end we suffered to endure cold shower.

Super Lage, sehr zentral zur Metro Station, oder auch fußläufig absolut perfekt. Von der Straße bzw Schule auf der Rückseite war bei geschlossenen Fenstern nichts zu hören. Hatten unser Zimmer im obersten Stockwerk, mit Balkon. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht. Einfacher Zugang, bzw gute Kommunikation mit dem Apartment Betreiber, Zugangscode kam per email, und wir konnten sogar 2Std früher in unser Zimmer. Das Badezimmer war sehr sauber, täglich wechselnde Handtücher und Reinigung. Shampoo und Seife im Spender vorhanden. Super, wenn man nur mit Handgepäck reist. Betten bequem. Gegenüber gibt es einen kleinen Kiosk um Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs zu kaufen. Neben dem Haus ist eine Weinbar (am Wochenende Live Musik, könnte lauter werden) Und eine Frühstücksbar. Alles in allem, wir würden es sofort wieder buchen. :)

The apt is near to mini market, restaurant and ave liberdade. There is no luggage storage. If you want to store your luggage, you have to store in another place.

Our apartment was spacious and clean. It was lovely and quiet at night, good double glazing, and the bed was comfy. Kitchen had all the amenities we needed. Bathroom was reasonable size with a good shower. Air-conditioned and good wi-fi. Self check in was easy and quick. We would definitely stay here again.

A very modern flat with all amenities included. Cutlery, crockery, oven, stove, dishwasher and washing machine. Even a little safe was included and the flat was cleaned every day.Location: close to an underground station and in walking distance to Rossio station, a major rail and underground station.

숙소 결정할때 제일 중요한 것이 화장실이 깨끗하냐 인데 여긴 정말 만점입니다 !!! 숙소에서 제공한 사진 그대로 입니다. 깔끔 그자체! 문옆에 부엌기구들이 있어서 음식 요리해 먹을 수 있고 주방용품, 식기류,냉장고 커피머신 다 있습니다. 물, 과자, 버터 기본 제공해줍니다. 1층이어서 테라스로 나갈 수 있는데 뷰는 하늘보는게 다지만 날씨가 좋으니 좋았습니다. 호시우 광장에서 걸어서 7분정도이고 바로 부티크 점들이 있어서 명품쇼핑 가능합니다. ㅋㅋ 굳이 단점을 말하자면 샤워 수압이 약간 약합니다. 아 그리고 체크인 시간을 지켜주셔야 합니다. 아파트먼트 형식이라 프론트데스크가 없기때문에 짐을 맡길 곳이 없습니다. 숙소 옆에 바로 제니스 브런치 카페가 있어서 들어가서 시간 때울 수 있긴 하지만 핫플레이스인지 사람들로 넘칩니다. 참고하세요 !!

Положительный: Чистота в номере и качество ежедневной уборки. Легкость отъезда/заезда. Новая мебель и бытовая техника. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым. Много места для двоих. Близкое расположение к транспортным узлам, магазинам и достопримечательностям. Цена/качество. На данный момент это лучшие апартаменты, в которых нам приходилось останавливаться.. Негативный: Горячее водоснабжение - бойлер, один на этаж. Утром в час-пик вода не всегда успевает нагреться. Но это мелочи, так как мы обычно мы просыпались рано.

Positiva: Edificio de apartamentos remodelado por lo que está todo nuevo. No nos podíamos cree dónde estaba la cocina. Habitación con cama de matrimonio, mesita y dos sillas y un armario grande en el cual, en una de las puertas es armario y en las otras dos está "la cocina" con todo su equipamiento (Ikea auténtico). Dispone de lo básico, pero francamente, para cocinar comida, si no te gusta el olor en la habitación, mal. Para el desayuno, suficiente. Poca vajilla aunque el apartamento sea para dos personas. El baño amplio en relación al resto si bien, si desean que las toallas no las cambien todos los días para ahorrar energía, como pone el letrero, deberían haber instalado un secador de toallas ya que si no, no se secan.
En buena zona, Plaza de Restauradores, céntrico. Zona tranquila. Supermercado al lado. Precio adecuado.. Negativa: El check-in es a las 14,00. LLegamos dos horas antes y no podíamos entrar (sistema de códigos para entrar), afortunadamente habían una chica limpiando y nos abrió y dejamos las maletas.
10 escaleras en el portal hasta llegar al ascensor. Cargar con las maletas, o simplemente subirlas para personas con problemas en las piernas, mal.
No tiene garaje. Ya lo había leído en alguna de las opiniones. Deberían de tener concertado serivicio de aparcamiento con alguno de los parkings cercanos. Además el de Restauradores es bastante caro. Hay otro un poco más lejos, Campo Mártires de la Patria, a 500 metros, que es mucho mejor (10 € dia-prepago). Lo malo es que no lo puedes dejar los días seguidos sino que tienes que ir todos los días a sacar el coche y volverlo a meter. (24 horas máximo) por eso digo que tendría que tener un servicio concertado para toda la estancia.
Falta un secador de toallas.

I would have given a higher rating but the apartment had some failings. The unit itself was well decorated to modern look. The outlets however continued to fail without power. If it wasnt the outlets, it was the oven, and the fan in the bathroom. If you stay at this place, dont rent a car. Parking is just not there. Use taxis, trains, trams, buses, for bike to get around the city.

Positivo: As estruturas físicas, o pessoal delimpeza optimos. O pessoal administrativo péssimo. Negativo: Arrogância no atendimento sem qualquer cortesia. Aparente uma relação entre o mendigo e o rico. Como tal, nunca vou aconselhar nenhum amigo para o uso de vossa hospedagem. A rede está bem concebida mas deveria empregar as pessoas certas e não os arrogantes no atendimento, e mau trato dos clientes. Parece me que é o lugar reservado para as senhoras que tem o fundo de mães e não ao contrário, talvez por eu ser ignorante e mesmo assim, deveriam melhor orientar os clientes do que se impor ainda que com a razão.

Positive: L’hotel è centrale , le camere sono belle. Negazione: al piano terra di questo hotel stanno facendo dei lavori per aprire un pub , quindi ogni mattina alle 6 siamo stati svegliati dai Martelli pneumatici e sarà così fino a ottobre 2018. Poi non voglio pensare la confusione che ci sarà la notte quando aprirà questo pub.

Pozytywna: Na przeciwko piekarnia (Pani piecze dobry chleb bułeczki itd.), do supermarketu (Dolce) około 8min spacerkiem oraz blisko do centrum. 7 dni na aby obejrzeć wszystkie ciekawe w Lizbonie do absolutne minimum.. Negatywna: Mała winda 3 osoby i wiecej nie wejdzie.

Положительный: отличное местоположение - достаточно тихое место по сравнению с Альфама,
близко от вокзала, новый дом, вход в номер по коду - нам было удобно при позднем заселении, мебель и ремонт новые и добротные. Негативный: очень маленький номер, отсутствие кухни, туалет на раскатной двери, ровно в 8.00 начинаются строительные работы в соседнем доме (но это лучше чем пьяные вопли до 3 ночи)

Positif: Un apprtement neufl. Négatif: Le bruit des travaux dans ce même immeuble et personne ne nous a prévenus de ces derniers (le bruit de marteaux-piqueurs toute la journée est insupportable...)

L’autonomie d’accès à la chambre sans réception juste avec des codes pour l’entrée principale et la chambre/studio
Très bonne conception de l’immeuble locations de studios sans réception. Nous n’avons pas eu des problèmes d’accès avec les codes. Négatif: Pas de bistrots ou café à côté pour prendre un café avec une brioche le matin avant de quitter une épicerie mais chère
Chambre trop petite ainsi que tous les espaces communs : ascenseur couloirs
Il y a placard kitchenette mais trop petit pour préparer quelque chose
il faudrait restet plusieurs jours pour faire usage et je n’aurais pas aimé vivre dans un si petit studio pour plus qu’un jours en deux

Gostei e recomendo todos os apartamentos desta rede. São geralmente bem localizados, alguns bem ao lado da região do Chiado e centro de Lisboa, tem todas as comodidades para quem não quer ficar gastando em restaurantes.

Positif: Logement propre et ménage fait chaque jour. Vaisselle faite par la femme de ménage.
Intérieur neuf.
Codes d'accès transmis en avance.. Négatif: Logement très humide (même le papier toilettes et les serviettes étaient humides!).
Alaise en plastique tenant chaud et faisant du bruit quand on bouge en dormant.
Salle de bain trop grande par rapport à la superfice de la chambre, la chambre gagnerait à être plus grande.
Travaux dans l'immeuble voisin à partir de 8h en semaine!
Des casiers pour laisser ses bagages après le check-out seraient un plus!

Positief: Kamers waren zeer schoon en de keuken was compleet voorzien. Negatief: Super harde bedden, ik kon zelf beter in slaap vallen op de slaapbank.
Inchecken ging telefonisch en is niet persoonlijk.

Pozytywna: Zdalny proces zameldowania. Lokalizacja. Poszanowanie prywatności. Balkon. Komplet urządzeń AGD. Sypialnia. Codzienne sprzątanie w cenie. Supermarket obok. Znakomite i niedrogie knajpy w promieniu 200 m. Metro obok (stacja Avenida i Restauradores). Odgłosy szkoły od strony podwórka dodawały niezwykłej przytulności. Nieopodal Elevador da Gloria.

Clean, modern and cheaper than a hostel. Close to the city center with many grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Not a lot of things are open past 10 pm however.

Положительный: Порядок предоставления ключей (на почту коды от замков), ежедневная уборка, хорошее месторасположение.. Негативный: В качестве обогрева кондиционер, при отключении которого в комнате становилось достаточно прохладно, а в санузле просто очень холодно.

Horrível! Ficamos 2 dias sem água quente, sem poder tomar banho. Reclamamos com a recepção e tudo que ouvimos foi: problemas acontecem! Não recomendo. Melhor ficar em um hotel!
Nos trocaram de apartamento, mas o problema continuou.

Myself and 4 other family members enjoyed this house. Very neat and organized with everything you need to make your own food if you do the shopping and wanted to cook inside. Groceries are right outside. There is also laundry and dishwasher. Very newer building as it is implied from.the apt name. The location is also just a walking distance from the multiple tour buses starting point 1. These tour buses take across Lisbon and range from prices 16-20 euros for 48 hour tours. Very great city, as much as the city looks old, the apt is new, would definitely stay in this place if I ever come again. There is no staff on site, the access code for the house gate and room is emailed and very easy to access. I didn't make the bed while checking out, excuse me.

Bei der Ankunft nach 15 Uhr war das Zimmer noch nicht parat. Die Reinigung am Anfang ok aber danach ungenügend. Badezimmerboden wurde während unserem Aufenthalt (4 Nächte) nie mehr gereinigt und am letzten Tag auch die Bade- und Handtücher nicht mal mehr sauber aufgehängt!Das Haus ist an einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse aber intern ist das Haus extrem ringhörig. Du könntest gerade so gut im Treppenhaus schlafen. Absolut ungenügend.Wir waren entäuscht und finden das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auf keinen Fall. Das Zimmer ist zu teuer für das was es bietet!!

Moderne Ferienappartements in zentraler Lage gut mit der Metro und dann noch 500 m zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Appartements sind komplett ausgestattet und während unseres Aufenthalts war es angenehm ruhig.
